Fantastic experience: My husband & I go here all the time for the halo , master chief & mandolin helmets . Mathew is literally our favorite person ! He’s always so nice and so helpful . Every-time we go Matt shows me their newest collection of littlest pet-shops i literally have every one of them even duplicates . He is truly one of the best workers there! He definitely deserves a big raise ! He’s such a people’s person and definitely a great worker!

Negative experience: I found one item that I liked for $16 something. Upon bringing it to the register, the cashier rang a different price tag than the $16 one (a more expensive one) and accused a customer of putting the wrong tag on it even though the $16 amount was written with the item description… I feel accused and wrongly charged. I won’t be coming back. Thanks

Fantastic experience: This location has seen massive improvements over the last year. Every time this location levels-up they put skill points into stock and customer service quality. Ever get a call for a $5 dollar pre order so you don't miss it? I have and it's fantastic The store always has something interesting, Weekly to Bi-weekly visits is always a blast Very happy they limit specific sales, giving the people who work 9-5 a chance at their passion Switch2 Midnight Release

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Biggest selection of product I've seen at a game stop in a long time. The manager Edwin is great and really cares about helping his customers and giving everyone who comes in the best experience.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing customer service I received at this GameStop location. Every time I stop by, the team is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—but this most recent visit really stood out. Edwin, one of the associates, was incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made sure I found everything I was looking for. He took the time to answer my questions, made some great recommendations based on what I was interested in, and never once made me feel rushed. You can tell he truly enjoys helping customers and takes pride in his work. There was also another associate who assisted me with a pricing concern I had at checkout. I did not catch his name, but I wish I had because he absolutely deserves recognition too. I initially thought I had been overcharged based on the receipt, but he calmly and thoroughly explained the breakdown of the prices and promotions. He was incredibly clear and professional, and after he walked me through it, I realized everything had been applied correctly. It was such a relief, and I really appreciated the way he handled the situation—patiently and with genuine care. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back to this particular GameStop. Their customer service is always on point, and that is something you just do not get when shopping online. There is real value in talking to someone who knows the products, takes time with you, and actually wants to make sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase. Negative experience: Right now it is 7pm on a Friday night. I called several times over the past half hour to try and see if they had specific controllers I was looking for. No one answers. Drive to the store and see an out to lunch sign. I've been waiting for 25 minutes now for someone to come back. Several customers have tried to enter and all turn away because of the locked door. Imagine how much service is lost since this seems to be reoccurring with this store.

Positive experience: They never answer the phone! Ever! You go during store hours and there's a sign, gone for an hour. Don’t Include it in the open hours then. Please, clean up your approach a bit. Good people though.

Negative experience: Arrived to Gamestop at 3:10 PM a sign on the door said we will return by 3:30. Store appeared open but there was no employee in site. Waited around until 3:40 but there was no sign They would open. Don't waste your time, order anything you need online for a fraction of the price and no hassle.

Negative experience: Wrost customer service ever. Guy working couldn't even do a refund for a a xbox gave us the run around, sat on the phone for 30 minutes with a manager and still couldn't do a refund for us !! Awful. I'll never go back

Negative experience: The location on Wolcott Street is absolutely the worst. On Thanksgiving, I purchased the Sony Nintendo online for in store pickup. I called several times on Friday to pick up the item and was advised they hadn't check the 22 online purchases. After the 3rd call at 3:30pm, I was informed by Cesar the item was no longer available. As with myself, I’m sure there were disappointed customers. I will never recommend or purchase (which I have monthly) from this location again.
