Fantastic experience: Clean and organized with a wide selection of games. Tarik was really friendly and helpful. We had to return a game to exchange for another and he was able to do so quickly while chatting about other titles. Definitely a store I make sure to stop by whenever I'm in the area!

Negative experience: I do not recommend going to this location they would not let me return items that were never opened, if i bought them from this company then there is no reason i shouldn't have been able to return them at the same company in store when like i said they were never opened, i am not happy about this experience at all, it makes no sense at all and its not good business in my opinion which i am entitled to have, i could see if the items were opened but they were not!!!!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the people at this store, 1 star for corporate. Thank you Brad and Jackie for the extra work for me! The GameStop online ordering system needs to be fixed. The staff here helped me a lot. I ordered an online exclusive deal for pickup, one of the items was marked cancelled because it wasn't in stock which negated the deal. When I went in to pick it up, I had to cancel the entire order and redo it which was another hour wait. Jackie the district manager happened to be there helping and cancelled my order for me. Well it turns out because of how their online system works, it showed cancelled in their store's system but not online that I found out later after seeing double charges. I went back in where Brad spent a good half hour on his system and on the phone where even their call desk didn't have any ability to cancel out or return the order. Their system is supposed to automatically cancel and return anything not picked up after 7 days so we waited, still no change but I gave it a few more days and 12-13 days after the order was originally cancelled it finally cancelled itself out and refunded my money. This was quite a chunk of money to have tied up especially at Christmas time ***Corporate needs to fix this issue, 1- accounts should NEVER be charged until orders are PICKED UP. I have never been charged before receipt of an order at any other business anywhere, EVER. 2- your system should not be locked to your employees, especially upper management, to be able to fix problems. We don't need another Amazon company that is run by robots with no people to fix anything outside of the most common issues.

Negative experience: DO NOT SUPPORT GAMESTOP. I had a membership and it lapsed, so they wouldn't honor my $5 coupon I had earned, even though it wasn't expired. then I went in this weekend for an SD card and asked if they would price match. They do...but only if you are a member. That costs money. What a slimey tactic to get return business. Perhaps try giving excellent customer service instead of alienating customers. I was happy to drive an extra 20 minutes simply to spend my money elsewhere.

Negative experience: Called to check a pre order I had money paid into already. I call them, they said they had it and that I can come pick it up. I get to this gamestop not even 30 minutes layer, and I'm told they do not have it. Communication is key, check your inventory before saying it's in stock.

Negative experience: Called multiple times and never once did they answer. Showed up to a store void of any customers, so no clue why they wouldn't have been able to answer the phone. The employee told me the game I was looking for was the last copy and sold an hour before I arrived. If only they would have answered the phone then I wouldn't have wasted a trip to the store for nothing.

Positive experience: Usually, i have a great experience at this location with the morning staff, but the evening cashier was, to say the least, condescending and rude idk why he found it necessary to inform on the fact my game choice of pokemon lets go pikachu was essentially for babies now I can understand it may be aimed at kids but I was just wanting to play a game with my kid cause she had the let's go eevee and nonetheless I love pokemon and have been a fan since it cameout on the Gameboy and I hope to have better experiences in the future

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since 2005. I'm 26 now & I still see Great people providing excellent service here. Kim showed up early to open the store with positive energy. I'd like to think I'm a tech savvy guy but she showed me I'm still learning as she instructed me on how to download the Gamestop app & properly make use of my pro rewards. She's so knowledgeable about the latest games. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Stand tall & keep pushing foward Kim. Chris has always been cool too, him & Jeff. Even though Games are expensive these days when I do think about purchasing I come to these good folk to help me out. Never had a Conversation with Drew that didn't leave me wanting to not return again. Which is always hopefully soon

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. The person behind the counter was condescending and ignorant. I went in, asked for two games, he told me which one they had in stock, so I told him to give me some time I’ll keep looking for something else just in case. He was busy talking to someone, who seemed like a customer but who he obviously knew, when I went back to the counter and asked for the game I wanted. He turns to me, uncaring and uninterested, in a condescending tone, told me to wait till he was done (talking to this person, who was clearly not buying anything). The guy (customer) then tells him to proceed in helping me. At that point, I left without buying anything. To which he stood there mum. These folks need to be better trained in customer service and how to prioritize their tasks at hand.

Fantastic experience: It was my first Midnight release event and it could not have been smoother. Lots of room for line to wrap around on sidewalk. Once it opened they had stock ready to go, plenty of people checking people out to keep line moving and very friendly, Thank you!

Positive experience: When I was younger i tried trading in a pokemon heartgold cartridge, along with some other items. The lady that was checking out my games and seeing if your store would take them said the heartgold cartridge was fake. Recently i've had it checked and inspected to make sure it was a real cartridge, turns out its a LEGIT pokemon heartgold cartridge. sadly your store lost a bunch of money that day since this game costs over $100 nowadays. haha losers.

Fantastic experience: Chris is awesome! My new go-to GameStop! I bought a Nintendo Switch about 5 days ago and had one of joycon joysticks go bad. Chris was so super helpful and had a great upbeat attitude. He was able to switch out my controllers and get me back up and running within a couple minutes. He was also very efficient and friendly with customers over the phone. This was the best experience at a Gamestop ever!!!

Fantastic experience: This is my preferred Gamestop, even over the one that is closer by 10 minutes to where I live, which is also great in its own right. The employees here are always so openly friendly and ready to help. I love how they give a greeting when I come in or at least a nod if they are busy! They've got some great recommendations on games and have great gift ideas. If you have a favorite game or series and looking for something similar or entirely different, they can usually find something for me I have yet to play that fits my tastes and have even gotten me to give some games that normally aren't my thing a try, and I loved them!

Negative experience: Chris was very unhelpful today. I went in to GameStop to trade in some Nintendo Switch games to put towards some new product and a couple of pre-orders but was then denied use of a coupon that I had. Not only that but Chris essentially called me a liar whilst refusing my coupon. As if I had a fake coupon. I've been a customer of GameStop for over 10 years and a power up rewards member for about the same time and if never been treated with such hostility and rudeness from an employee.

Negative experience: Waited 15 minutes in line for the attendant to help 1 customer, then watched both employees talk for another 10 minutes about whether or not they could accept my card, rather than just try it. When I suggested they try to run the card, they acted like I was trying to scam them out of $40. Recommend any other option.

Negative experience: Stood in line for a while waiting for help. The only 2 workers were just gossiping with some regulars that probably come there often. Gossiping about their life story which I had to sit through. After learning these complete strangers' stories it was kinda entertaining that is why I've rated 2 stars instead of 1. But after about 15 minutes of waiting I had to leave empty handed. All I wanted was a controller!!! So I went to trusty old Wally world.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable but Chris went above and beyond for me. Wish GameStop itself would give more for trades but that's not the stores fault by any means.
