Negative experience: Arrived at 12:01 and saw that the gates were still closed. Watched a FedEx delivery not get answered at 12:05. Waited around until 12:20 and the gates were still closed and no one seemed to be inside. I will not be going back to this GameStop as it has gone downhill in customer service. I will be shopping exclusively at the one on University

Negative experience: Apparently they are unable to answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. I just had a simple question about the stock of an item and I live almost an hr from this store so I can't just drive and check myself. Terrible service customer service.

Fantastic experience: Bianca was so pleasant and patient to work with. My son traded in some controllers for a new one. He had a gift card to use which wasn’t active but she waited while we did that. So friendly! Top notch service!

Negative experience: I was just in here (August 16) around 5:25 and this employee (Male with reddish hair) called me “weird” because I was selling a game it made me feel guilty to even sell. I think this is unprofessional and he shouldn’t be calling customers any names just because we are selling. Will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: This store was really great with amazing customer service ! So we got a game and when we brought it home it didn’t work because the one who got was pre- owned , so we went back. But it was closed but the young man saw us and opened the door and helped us . He was happy to give us a different copy . And we brought it home and it worked. Props to the man who gave us the game even though it was closed . We saw this man is a hardworking and kind man with a big heart while we got in the long line this afternoon. He served every single one in the line with the happy face and enthusiasm. And especially he opened the door and helped us even though it’s in close time! GREAT GAMESTOP WITH GREAT CUSTOMER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Fantastic experience: I got a Minecraft for my PS5, amazing customer service I was going to get PS5 headphones but I didn't have enough I thought I was giving the cashier a hard time so I apologized after he said I was good, ☺️ lots of cools games and lots of recent games for recent games like PS5 Xbox ECT ECT..keyboards and headphones PC setup accessories cute bottles cute muggs, cute merch fnaf Funko pops and more. It super close to my house to easy to get to as well! Highland recommend for gaming geeks just like me

Negative experience: There is a guy there who has attitude all the time. Literally went by a couple times in a few weeks, and the same guy was just being very rude. I can't recall his name, but man, to be that cranky like, in 4 weeks consistently is wild.

Negative experience: I waited outside the store for it to open at 11 on a Sunday, only to find a handwritten sign reading, "System is down, try again later." There’s no telling how long it had been there. At 11, another worker arrived, went inside, kept the doors locked, and didn’t acknowledge us at all. Despite us clearly waiting, no one came out to explain the situation. I even called the store, only to watch as the two employees at the counter ignored the ringing phone. The least they could do is acknowledge waiting customers and provide an update—or pick up the phone during business hours. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: It was incredible to walk into the store and not be greeted by THREE different employees, but also listen to the same three employees talk about “misplaced patriotism” how “oh no some planes knocked down the twin towers? Guess it’s time to join the military,” and how “it wasn’t a big deal.” Everyone has their right to an opinion and that’s what makes America great, but to have family and friends in the military who served in Afghanistan and Iraq and are currently serving still. To have family in the airlines who saw their entire way of life change because for the first time in 60 years our sovereignty and freedom as people were threatened. So how dare you three people, as citizen’s of one of the greatest countries in the world, criticize and demean the sacrifice of incredibly brave men and women that died protecting our country. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and take this advice: If you hate America so much, THEN LEAVE.

Negative experience: Don’t get warranty from this location they don’t honor it. Was told that since they don’t have “volcano red” controller in stock i would have to get a pre-owned i can’t get a different color of a controller that’s the same price.

Fantastic experience: I recently went in to sell some of the games and systems of my late husband's, and I wish I'd gotten the name of the young man who helped me (I think his badge said he was the ASM), but he was kind, friendly, and understanding when one of the discs was missing from its cover. I'm sure I could have gotten more money for it all if I'd sold it on my own through Facebook, but having the convenience of not having to go through that was more important to me, and his compassion when he found out that it all belonged to my late husband was touching. No wonder my husband loved GameStop so much (besides being the main source for his Zelda obsession). Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Es muy raro encontrar una oferta en este lugar, pero si encuentras los juegos más actuales. Si compras en juego nuevo no lo regrese te dan el 50%. Y lo revenden al 95%. Comprar juegos usado, te los aceptan casi al mismo precio. Te venden un seguro de 3 dlls. Yo te recomiendo que si lo tome. Con un juego que salga malo, pierde el dinero. Si pre-ordena un juego, si llega el día del estreno. Es buena opción para juegos nuevos.

Negative experience: Poor Customer Service. Employee should have told the person who called that they would have to be put on hold or call back, OR the employee could have multi tasked; instead the employee ignored us & just answered the callers endless questions. Also, ad a side note the only game stop I've been too still requiring mask. Yes I'll keep using game stop, but NOT this location. Customer service for customers who are there buying stuff is #1...we were treated 2nd or even 3rd. Will not return to this location.

Negative experience: A preorder item with special collectibles did not have them and their advice was to call other stores to see if they had any extra. It was a preorder and should have all been set aside for the number of people that pre-ordered it and maybe a few extras. It was treated as a first come first serve and not said before hand that it would be like this

Fantastic experience: Gamestop is your typical gaming needs place. Location is convenient to my house; as it is only 10 minutes from my home. The store seems smaller than most others. With it's small size, though, makes up with the staff. I have known to become a regular now, coming pretty much every Thursday and/or Friday. The staff there is very helpful, and always help me find what I want. If we cannot it, they always offer alternatives to feed my gaming needs. This has lead me to some really good adventures in gaming. When the staff is not busy, they always make time to discuss other games and interests within gaming with me. That I believe is great customer service when one is trying to relate to the customer. This has been probably the best Gamestop I have been out of all in the area.
