Negative experience: Went to buy a Switch Dock and they pushed selling me their off brand GameStop model charger. I asked repeatedly if it came with the AC Charging cable, which they assumed me it did.....only to find out it does not. Misinformation about their own products is a horrible look

Fantastic experience: The staff here are some of the best I’ve seen at any GameStop in the past 15 years. Sean helped me out a great deal and swapped out multiple items for me to help me get the final item I needed. I will definitely be coming here again. They have my business for life.

Negative experience: Came here to sell a couple PS4 games I got for my coworker (who didn't end up wanting them), and they can't take them because they're still sealed. What a waste of time. Gamestop is literally a joke and should just stop existing at this point.

Negative experience: This Gamestop use to be awesome, then they fired the Manager and other employees(which all knew me by name because I would go multiple times a week there) about almost a year ago. Now everytime I go in there I have a bad experience. No employee is helpful and get attitude about products I'm looking for. Now I avoid this place like the plague. Really sucks because I use to really enjoy going to this Gamestop. Now I'll take my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: It was quick, easy and convenient. The price was cheaper than where I live in West Seattle.

Positive experience: This place is ok but nobody seems to listen. I told the guy like 5 times that I have an Xbox one and he just kept suggesting Playstation games and other games that aren't compatible. I also bought a headset. The headset said it was for ps4 but the guy assured me that it was compatible. Guess what? Its not compatible...

Negative experience: This company is awful and no one should give them a cent.

Fantastic experience: Great selection. Always busy enough. Looking good for a supposedly dying retail chain. It’s nice they have physical media, games. You don’t actually own anything digitally.

Negative experience: They will try and sell you on a year long protection plan. They will tell you whatever it takes to convince you but 6 months later they will find all sorts of excuses to not honor what they promised. Decent selection on hand for most platforms. Gets busy, you will likely have to wait to check out. Some deals sometimes on used games.

Negative experience: Not a great selection. Staff is friendly enough. There are always weird people in or around this building. Did they just get robbed and the entire front of the store busted out?

Negative experience: I hate to be “like that,” but a sign in the window saying “please be patient” with no information about when the store will actually open is not sufficient information. This is what I get for trying to support physical stores, I guess ‍♀️

Negative experience: Please change your hours. It’s 12:30 on a Sunday. Door sign says you should be open. Doors are closed and gate is down. I’m glad I chose not to purchase to pick up today because I would have even screwed.

Negative experience: GameStop is the worst company I ever dealt with they take your money and then don't give you what you ordered and then you have to wait 10 plus days to get it back so don't get a membership it's a waste

Fantastic experience: Nice GameStop, got horizon forbidden west here after target didn’t have it. Was a little worried at first since clerk said they probably had no stock, but they did. I should’ve just called ahead or something to reserve it but I’m glad I didn’t have to be disappointed. Got all sorts of stuff.

Overall, there’s just something different about seeing a GameStop store, going inside, and trying to figure out which game you wanna buy. It’s such a good feeling. Fantastic experience: Front desk clerk was very helpful. She tried to find what we needed while some guy was trying to flirt. She was polite but he wouldn't take the hint. Hopefully the manager can put up signage or something so she doesn't have to deal with that. She was very graceful and helpful despite the creeper.

The staff was genuinely excited for the adventures I am going to have with my new console. I was not expecting to have one of the most warm and genuine experiences walking in to the store.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming staff and a clean, organized atmosphere. In addition to the regular expected stock of games, there's the new addition of computer accessories and memorabilia one should expect from a game store. It's also nice to note the added discounts GameStop has on preowned items that are already cheap, making this an easily preferred location for shopping at.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience. I've never been but I once drove by and looked at the front window. Now I'm reflecting on that memory while buying more GME shares. Looking at this location you can tell this stock is going to keep climbing to the next galaxy. Definitely a great company. What a shame Wall Street doesn't agree. We'll show them. We'll show them all.

Positive experience: Most Gamestop's I've been to are pretty good, and this one is the same. Staff seems knowledgeable and they are happy to answer your questions or give advice. One quick thing about this one in particular: Google Maps didn't take me directly here. This one is right by Target. Google takes you to a completely different entrance on the other side of a big shopping complex.

Positive experience: Way better than the burien location. Per is usually the one working and he's friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I get 95% of my games here. I feel safe unlike the burien location which isn't the actual stores fault. This location is also pretty large.

I find this place amazing cause the staff are always rather nice and the games are there for you to see. You can even preorder games and other items coming out soon that the store might carry! Plus I have one rather close to my house so I'm a bit biased haha

Fantastic experience: Store is nice and open, so you can safely keep distance from other people and view inventory. Employees were nice and willing to answer questions. They even gave us a discounted item because they accidently had it mispriced.

I asked, “is this the Westwood Village GameStop?” VERY RUDELY, he said, “that’s what I just said.” Heck no. I’m not shopping there ever again.
