Negative experience: I shouldn't give them any stars i used to come in here all the time its my home store but now they never answer the phone and the employee didn't want to sell me the ps5 pro he said it wasn't worth it lmao I went to another store and bought one
Negative experience: This is the worst experience with ANY store we have had EVER. McDonald's gives you better service. They made my kids and my husband wait for an hour and a half while they helped other people. Then offered them $20 for a Xbox One after an employee offered full price the night before but the system crashed before he could issue credit. They were told paying customers came first. Tell me how they aren't paying customers when they're also buying stuff?! Either way that is horrible customer service. I wish I could give this store zero stars. Google needs to make that a thing. Better yet negative would be even better. My family, friends and anyone else I talked to I guarantee you will never shadow the door of this place again.
Negative experience: They seriously just tried to sell my mom a 60 dollar game when all she wanted was a dlc add on for my nephew that costs 25 dollars. She told them what she needed and instead of being helpful they tried to take advantage of her because she didn't understand video games and stuff. NEVER GO HERE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLES IGNORANCE

Negative experience: Wish I could give this place 0 stars. We all know gamestop already priced high for items. But now they are even scamming off veteran discounts. Went in to buy TR UPC. Asked for military discount. Arana (64415) told me price was 174, I asked to confirm if the price was with the military discount. She responded and said yes. Paid the 174. Went to my car did not see discount added on to the receipt. Went back inside and Arana said that there is nothing she can do because it is non refundable and just responded have a good day. She knew the price didnt have the discount because she has been selling them all day and I even asked for confirmation before paid to make sure the discount was added. This is why ppl are avoiding gamestop now. Advoid this location and go to the one in the mall. This location will scam you out of discounts.
Negative experience: The gal that was "helping" my son purchase a game didn't say a thing to us. Just blurted out the cost of the game and then handed us the receipt after paying.

Negative experience: Angela (686996) needs to work on her customer service. Very disappointed in how she manipulated the price in order for me to sign up with rewards. I explained to her I did not want rewards but once I get my receipt I see a $25 charge for pro renewal when I told her I didn’t want it. This is very unprofessional and when I went in to correct it she says there nothing that can be done and referred me to a manager on Tuesday which is a huge inconvenience. Not pleased at all with my experience I hope she gets the proper training.

Negative experience: Completely ridiculous if you try to trade a consult they say that they can give you cash or store credit but then when you ask for the cash they turn around and tell you they're out and reach their limit don't waste your time period they'll send you across the street today gamestop by H EB and they'll tell you the same story and make you go back-and-forth back-and-forth until you say the h*** with it...

Negative experience: I went yesterday to buy a Nintendo DS game for my autistic son, when I asked what I was looking for, the employee started laughing, you can even run the cameras to see how professional he was with me and my husband. Then after laughing he said that it was limited in stock. I work for retail, this is the main reason I have declined jobs at Killeen. I won't work with people with no manners, and even worse? My last boss was from Killeen area, that she was not even from my city, wanted me to fight her. That's the kind of customer service that goes from that area. Awful totally! You need a better team.

Fantastic experience: This location can be found as soon as you enter cove coming from killeen. To be stated I hate the spacing in all parking lots and this lot isn't any different. There never is enough room to open your car door without have to be wary of hitting the car next to me. There was half off all clearance items. That got me to look around the whole store. I haven't been in a game stop in years and found that there had been some more pop culture additions. Such as clothing toys and plushes. I found a few of the transformers I had been looking for. At a discount price at that. I was also convinced into joining their rewards program for $15. I got $10 back qnd a $5 gift certificate to spend the next day. Wasn't too interested but did anyway and I get a $5coupon at no cost every month. So, overall great visit and I have been back. Worth it to me.

Negative experience: Their employee lied to me on the phone, only for me to show up and find out when I got there. As a result, I got stuck with about a 60-dollar bill I shouldn't have had to pay. Their employees are dishonest and unhelpful -- as is their customer service. I was ready to spend TONS of money with Gamestop, getting into gaming recently, and immediately resolved to never spend another penny with this company specifically because of the garbage service at this location and on the phone. I would give zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: I Reserved a game and I went to go pick it up, usually I order on amazon but I want to support GameStop anyways so I was with the cashier he noticed my rewards program was expired I told him it’s fine I don’t want to renew I’m just here to pick up my game And go since I’m in a rush, and then he goes on by saying “do you not like saving money?” and I told him I really don’t want to, and then he goes “you can get more discount if you do.“ Now I know it’s there job to do so but I understand why people order online instead of the store at game stop they constantly push you to buy/renew their items when you already have declined, (“Wasting time having to tell them I don’t want it” ) I love game stop always had but there too pushy and they need to change that it makes me not want to shop there.

Negative experience: For buying games from the store GameStop is good. I do not recommend GameStop for any hardware and I do not have anything good to say about GameStop customer service or customer relations. I ordered a Item from them at the store who say that I should have it in 5 days. To find out that GameStop does not stock it and furthmore it is no longer available. So I asked for my money back and got run around by customer service and ended up with a gift card in my email after a week. Sad.
