Negative experience: Their hours posted online and on the store window said they close at 9pm. We went in an hour before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked.

Negative experience: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! My fiancé waited in line for over an hour for the Pokemon drop on 11/1/25. He was the 10th person in line. The sign posted on the door said there were 20 ETBs and by the time they let us in we were informed that they had “lost a box” and were sold out. They said they had only sold 10 and it would be “unfortunate” to have to “shrink” the remaining 10 from their inventory. Complete waste of time and the two employees couldn’t seem to care less!!! We had to suggest a callback sheet if they found the missing box. I’d bet they threw away the list as soon as we left. I plan on following up with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this is the next location to close!

Negative experience: Refuse to answer phone at all can't contact the store for any information at all not to happy. The fact i have to drive there just to ask a question is insane

Negative experience: Placed an order online and they gave me a discount with an mark on it and when i tried to replace it they said i couldn’t because i didn’t have an online account but why would they sell me an disc that messed anyways

Negative experience: Another store told me this store had a game I wanted so I drove all the way across town to get it. Once I bought the game and got it home it was obviously dirty and damaged and didn’t work. How do you sell games without testing them to make sure they work?!

Fantastic experience: Charles the manager is great so is his staff I've been going there for a long time they are always helpful and will do all they can to find what your looking for recently I bought a playstation- 5 from there in all the playstation 5 is way overrated but has some good features like better load of times better storage but the over all experience is not that big of a deal over the playstation - 4 this has nothing to do with the staff they just work there Game stop makes you pay for a Pro membership before you can buy playstation 5 plus makes you buy another controler which it too is overrated this to me is cheesy on their part bur I can't say enough about Charles he is Amazing and cares about his customers if you need anything go to the 103rd store good selection and great staff thank you Tony.

They carry all the top games for all systems and if they don't have it they can find it. Be sure to Shrek them out for all you video game needs. Negative experience: I've always been a customer for a long time I usually call ahead of time to make sure what I'm trying to do is okay to do and or something available. Bo staff are friendly but the staff at the store tonight didn't know what he was doing and didn't know what it was talking about. I got confirmed with two other stores of what I was trying to do to be done and that store was the only one that had the headphones that I want it but he was a problem about it. Highly upset and definitely calling the manager tomorrow to handle this.

Negative experience: I called around plenty of game stops which all pointed me to this location for the game i needed. i called and called no answer I literally called over 20 times so i drove to the location which was empty and two male employees just standing around, i asked about the phone they acted as if they had no clue the phones had been ringing then he claimed he was talking to someone which even if he was i had been calling for a LONG time. then to top it off they end up telling me they did not have the game but their computer tells them they have one in stock but they cant find it...so i wasted my time which is extremely frustrating....to be honest i kind of feel like they have it but they got mad when I asked about the phones i could tell by the way they looked at each other

Negative experience: What's the point of putting my trade ins on a store card if I can't put any money with it to purchase a decent game. Won't except my hard earned cash right now but they will allow people in their store to buy or trade. Traded three games in for a lousy $13 credit and one of them was a brand new NBA2K20!!

Negative experience: I urge people of color not to support this GameStop location. I recently went to pick up a game for the door the delivery and was ignored even though I tried the phone several times. I kid you not, the SECOND a white man STEPS to the door the employee rushed out to get his membership card not even looking at me. I had to call again in order to get his attention. I do not recommend this location as I would hate for anyone to experience the same discrimination as I did.

Positive experience: GameStop is ok. Get all my gaming stuff there. They need to update their stock online. Went for a $20 pair of headphones they had posted online. When I got there the only pairs were $30. Only a few minutes from my online search to the time I got there. Even showed the cashier the post that it was in stock.
