Negative experience: I called today March 25th 2023 about 8:30 pm and the lady who worked there was rude to me when I asked about a new game that came out. I did not know the exact name of the game and she told me to go look it up my self instead of helping me out.

Negative experience: The guy working on Monday December 26th is very rude. I purchased a game online that was in-stock. Came to the store and won't give me the game. Started helping other customers before me even though I was there before them.

Negative experience: I used to love GameStop, and still find myself poping in out of nostalgia. Two used switch games, more expensive used here than new at Walmart across the street. Very strong weed smell in store, like they're ripping off a bong in the back. Staff intimidating, and so pushy with the membership. Worst part was having to beg for the staff member to just let me check out. Will not be returning. Three staff members, one was actively face timing, wasn't greeted, no one could be bothered.

Negative experience: My son ordered a game online. Got confirmation that it was in. Drove 1 hour to get, told it was a mistake and that the game was out of stock. Offered a 10% discount on another game as compensation, which we did not want. They had emailed that the charge to the credit card would not be made. It was, so now we need to deal with that issue. Very poor customer service.

Negative experience: After pre ordering a $250 edition of a game, not only did I NOT recieve a call (unlike my friends) letting me know they're releasing it at 9, I hurry there only to find they are closed at 9:10 and are counting drawers. Thanks gamestop guess you didnt want my money that bad
