Fantastic experience: Today I had the best experience with this location. I was helped by Shad, Nick, and Dakota. They were all extremely kind and helpful and helped me out with trading in three systems, games, and an iPhone. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you guys so much for the kindness and help.

Negative experience: Gamestop more like gamescalp now can't even preorder stuff without it being above msrp like get real guys pack limits overpriced packs use to be 4.99 now 8.99 crazy stuff do better gamestop

Positive experience: Small selection for being next to a disc replay. Still worth walking through if you are looking for something specific. I was in search of wii games, game cube, and she's games. They had 1 I was interested in. Half of what was available 20 ft away at Disc Replay.

Negative experience: Really need to do something about their websites or get rid of them. Pretty pathetic that you never really know what is available. Probably why they are dropping some locations. Kind of hard to sell stuff without properly advertising it. Look on the site all the time to see what is available. Go into the store and sure enough, there is something we were looking for that shows unavailable.

Negative experience: I got me a switch and I wanted to get Mario kart and they gave me a code to download it. The code wasn’t working and they said they wouldn’t give me my money back and they said that they couldn’t fix it so they took my money.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them no stars, I went in last night around 740pm and they informed me they close at 9pm. These two employees were atrocious and very rude. I took my ps5 in for a trade in for a ps5 slim. The African American employee yelled for the Caucasian male employee to come out, he came out helped the other customers that were being helped and she got upset and stated she didn't have time to help us. She glanced at my PS5 stated they could only give me $100 and my PS5 was defective didn't take the time to inspect or look at it really. 2/22/25 I hope to see these employees fired as they show a prime example of employees that do not care for others and do not know how to work and treat customers. I went back in this morning and a caucasian male and female were working both were helpful and welcoming. I provided my PS5 to the female employee she inspected and tested out my PS5 and controller and stated it was in great condition gave me $330 of trade in value towards the PS5 slim.

Fantastic experience: Had some games shipped from a different GameStop online. They wouldn't play, 3 had damage, so I went in to exchange them out and they was very quick and friendly of switching them. Brought them home and so far no problems.

Fantastic experience: The dude was helpful and checked me out quickly. Answered my questions and wasn't pushy about the warranty stuff. Store was clean and seemed to be well stocked. I was there on the night of black friday and they had plenty of staff.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time doing an online pick up at this location they just take your money without having the product then make you wait for a refund! The workers there don’t have a clue on how to problem solve or just basic customer service! Only decent person there is the manger!

Fantastic experience: This is a very convenient game stop location and it had a great selection. As with any GameStop, if you're looking for games it's always worth giving them a call to see if they have it, or dropping in to see what they have. This is a busy store and a great strip mall.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to buy a gaming set up for my son. Being a middle aged outdoorsman I’m pretty out of touch with the gaming world. After a disappointing experience at Best Buy I stopped in to the Game Stop in Forest Plaza as soon as I walked in, Dakota, (I hope I have his name right) greeted me with an ACTUAL greeting. Not the one you get places where they don’t even look up they just recite the same line they’ve said to ever person for months straight. Perhaps my jeans and cowboy boots gave me away but I think he knew I was out of my element so he asked if he could help me find anything. I told him my situation and admitted I was clueless. He said “no problem we can hook you up!” Then spent the next 45 min with me walking me through every option and helping me pick out everything I needed. Explained everything very well and was very patient and engaging the entire time! My son was BLOWN AWAY by his new set up. The prices I’ve seen are mostly comparable and the service I got was fantastic so I will DEFINITELY be back!! Thanks for helping a clueless dad become a hero Dakota! We’ll be back soon!

Positive experience: Associates didn't greet us as we came in the store. The female associate with blue hair sat on a box behind the counter the whole time not helping anyone in the store. The male associate Joshua was running the register. He never asked if we had a PUR account nor did he ever ask any of the people in line ahead of me. I had to tell him myself to put in my phone number so I get my points. He also gave off a very creepy manner commenting on every item we purchased. If something didn't have a tag he made us go and find a price while again the female associate did nothing. Worst experience I have ever had at a GameStop store. Made me miss my old store even more.

Fantastic experience: The best gamestop's experience I've ever had, period. I walked in after trying 5 other electronics stores, the friendly staff greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. I told Joshua, how much I had to spend, and what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed when I walked out. I am absolutely amazed by this service. I mean I know gamestop's customers service has been kind of a meme in recent years, but this was a truly extraordinary service even for stores I frequent for business use. I highly recommend this store and I cannot put it to words how highly in regards I will hold this location to be after today.

Negative experience: Placed a preorder and paid for a Lego Star Wars game for my sons birthday. Went to pick it up a week or two after released and am told I can’t get the deluxe version I paid for. I can get paid the difference, but was unable to get the preorder I placed and paid for prior. Really frustrating. Why wasn’t it held if it was already paid for?

Fantastic experience: Excellent location, primarily due to employees. I've been coming here for over a decade but one thing will stick out to me forever. In 2017 I decided that RE7 would be in stock and I did not pre-order it. I planned an entire weekend around this game, and when I came in it was sold out. I headed out the door when the worker told me that they had a pre-order, but could let me purchase that one last copy and they would wait for the next shipment to collect theirs. My night was salvaged, and my weekend made. I never got to properly thank you Shad, thanks man.
