Fantastic experience: Got a DS lite here today, it's in great condition, peak place

Fantastic experience: Cute little store that you can buy video games and DVDs at

Negative experience: The lady that was working on March 2nd around 4:30pm- 5pm when I was there wouldn't stay off her tablet. Wasn't really paying attention to what was going on in the store. And when asked if she if they had a certain movie she just said "i don't know, if we have it, it will be on the floor" instead of getting up and helping me looking for it. And when I called before showing up to see about a game she didn't even bother to look she immediately said we don't have it. Only giving 2 stars because of the selection of games and movies they have. I subtracted three stars because of the unprofessionalisum of Lady working when I was there.

Fantastic experience: The person with the epic and funky hair was super helpful, I picked up some games, great selection, good conditions, and when I had to come back to get an AV cable they got me sorted quick. Highly recommend this store and their staff.

Fantastic experience: I never leave a review for anything on Google Maps, but my experience here was great. Staff is real knowledgeable about their consoles, I came in to trade a Gamecube with some games and two controllers towards a PS3 (just figured I'd play it more than I did the Gamecube,) and I definitely got my money's worth and have been loving it. Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Love this store. Flew in today from Florida and came straight here. Great selection of games for most consoles. Gameboy Advance game selection was awesome with great prices. Found Power Rangers Wild Force on the GBA after looking for it for months. Finally have the game CIB now and one game away from all Power Rangers games on GBA.

Negative experience: Um excuse me, I ask for the manager at gideo game store. Your little gideo game are so pricey They were 30% to pricey brother. Your little shop, yeah way to pricey, lower the prices or you get the curls. MAY I PLS SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!!!!!! The gidio games are fine.

Negative experience: Nice little game Shop, other then I bought a pokemon game asked if the battery worked was told yes. Went home tested it the battery was dead called and told them and they stated we'll the game still works and offered nothing to compensate. Considering this game was full price was super disappointing hence the rating

Negative experience: very shady video game store their practice as so shady I turned in a trial to cold steel 3 Nintendo switch video game Value that $30 not complete in box and they gave me only $10 in store credit then chose to put credit on that I bought from them. Will never go back to that store probably ever again

Fantastic experience: Wow, these guys are so helpful! I was in there trying to buy video game accessories for my child's console and they thoroughly explained everything to us about the unit. I felt so much better leaving there knowing what they had taught me verses going there where I was wondering what am I even doing?! And the prices are reasonable! I just really enjoyed how they treated us. We will definitely be back!!

Positive experience: A very cool place for retro videogames and any kind of console you're looking for there is also DVDs And figures here the prices can vary from what your looking for from fair to a little pricy I just wish the place would barter with regular customers

Positive experience: Lowest price for your trades. Highest, E-bay sales prices for anything they are selling. Nothing is really priced to sell. You would think they aren't interested in selling anything. Not much different from a Gamestop. Just older games.

Fantastic experience: Really helpful and personable owner and son. I had such a great experience and was really impressed at the selection, prices were fair compared to market and even some better deals, and they were able to take care of every customer while it was busy. Such a great spot and I really recommend going if you’ve never been. I got some awesome Sega Genesis games and could not be happier. They also have a guarantee for their games too, which was really nice compared to some no return stores. I would recommend anyone from a seasoned gamer to a beginner, they’ll make you feel welcomed. :)

Negative experience: Didn't feel very welcomed in the store by the employee, felt extremely claustrophobic and did not have anything particularly interesting for sale. They also have very weird hours, which I would give them a pass for if the other problems I had mentioned were not present

Negative experience: Place is apparently only open 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday according to the sign on the door. My wife and I were vacationing in the Michigan area and stopped through grand rapids to support a local video game place only to find it's closed at 3:30 on Monday. Pretty lame... How you can support local if they're closed most of the week?

Fantastic experience: Vidiots has to be my favorite small game shop in Grand Rapids area. I have gone there for years and have bought and sold so much in my gaming collections. I can't even remember how many times I've gone in just to see what they have for sale. You should be going here for your stuff
