He was so embarrassed and offended, standing there with his little brother. Will be calling on Monday to talk to a manager.

Experiencia negativa: I went in yesterday cause my green chroma controllers right joy con stopped working, I was told that even with the warranty I bought I can’t get the exact same controller but I can get a plain colored pre owned one.. I wasn’t told that when I bought the warranty I was told bring the box and controller back and they would give me a new one. Extremely annoying since I paid for that warranty and can’t even get the exact controller..

Experiencia negativa: Don't bother trying to do online returns. Management tries to find any excuse to not let you return it. First, it has to be within 7 days, email proof that I received it 4 days ago. Then the Switch dock didn't come with a power supply so they wouldn't let me return it without buying a power supply.

Experiencia negativa: You can't just go in here and buy a recent release game. They don't have any games. It doesn't make any sense.

Went in to pickup Spider-Man GOTY and trade in my base game Spider-Man, trade in value was fair enough given the sale on the GOTY edition was remarkable at $20. Note sale has since ended and I'm not sure what the original price is.
