Experiencia negativa: I honestly am beside myself on how this particular location handled my "GAME RESERVATION" I prepaid in advance for Resident Evil Requiem over a week before the release and the salesman told me that there were no more DELUXE VERSIONS LEFT which the reledate was on a Friday. He then told me to wait until Monday to pick up my copy because if someone didn't pick their deluxe version up I could then purchase it. I specifically asked if my copy would still be there and he assured me my Disk wasn't going anywhere. I arrived on Monday and was told there was no more Disks left. I even prepaid $20. I reported it with the corporate office and the same day and still haven't received a response in almost a week! I am really not happy with the customer service. Why make a reservation if it's not guaranteed to be there to pick up. If I would've known this would happen I would've picked it up the day of release.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service from John he is extremely helpful and very nice and really kind and funny he helped me with my Xbox 360 trade in and helped me out with picking the right things I needed will definitely be back cause of him he is extremely good with customer service and knows a lot about gaming he definitely deserves a raise or a promotion cause of the service he gives you if you want good service definitely go to this location and meet John cause he has a very good attitude and is very very knowledgeable and cool will definitely help you out with the games and products definitely will give you top notch customer service please go to this location and meet John you’ll be very happy with his service and his helpful support you won’t regret going to this location I promise especially if he’s there to help you he is the kindness worker I have ever met at a GameStop and that’s extremely rare to find at a GameStop anyway hope you all go and enjoy your day and I honestly really hope you guys give him 5 stars and go meet him and have him help you with your trade in cause he will give you the support and help you deserve when it comes to customer service I will always be going to this location cause of him and if the GameStop employees see this please give him a raise he definitely deserves it and again thank you John for all your help and suggestions you gave me on 8/27/25 at around 2pm yall really got to go meet him you won’t regret his time and energy I promise

Experiencia positiva: Went for a Nintendo switch game. They didn't have too many options and prices were higher than other places. But they had a game I couldn't find anywhere else. The kid in the store was nice and funny even so close to closing time. Really knowledgeable. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Experiencia negativa: The wores game stop to buy anything I don't recommend I bought Nintendo switch new with phone number I know transaction month or day I went to ask for help because I lost recipet and the device stopped working in less then year. And not even used much very disappointed spend close to 500 and can't even get receipt you lost the people in there very unhelpful

Experiencia negativa: We went to trade in our Playstation 5 for a newer one and the guy who helped us was very rude and didn't want to help. My husband called ahead of time and asked how much a trade in was worth and he was told it could very but as long as it was in good condition over 200 value. We brought it in with good value but the guy only wanted to give us 100 dollar trade because there was one sticker on the console. He said because of the sticker it would take him too long to remove and he would have to send it to the manufacturer for it to be removed. I believe he just didn't want to help us. Needless to say we removed it ourselves and went to another game stop value was over 300.

Experiencia negativa: I paid over $300.00 for a Switch and warranty, brand new in January 2023. I called this Gamestop today and talked with someone about trading in the Switch and saw online it is $97.00 trade in for a pro membership. (which I have) This Switch is a little dusty from sitting but hadn't been played much at all and was in great condition. I explained I couldn't find the cord, he told me they have a replacement cord and to bring it in, said he would let the next guy coming in know about it. We didn't realize they only gave us $47.00 for the Switch, we didnt notice right away because we also sold 6 games along with the Switch. Total rip off. Do not sell your Switch to Game Stop.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a lifelong GameStop customer, never had a problem with them… till now. I go in to get an Xbox controller. I spot a 65 and a 55 dollar option. Obviously I go for the cheaper one. Well they come up to me and kept asking “why not go for the red one?” (65$). And kept trying to convince me to get that one. I insisted on the cheaper one. I even jokingly said “yeah I like this color better, I’d still buy this one if it was more”. Little did I know they were being serious. So they go to ring it up. I walk somewhere else looking at other things while my wife buys it. Sure enough I get home and check the receipt… 69$. Those employees knew I wasn’t watching and took their chance to ring me up for the full price because they knew I wasn’t watching. Well lesson learned on my part to be more careful. I thought I could trust them but that was my mistake. Take your business elsewhere with companies that actually value customers. They’re no better than a car dealership… there’s a reason they’re going out of business.

Experiencia fantástica: A few times, before I go in somewhere, I call and ask questions. This as one of them. Due to the incredible customer service I recieved over the phone, with Enoch, well be visiting that location soon. He went above and beyond answering our questions and explaining everything we inquired about. His customer service deserves 10-stars! Absolutely top notch!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t appreciate being left outside while you guys have a conversation in there when you guys know the store supposed to be open by noon I come in there 3-4 times a week with my daughters and you know what you’ll never get business from us again

Experiencia fantástica: Was calling around to find an A/C adapter for our switch port to play on our t.v. we spoke to a couple of GameStop locations and they didn't have what we needed. So, this review comes from the last location we went to. We had Jake from state farm(inside joke) helping us out . He was most helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out even though initially we weren't able to find what we needed. He went into the backroom and spent a couple minutes there and came back with exactly what we needed. I recommend Jake "from state farm" and this location for any of your gaming needs. Thanks again Jake.

Experiencia positiva: I like how they have what I am looking for but what I don't like and it's a big dislike is the hard sells for membership and insurance at the register. 1 no should be enough when I have to say no 5 or 6 times I get agitated. Please train your associates to ask and not aggressively persuade the customer. Its rude. I'll get my games elsewhere from now on

Experiencia positiva: Have been there plenty of times before and always had nice employees that worked the but on Saturday 2/19/22 there was a female employee that was working in the afternoon that had no customer service skills nor people skills she wants friendly or kind very dry rude to her response not the usual customer service they usually have very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: Just not impressed. While the employee who was working here was nice, you'll get a better price anywhere and everywhere you go. I just can't think of a worse way to get games. I was also disappointed how much they try and push you into paying to join the GameStop club to "save" on future purchases - like I wouldn't still be overpaying.

I love stopping here to talk to the store manager AJ and his workers Jody and Caleb. They are always up to date on new releases and fun little doodads and knickknacks

Experiencia negativa: I Just got told I would not be served without a mask. The employee informed me that his orders are coming straight from the owners . Just to be clear , there is no mandate here. This is a direct violation of freedom by the owner of gamestop . I will not be back and I will take as many customers as will listen . I will not willingly give money to corporations that violate me as a customer and I encourage anyone who will listen to fight back too . They are blatantly violating our freedom and the money we give them is what alows them to continue . As soon as they start losing money that will change real fast . I for one will never comply and I encourage everyone to claim your freedom back! Speak with your money!

Experiencia fantástica: This has to be the best GameStop in the state. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the manager. They are also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Last time I was there, my wife and I were greeted warmly and promptly help. We had a couple strange requests but the manager was very patient willing to accommodate us. It's that level of customer service that will keep us going back to that same location for years to come. Awesome store!

Experiencia positiva: Good selection, awkward staff when people ask basic questions re games. It was fun, but others in the store were vocally put off. Store was clean, if not a bit cluttered. In short, a cool 80's comic book store experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Employees were super helpful, had a friendly conversation about the Microsoft and Nintendo merge and how PlayStation might go out of business because of it, and they were able to help me find a game (Being Human, Detroit) when i didn't remember the title. Loved the place and I'm coming back to maybe trade in my old GameCube.

They definitely know their stuff as well, which is great for me, because I get confused when it comes to my son's games. I'll drive the extra mile or two just to go to this store :)

Experiencia fantástica: My mother and I went to buy a Christmas gift. Well I had no clue what this particular gift was needed nor my mom. She had been smarter than I and wrote it down. The guy at the counter knew right away what we where looking for. Thank goodness. It was easy and we went in and out with what was needed. There was NO upsell, only other question was, " Is there anything else I can help you with?" Very professional. I will return and you will get more of my business.

Experiencia fantástica: This store is one of the best GameStops I have ever been to. They are just so curteous. Efren took the time to help me pick out a game for myself and ky family and also informed me that God of War was coming out!! I had no idea so I jumped on that! I also had a question about a game we all had no answer to. Upon paying for my games Michael (Manager) took the time to call another store and ask a collegue about this and was able to get an answer! He went above and beyond what any normal employee would do I feel. These guys are a great team!!! Go here to buy your games!!!!

Experiencia negativa: They are so slow. I waited in line with a buddy of mine for over 15 minutes just to be told they are out of a used game they have on their selves. When I asked why they had the case on the self. They said they didn't k is it was out there. I get there are hundreds of game cages. But at least have the two employees in the store actually doing their job and be behind the counter during your busy time of the day.

Experiencia positiva: This place is helpful, but they are a little weird and awkward which makes me uncomfortable, but IS expected. The girl who works at this location seems very attention seeking and is very flirty with my boyfriend, for whatever reason. No problems with this place besides my discomfort in talking to their people.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the employees there! They are always so cheerful and very funny as well. And when my young boy messed the place up a little bit they said it was fine and said they didn't mine :)
