Experiencia negativa: update there was a big guy he thought he was real tough told me to get out of the store all because I was trying to save this old lady from getting ripped off I literally told the lady that I would give her more money than what GameStop would give her for her games. he got so mad ordered me off the premises lol and these were old games like old super Nintendo and NES he threatened to get his district manager on me games you know she got ripped off I told her to follow me outside she didn't listen to me but still you can't do that to people

Experiencia negativa: I've never felt so invisible. Jordan didn't acknowledge my presence in the store at all. Never offered any assistance and the only words out of his mouth was to ask if I had an account for points. No hello, no thanks for shopping but he did carry on a conversation with a gentleman who came in after me. I'll definitely go spend my money somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: The employee behind the counter was very dismissive to my wife, and didn't acknowledge her existence until she had to make it known. She made her purchase and was overcharged by $10.00 for one of the games. when she returned to the store about it, the guy told her some lame story and she chose to leave instead of arguing with him. I will be taking this matter up with the manager of the store.

Experiencia negativa: This store location made me dismantle my ps5 when I tried to sell it for what GameStop advertises on their app and online and the employee told me no the store locations don’t go on the online prices because it’s “up to” the amount. Even though my ps5 is in perfect condition. GameStop is a rip off and screws over its customers. America needs a better gamer store to stop GameStop

Experiencia negativa: Rudest employee I’ve ever met. There was a line of maybe 10 people that were waiting to go in for some new Pokemon releases. The employee gave numbers to every single one of this group of friends, but not the 2 people that weren’t part of the group. The employee didn’t even try to make it fair for everyone and this group was allowed to buy all the Pokemon cards. When I brought this up to the employee, he was extremely disrespectful and rude about it and said that they were loyal customers as if that makes it fair to anybody else that wants to shop at GameStop. I guess you have to be a loyal customer to GameStop to get a chance at Pokémon cards these days. I understand that there is a shortage on Pokémon cards however allowing this group of friends to buy out the entire restock is absolutely disrespectful to all the other Customers that waited in line I will be filing a complaint with customer service on this employee and also speaking with their district manager about this.

Experiencia fantástica: Good prices good customer service good products, you tell them what you're looking for and they'll help you find it if they don't have it they will recommend other places of the businesses kids are allowed to roam free and touch everything believe it or not they even sell shirts and little plushie toys and figurines and and such believe it or not they even have video games where whole family can exercise and play and work together.

Experiencia negativa: after 4 days on the phone with customer support I was told to go into the store. The guy behind the counter offered to take me out back and beat me to death. Then I was told I will have to pay for pro membership the rest of my credit cards lifetime with no expiration date. oh yeah! Then they banned me from every store in the country! ALSO was never able to speak with any managers!

Experiencia negativa: I recommend going to the Campbell or Valencia locations as this particular one offered no help or advice and said there was nothing he could do for us. We hopped on the phone with the Valencia and Campbell locations as soon as we left and they were baffled by what the employee had told us and said it was a fault on that stores behalf and even apologized for they're behavior! Props to the other locations!

Experiencia fantástica: Fast service, for only having one employee. He was friendly and helpful. I just have a problem with paying $10 Dollars for a 1 year warranty, that if you use the warranty once before the 1 year is up you have to purchase a whole new year for the item you exchanged. But still love the store.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all. Shout out to Autumn for being the best GameStop employee I have had the pleasure of encountering. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was in today, while it was busy, and there was an angry person. He kept his cool and managed the store very well. Keep up the good work man! As for the store, very clean and well organized. I was able to find some great pops and collectible figures. I always spend more than I had expected, as there is so much cool stuff. Happy gaming everyone!

Experiencia negativa: When you have to wait over 20 minutes waiting for 3 people ahead to trade and the only person working is being extra taking much longer than necessary to get to the next customer. Asking for the id multiple times and then having to write everything down on paper separately all while trying to sell stuff he apparently was not interested in. The lady behind me feel asleep and now someone came in with a canister and started spraying. I had quickly exit without making my purchase, because I am allergic to many thigs including pesticides. He was spraying it all across the bottom of the game racks where there were games too....will not be back here

Experiencia negativa: Wasn't greeted when I came in even though the store was basically empty when I came in the prices are still really high even on used games. I looked around for about 15 minutes without ever being asked if I needed help looking for anything or to see I had any questions about any new titles I may be looking for. By the time I decided to leave I was pretty much ignored the whole time and didn't even get a have a nice day on my way out the door. All in all I may have bought something had I had some kind of interaction with someone in the store but I was pretty much left trying and failing to find anything of interest.

Experiencia negativa: A female employee at this location was severely lacking customer service skills. On top of that, after I asked if they carried any Pokemon cards, she takes a pack and slams it on the counter and doesn't say anything. This appeared very unprofessional and not to mention the physical quality of the cards is what determines the value of the card. She very well could have damaged those cards, costing money to GameStop and damaging their customer relationship that took so long to build. It really is disheartening that basically no matter what location, you can Bank on there being a snobby, know-it-all employee. I'm not saying it is all of the workers, I have met some really cool GameStop employees but that was years ago. If you enjoy conversation with condescending people this is your place.
