How on earth do you answer a phone with such hostility, brother if you need $80 just say that you don’t need to scream through the phone telling me that no matter what you need that $80 diagnostic fee even if I know what the issue is, it’s laughable really. Thank god I didn’t drive all the way out there.

Went in today to get our ps4 fixed, he was working on a ps5 for someone else as I came in and still made sure to greet my daughter and I and see what we needed. Before I could even finish telling him he already knew what was wrong and how to fix it. The whole time he was diagnosing my issue he was wrapping up with the ps5 right in front of the woman who brought it in. When we were up, he was straight to the point and honest with me letting me know what I had already suspected...that this repair most likely wasnt worth the cost. He did not try and lie or upsell me on anything. Just straight facts. BUT HERES THE KICKER!!! when my daughter heard this and realized her minecraft worlds would not be able to be saved she got understandably upset and thats when everything changed. He wouldnt allow this. And in the most respectful way he let me know he wasnt going to let me buy a new one, he was going to make this work for her. I agreed because he made sure to let me know we would work something out. I had to leave back for work and was planning on picking it up later in the week but this was a mistake because he was done WITHIN MINUTES YALL!!! and I was right back there picking up the fixed ps4 with the happiest little girl in the world. Great work, great customer service, great guy.

Experiencia fantástica: Woke up on a Sunday morning with my PS5 suddenly failing to read all discs. Both new and old. Just bought Wuchang the day before so was majorly disappointed and fully prepared for a month long withdrawal while I shipped it in for repair. Checked online, saw the reviews and called Ttopz just to schedule a repair for later that week. To my surprise they said give them an hour and bring it in. They replaced the disc drive and cleaned it out for good measure. Showed me it was fully functional on a couple in store games before sending me on my way. Told me it would take 30 mins but they had me out in 15. Its been running better than ever with no random overheating issues since. Another dude that was there at the same time had dropped his Ps5 and they had him repaired and gone right behind me. Amazing customer service. Amazing people. I know nothing about tech but they came off highly skilled and knowledgeable. Id written off a couple of xbox ones but ill be bringing those in to Tyron too. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Even if it wasn’t something they work on all the time they had me fixed up in about 20 minutes. The adapter is long out of rotation and availability would have had me spending $10,000 for a new one

The Xbox did not have sound issues before we brought it in to be fixed. Now we have a silent working system. Changed TV’s, all cords and every possible setting for audio. We payed like everyone else and when we called to follow up it seemed like we were pushed off and the transaction was over. This was my girlfriend Christmas present to get it fixed and I couldn’t be more bummed.

Even mentioned keeping my PlayStation there till it's paid off until I mentioned calling cops. With that being said he does know what he's doing in terms of cleaning and repairs he did clean my PS5 well. Maybe miscommunication, maybe not. Just giving a heads up.

Experiencia negativa: Update: fixed my youngest son's HDMI port on PS5 without any issues. A few months later, my oldest son needed his HDMI port replaced. I took it to Ttopz. He replaced the HDMI port, but a few days later, the PS5 would not power on. He used thermo paste to solder the HDMI port and it destroyed the motherboard. He said it wasn't getting power and that I needed to buy a new system, but the Electronic Squad on Arlington repaired it with no issues

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly haven’t had time to do my review until now. So I called this man around 1am, I was in a panic because I was playing my ps5 then all of a sudden the picture cut out on me. I tried plugging it up to different tvs but could never get a signal. I could hear but couldn’t get picture. So I called him and he told me to bring it down and he would look at it. I did, but after an hour or so nothing was working. He told me he would work on it first thing in the morning and he would let me know the outcome. So I went home not knowing if I’d ever have a working ps5, and mind you, I had put probably around $1000 into even getting it. Custom controller, plates, and selling my switch, xbox and games to get it. I tried my best to get some rest and I was praying for the best outcome. Next morning he calls me and says he got it working. I was so happy and relieved that he managed to fix it. If I ever have any issues in the future I’m coming to him first.

After trying everything I could think to do to fix it myself, I found this guy on Google. He responded same day, apologized profusely for the delay in getting back to me even though it had been less than 2 hours. (Me calling him probably would have gotten me a quicker response). Nevertheless, he took me in right away, a day before a holiday, at 5:30pm. Diagnosed my PS5 issue within 2 minutes, and I was out the door less than 10 minutes later. He changed out the Encoder IC chip on my PS5 after my ps5 took a hit from a power surge. (Make sure to surge protect your electronics and you cable modem). He was more than happy to show me what was wrong and how he fixed it. he was very transparent and fair with the pricing and he knew what was wrong before i brought it in. He tested the system in front of me to show me everything was now working. I will definitely be back here if i need any small electronic repairs. He was professional and was doing the work in front of us, explaining everything as he went. We ended up buying 2 new consoles while we were there. He turned them on and made sure my boys understood what to do before we left. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn’t find anyone that was willing to repair my disc drive on my series x. Not only did they say they could repair it they said that they could do it as soon as I could get there. They promised 45 minutes for the repair. Not only did it only take 20 minutes, but they did the repair right infront of me. My Xbox is good as new. Very friendly, very professional, and also transparent about what they are doing with the console. Highly recommend this will be the only place I will have my consoles repaired from now on.
