Experiencia fantástica: I just want to say thank you for letting me get your last spider-man MTG collectors booster today. The 2 bearded guys that run this store (the rest of the employees are great too) have always been so passionate and knowledgeable about the product they sell and not pushy with the stuff GameStop corporate requires them to do for a sale. They just do it with such grace and expertise. I was able to get another spider-man collectors booster today along with a couple final fantasy and LOTR regular boosters at a competitor I’m not going to name. You guys should start a discord for discussion and releases and events you are trying to do. If there are any mtg related cards that you are looking for and I have them, I’ve opened packs and given a card to you both. I’m more of a collector now besides being able to do sealed and rarely standard. If I have it and you want it. And not expensive it’s yours and I’ll bring it to you just let me know. I gave you my number a hour ago for the possible sealed event. Text me and I’ll look and bring it to you for being awesome and passionate.

Experiencia fantástica: Been meaning to leave a review for a while now - came to by a ps5 months ago not knowing much about what to get. Craig was unbelievably helpful, pointed me in the right direction and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Came back today to buy a switch, Chris and Kat talked me through all my options from cases to game purchases. All in all, the team there is great, I always have a good experience. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to the 280 GameStop looking for a used switch. Chris and Kat were beyond helpful and thorough in explaining all of our options and what accessories to get! They also helped us pick out a new game, and made sure were set up to get points. We were very grateful for their extensive knowledge and assistance! Would definitely go back for any gaming needs, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Came by for their pokemon day event earlier today and it was a lot more fun than I expected. Invited some friends in and got to game with other pokemon collectors in game which was real fun! Would 10/10 come by again to hangout with the staff and community

Experiencia negativa: I waited 2 hours and was 3rd in line without a pre-order for the Switch 2. According to this photo from the official GameStop website, this shouldn’t have been a problem. Instead I was told at the register that there was no extra merchandise available for sale. Only what was preordered. What a waste of my time. And on top of that I was embarrassed by the person running the store because he loudly announced that I was clearly confused about what was going on. At least 2 other people also got out of line due to not having a preorder. Edit: I should also have mentioned that my husband went to this location on 6/3 to clarify whether or not a preorder was needed to purchase a switch 2 on 6/4. The employee assured him they would have limited stock available for first come first serve at the 11pm release.

Experiencia fantástica: Christopher and Craig are AMAZING! My kids are trying to get into Pokémon cards(which we can't find anywhere) , and we happened to stumble into "Pokémon Day"! They treated the kids great, and made them feel special. Other kids were there to trade, too, and we'll be ready next time! I really didn't expect a community vibe from a chain store, but I was seriously surprised. It made our day better!

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best GameStop staff I've ever encountered! They were so nice and helpful and we just chatted about card games for almost an hour. The building was clean and the stock was good. If you're looking for a GameStop near here, this is definitely your best option!

Experiencia fantástica: Finally got my 5 year old some Pokemon cards! The staff was very nice and prioritized children and parents obviously there to get their kiddos some Pokemon day cards. Would wait outside for an 30 minutes again

Experiencia fantástica: Christopher and Reggie were immediately welcoming when I came through the door. Christopher immediately asked what he could help me with and I told him I was looking for a ps5. He helped me look at all my options and I’m confident I got the best option for my money. I purchased a ps5 bundle, a charging station for controllers, and also an accessory for the controller joysticks. I’ll definitely be back sometime for more gaming items when I figure out what I want next!

Experiencia fantástica: I read the reviews, this store lives up to their amazing expectations. Shout out to Kat and Christopher that made buying my ps5 a pleasant experience! I took my console home and had some issues, but returned it the next day. I was in-and-out within 10 minutes with a new replacement console. Highly recommend this location!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been in about 1000 gamestops all over the place in my "gaming career" and I have not had a better experience than this one. The employees Ive encountered-Skylar, Kat, and Chris- have all been extremely helpful. In today's time it's a surprise to experience actual customer care in retail and I find it easily here. Not only do I enjoy spending my money here, I enjoy spending some of my time. These guys hold great conversation. Good fun, so a big thank you to them.

Experiencia positiva: Went to trade in some games. Only problem cash offers are way too low at GameStop unless you get something else at GameStop to buy. Other than that it's decent enough. This location smells moldy inside due too being flood zone when heavy ️ rain. 3 star. And 1 star for good items. 4 star total.

Experiencia negativa: I would give this store a zero-star rating if possible. To begin, I was at this store looking for a game for my nephew for Christmas. This store didn’t have the game in stock, but provided me with two other stores that did. However, they informed us that it was not possible to hold games at other stores, while we traveled to the other store. Upon arriving at the second store, we were informed they had just sold the aforementioned copy and they asked why we hadn’t called to ask them to hold the game. When we told them this store told us we couldn’t do that, they rolled their eyes and informed us such behavior was par for the course with this store. That being said, save your time, and avoid this store.

Experiencia negativa: Usually love this store but the red headed girl at the counter came screaming at me and my girlfriend for not having a mask on. I had our masks in my pocket but she was incredibly rude to us. I was coming in to spend a few hundred bucks on a few things I already knew I wanted. I know she had to do her job but there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. I will not be returning to this store masks or no masks.

Experiencia negativa: Was gonna hop in real quick to buy some pokemon cards but was turned away at the door. My daughter was not wearing a mask because she is only a little over a year old and it is a choking/suffocation hazard for her. I was wearing a mask. The employee at the door told me she had to be wearing one. I told him she was too young to wear one. He started talking about birmingham police and I just left. Maybe they should train their employees to know that the mask law applies to those of age 2 and older. I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars today. Guess I'll go somewhere else my money is wanted.

Experiencia negativa: Arrived when the store was nearly empty and still no one greeted or asked if I needed any help. Worse GameStop ever. Since no one greeted I placed the games back on the shelf and left. Glade I have many choices of GameStops to choice from. (Dated August 11 330 pm)

Experiencia negativa: Worst Gamestop experience I’ve ever had. Quick back story, I had to cancel a special edition pre-order because I needed the money at the time. I’m not familiar with collector items, and I thought I could come back at another point before the release to reserve another order. Well the guy (I forgot his name, short Caucasian fellow) told me AFTER they cancelled my order that I couldn’t come back and order another one because they were booked. I told him it’s okay, I need the money anyway, and at the time I thought I could just go to another location and pre-order (again, I’m not familiar with special editions since I usually don’t get them). Well I quickly learned about 3 weeks later I couldn’t. Fast forward to today. I walked in, and I asked the guy why he didn’t inform me before I cancelled that I couldn’t get it anywhere else. He insisted that he did, and I kept telling him that if that was the case, I would’ve just found another way to keep my pre-order. Yes I needed the money at the time, but why would I cancel my pre-order if I honestly knew I couldn’t get it anywhere else? That doesn’t make sense. We went back and fourth for about a minute or so, and he’s clearly getting irritated with me. So I stopped and said “look man, I’m just trying to figure out if there’s anything I can do because I didn’t know that all the stores would be sold out like this.” And he looked at me and was like “nah, it’s just 1 large corporation.” So I told him “for future reference, to let people know before they get their refund.” And all he had to say was “okay.” I said okay well I appreciate it. He didn’t even say have a goodnight or I appreciate you. Nothing. Really the worst experience through Gamestop I’ve ever had. Honestly this whole experience wouldn’t have been that bad if I didn’t get so much attitude the second time I came by to figure out if there was anything to do.

Experiencia negativa: I was looking at a keychain and placed it onto of a box instead of back in its place because my friend called me over right when I was about to leave the employee asked if I was gonna pay for that keychain I asked what he said I had 3 keychains and now i only have 2 because he didn't see where i put it accusing me of stealing im so displeased with the service totally disrespectful been going to games stop ever since i was little made me never want to go back completely flabbergasted at the rudeness shown do not recommend this store

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews, but iv had multiple wonderful experiences at this game stop and I just thought that they could use some love on their page! The store leader Josh is almost always there whenever I stop in (Once a week) to make a purchase. Hes always super kind and not over bearing with pushing purchases on me, but actually offers helpful advice with upcoming games and lists of pops/games coming out soon that I can take out with me. He has been absolutely fantastic to converse with in the store and I look forward to my next visit! thanks for the great times Josh!

Experiencia negativa: Things are really overpriced. I was buying a controller & really didn't like the price they were charging for it. I asked the guy if he would give me a discount. He scanned the controller & it rang up giving me over a 60% discount, until he realized that he had hit the trade in button. So I'm paying more than a 60% markup! No!

Experiencia fantástica: THIS IS THE GREATEST GAMESTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Best staff. Very informed and super polite. Never judge your game choices or try and push a sale on you (which GameStop is notorious for). Will never use another GameStop again unless it's this one.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast, friendly service. Saved me some money on a Christmas gift. I went there looking for a used copy of a specific game and the employee let me know they were running a sale with which I could get new copy cheaper than a used one. Less enthusiastic employees would have let me buy the used copy without a second thought. Great job.
