Experiencia positiva: A great game shop to browse for gear, the $5 pro credit always gets spent on something fun, and the people who work there are great. That being said, it’s very much over priced and under stocked. Most of the collectibles in stock you can get much cheaper at Walmart, target, or your LGCS. The new singles they are selling are about 10x the TCG player market price. And don’t expect them to have a single Pokemon pack in stock. Hope you like Lorcana.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. I have sent cards to PSA 4 times now at this location and they always take care of my cards. I'm actually preparing some now to send more out. Every time I go they treat me very welcome and make the experience extremely smooth. The employee is always helpful and he likes to talk so we get along well. Definitely recommend this location for people who like games and collectibles, especially trading cards.

Why tell people you can help over the phone only to shoo them away out the door when they show up. There's a reason there's not many Gamestops left.

The clerk at the counter was so nice and made my son feel like a billion bucks with the big deal I made about having this store be where we purchase the MineCraft Legends. Experiencia negativa: Stay with me here. I happened to find a copy of NCAA 14 for Xbox 360 in this store selling for $69. When I walked up to the counter, the guy scanned the case and told me they didn’t have it in stock. Weird. I left without causing much of a fuss but it bothered me so much I decided to come back 2 days later just in case it magically appeared. 2 days later I walk in…and boom. It’s back on the shelf. I walked up again to see if they had the game. Same guy who helped me before. But this time he actually checked the drawer behind him. Again, not in stock. I asked since they don’t have the game what do they do with the case? And I don’t even remember what the guy said cuz it didn’t make sense in my head. Fast forward 2 days AFTER that. It’s freakin’ back on the shelf again! Different guy this time and again they don’t have it in stock. If I understood him correctly he said it’s out there in hopes that someone trades that game in…and I’m hoping I totally misunderstood him cuz that makes zero sense to me either. If anything it’s false advertising. It’s not shelved under a “looking for these games” shelf. It’s with other pre-owned Xbox 360 games. I’m not giving this place a 1 star because the employees were nice and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. It’s just extremely weird to me that you would keep putting that game back on the shelf without a disclaimer.

Experiencia negativa: Bought 2 items on clearance as Christmas gifts and just tried to return them with receipt. They refused. Said no returns on clearance items or collectibles. And why would i know this? The sale sign did not state this, and the cashier (who happened to be there and i said, you did not tell me at purchase) did not tell me they would be a final sale. I never would have risked these items as a gift if I had known they were final sale. They kept telling me most retail stores don't return clearance items, and that is NOT true, most stores do. Besides that, why would I assume I wouldn't be able to return something with a receipt within 2 weeks of purchase! They do not care about the customer.

Finally rang me up then proceeded to ignore me again while I'm trying to pay So I just left. customer service here is a joke never coming back again. Don't waste your time here if a bondle girl is working the register.

Experiencia negativa: Manager did not ask me if I wanted the warranties on the games, but added them to the bill. Only as she handed me the receipt and the transaction was complete did she mention that the warranties were included. Proceeded to return the warranties. Her nice demeanor changed at that point too.

Experiencia negativa: So we went into this location to buy a game that we knew for sure was still available. We waited in a very long line for a while with this game in our hands and when we finally got up to the register the guy tells us that the last one had already been put on hold and also said HE FORGOT TO TAKE THE CASE OFF THE SHELVES. Very disappointing. We were there first before that customer even called. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again.

Experiencia fantástica: This store is amazing especially Stephen and James who helped my family and I tonight. We walked in their looking to buy a new game console, but had no clue which console would be a good fit for us. Stephen asked us some questions and immediately recommend the Nintendo Switch. They went on to explain why that console would be good for us, recommended games, accessories, and then let us browse without being an over the top "sales person." We picked up quite a few things, my kids love the Switch, and we will be going back there for our future needs.

Experiencia fantástica: IDK what the negative reviewers are talking about. We have 3 consoles in our house so I go in to the store here and there (especially now that our 2 younger boys have started gaming) Every time I have ever been the staff has been nothing but helpful and inviting. They always go out of their way to help find the best possible deals, used discs in the best condition, controllers with built in adapters when they could so easily just let me buy whatever I grabbed off the shelves and be on my way. They have tracked down equipment I needed to return under warranty that their store didn't have in stock and put holds at other stores. All the employees are like this. Maybe they have new management since some of the reviews were written?? But the 2 years we have lived here and shopped there all our experiences have been awesome!! Thanks go out to Scott especially!!

Experiencia negativa: I was tricked into purchasing a system from this store. I was told that if I to bring in a Gaming Console to trade in I would only pay 80 dollars for the better version of the one I had. They didn't bother to make sure if I was clear on everything during the transaction. And when Gamestop Slogan says "Gamestop power to the players" that is absolutely 1000% NOT TRUE!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been into this location multiple times and the staff has always been helpful. During Christmas and after they were always plesent and very informative. Today I called and spoke with Nate, i had a question about a particular game and he was answered all my questions and walked me through the process. This is something he isn't paid to do but he took time to help me anyways and for that I am greatful. Thank You Gamestop staff on Temecula Pkwy for going above and beyond! You guys are awesome!

Experiencia negativa: I've been coming here for years....what started off good has now been to many mistakes in a row....for the last 3 times I've gone in there they have been under staffed and on a TUESDAY WHEN NEW GAMES COME OUT at 3 in the afternoon when schools out there's a line out the door and one employee....but what recently happen was I pre ordered a game and they called me to say that they are having a release monday night.....so I show up thinking my game is there but they go to the back and come out empty handed....the clerk Nikki then tells me that there was a order mistake and nobody got the Xbox one bundle...and they won't be in until Friday....I thought it was weird that A=why didn't you call me to say it wasn't there when clearly you called me 4 hours earlier to say it was...and no B= why did you have to go to the back to figure that out would you have know prior....so I left with a full refund and decided to call the other gamestop...and to my surprised they ended up getting there bundles in So she Lied to me....Probably sold mine to someone else and tried to make a BS story up
