Experiencia fantástica: Staff was really nice and they answered all my questions. Still a hunt for a couple old school 360 games but at least they were really nice and non judgemental. Can't say the same for other stores. Thank you guys for being good gamers.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a positive experience when going into GameStop. In a world where everything is going digital, I still value being able to hold a physical copy of a game, and GameStop is the king of that. Their pre-owned selection is always reliable, and I love the peace of mind that comes with their protection plans—it's saved my controllers more than once! I also did an online order for 'Pick Up In-Store' and it was ready in under an hour. Friendly service and a quick checkout every time. 5 stars for keeping physical media alive!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice employees, Austin was awesome he assisted me a few months ago. This time I traded in an older Xbox with Jaleigh last night and she was super friendly! There was a man too I didn’t get his name but he was also nice. This store is always great. I do wish GameStop wouldn’t push the Pro Plan/Credit Card so much because the employees do a great job at selling it, It’s just not useful for me, and the employees shouldn’t be dinged for that! (Not sure if they are tbh I just assume) great store!

Experiencia negativa: Guy helping me out did not inform me that there was a no refund policy on clearance items before purchase and blamed the computer for his mistake. This is important information for around the holidays so I am very displeased with this service. I have also had employees from this location forget to put games into cases so I will not be returning here for overall poor customer service

Experiencia fantástica: I consider myself a simple shopper, I look up what I want I do my research I go to the store and buy and I'm off. But I love walking into a store like this the GameStop in Murrieta and enjoy talking to the workers there and having a great time while I shop, they are very helpful and really appreciate their clients. Experiencia negativa: I come to this GameStop often and it’s always a great experience except for when I went on 11/13. I bought a headset that had an obvious price tag of 50$ and it rung up 60$. I questioned the employee and she just stared at me as if to say “take it or leave it” and I’m not a confrontational person so I just left feeling cheated out of my money. I don’t see myself going back any time soon.

Experiencia positiva: From my last review, the corporation has greatly changed for the better. Always super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The corporation setup is out of date for the times, but the people make up for it. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees because they are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and this corporation doesn't incentivize them very well. They deserve better. They have updated their app and offer a ton of new options and merch. Preorders are still terrible if you want it shipped home day of release, but that's easy to fix - walk in the store.

Experiencia fantástica: Full disclosure: I'm typically a Game Stop hater. This is the single best Game Stop I've ever visited. The folks at this store really knock it out of the park with their knowledgebase, courtesy, and helpfulness. These guys don't get all annoying and pushy like employees at a lot of other stores. Whenever a crowd happens into this store I always see the employees moving the line as efficiently as possible. This location tends to have a good stock of various new and used games. I've been able to grab a few rare games here from time to time. Because of these dudes I was able to snag a copy of the much sought after special edition for Metroid Dread - something I've been waiting for almost 2 decades. I'm truly thankful.

Derek is really great at helping out customers with how to use GameStop offers and discounts and even goes out of his way to help us navigate and understand pre-orders and GameStop accounts. He’s knowledgeable about upcoming games and exclusive merchandise, and he’s overwhelmingly helpful with any question you can throw at him! 10/10 store and staff.

I wanted to preorder Pokémon cards so I first called my local shop but they said they weren’t taking any preorders on the item.. then I called this one and he checked the computer and had to “refine the search” and he found the item for preorders no problems. Makes me think my local shop didn’t try very hard to find the item. Glad the guys at Murrieta location took the extra step! Thanks guys! I will be back for more preorders ;)

Experiencia negativa: I called prior to driving into store to make sure they had the selection I was looking for, and after asking a SECOND TIME that they were IN store I drive over for them only to tell me they don’t have any at all In the store and when stating I had just called and was told they did the girl just ignored me, which was quite annoying. Horrible staff, no apology, and I suggest they know what they have in store even if it takes a second to look when I’m calling so I don’t waste gas on going in for nothing. Not even worth the one star.

Experiencia negativa: Service was ok.. but my grievance with this place is that they changed the info on MY account without my permission! My son uses the account with my permission cuz i stay in a Las Vegas and he was staying in Murrieta w/ his mother for that school yr.(last yr 2018-2019) & his Aunts bf thought it was ok to change the info w/o my or my sons permission! What happened to checking I.D. and letting me know?! & when I asked the clerk that was there when purchasing a gamers headset for son as a gift for my son for graduation of elementary school.. She had no answers!!! I'm very unhappy!

Experiencia positiva: Came in here last week with a gift card ready to purchase something, they have a good selection of games as I browsed around the store something caught my eye it was super smash Bros ultimate! I went to the cash register to ask for the game and the guy at the counter told me they were sold out I was shocked and a little bit disappointed thankfully I believe the manager was there and also could not believe that they were sold out and went in the back to check if they got a shipment in and to my surprise they did! So I bought my game and was on my Merry way, thank you Mr. Manager you made my day.

Experiencia negativa: Have always had problems with this store. I've been given back the wrong disc when cancelling a trade in, and they have sold me expired DLC. But this last one takes the cake. Wasted my time coming in to trade in and the clerks wouldn't honor the trade offer going on this month. They wouldn't even attempt to find a solution, the guy just said, "are you sure you don't want to buy the best game of the year for $X." Talked to customer service, who said the deal should have been honored. Worst experience at a gamestop ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to check out getting a PS4 and Fallout 76 I. Friday 12/14. It was of course busy considering the time of year and a Friday. The DM (I unfortunately forgot his name) was there and helping me. I had not touched a console game since World of Warcraft vanilla came out many years ago so I had questions. In the past in other stores the staff has a demeanor that had left me feeling like I'm not worth their time. This was Deffinately not the case here. He was totally friendly, articulate and knowledgeable and patient. I decided on a refurbished PS4 1TB and Fallout 76 SE. Kevin rang me out and reminded me to get The warranty on the console and the game. Kevin also explained that I needed PS online (yes, I would have forgotten it) and I went with the cheaper 1 year option. The console had a CE error issue and I followed all the steps to fix it to no avail. I went back Saturday to do an exchange. Kaldur took care of me without any problems. I didn't get that "What did you do to it?" vibe or anything like that from him. When I asked about just getting a new not refurbished one he advised to do the exchange as even a new one may have that issue. I went with exchanging like for like. Got it home and hooked it up. I spent 6 hrs gaming with my sister Sunday. This was the best experiences I have had at any of the GameStop stores or any store that sells consoles. The DM, Kevin and Kaldur are great employees. The atmosphere is welcoming and up beat and I am looking forward to picking up my Kingdom Hearts III Deluxe in January!!
