Experiencia fantástica: I came here a week ago to buy some gifts for my sisters brithday. Decided to buy her this cute Eevee plush and the FNAF plush for my self. The girl employee ( i forgot to ask for her name ) was super friendly. I believe she the only girl working here. I ask her a few questions about upcoming deals and products. She give me all the answers i needed. I will say this is the first time a GameStop employee is ever this nice and friendly to me. If this complany allowed us to tip employees for their costumer service i would had tip her. Other employees at other stores are rude, have some type of mean attitude, give you weird looks and refuse to answer questions or help you. Next time i shop here i will make sure i go up to her for check out and questioning, She really did help me out alot in other things. better than any employee, she deserves a raise

Experiencia negativa: On December 23rd, my sister Chelsea DeAnne ordered a PS4 for my nephew from GameStop, but when she went to pick it up on December 24th, 2024, she was informed that someone else had already claimed her order. This resulted in my nephew being left without anything on Christmas Day-extremely disappointing because the PS5 was the only thing he wanted. It is now December 30th, 2024 and GameStop has still NOT refunded my sister her money nor provided her with a replacement console for my nephew because they marked their error as a “closed” situation. GameStop needs to fix this.
Experiencia negativa: On December 23 I purchased a PS5 online for pick up from GameStop. I was at work at the time but I have a total of 3 days to pick up the item. I arrived on December 24th to pick up my order when I was told the item was picked up. The associate I dealt with gave me the store manager David’s personal cell phone. I called and when he answered he was upset I was given the number but he advised he was contacting the police and even if he had to bring me a replacement by the end of the day he would. In order to pick up an item you have to show your identification and email. No one has access to either of these things that belong to me. Fast forward I still have not received a call from David and corporate advised this is a closed situation and they followed all protocols and I won’t get the merchandise or the money back. I have not raised my voice, cursed or disrespected any one I have been in contact with. No one is willing to hear me out and if I can at least avoid anyone going through this in the future, I will do that. I am now having to go purchase one in store for my son because that is all he truly wanted for Christmas. Please share to avoid.
Experiencia fantástica: I would love to acknowledge the store manager David. Last year I purchased an Xbox as a gift for someone. We purchased a warranty, however when the console stopped working we weren't able to locate the warranty or even the purchase. David spent a whole week, helping me locate the purchase (long story short - I didn't have an account) he was patient, communicative, knowledgeable and above all he was empathetic and offered the kinds of customer service that you don't really find anymore. I mean really....who would spend a week on this? David did and we were able to get a new console because of him. I really hope his managers see this and know that because of him - I will continue to purchase from Gamestop. Thank you David for all your help!

Experiencia negativa: This store is way too small. It wasn't busy and it still felt so cramped. They don't have a huge selection, and what they do have is hard to browse and read. There's just nothing in this store that would ever attract me to it; it's just boring, even as someone who loves games.

Experiencia negativa: I was told I had to wait to get in (that's fine - there's a pandemic). I said "all I want to do is see if yall will buy these games. Can you at least tell me that before I wait?" The guy said no. I waited in line a half hour to walk into the store and have the cashier take one look at my bag and say "we don't buy 360 games." Why couldn't the door guy tell me that? Whatever, everything is online now anyways.
Experiencia negativa: I was one of the first ones there, waiting since 1 AM. For the ps5, and just because i wasnt at the other entrance i didnt get a ticket for the ps5, when we were never told that they were giving out tickets. I was told it was first come first serve. And i was there before anyone. But i couldnt get it, all because they were holding the ps5 for the people they gave tickets too. If they would of walked outside at 1 AM and checked who was actually there first, or atleast tell us what they were going to do, i would of gone to another gamestop. Now i cant get my nephew what he wanted for his birthday. You guys cant just change the rules last minute. First come first serve. I was waiting outside longer than those who got a dam ticket. And the employee didnt even care that he made a mistake or was in the wrong. And still didnt care that we were there first at the store.

But other than that they do sell used consoles with 1 year warranty no questions asked if it breaks they give you another one and your warranty starts sll over again with no fee. If they don't have a certain item they will try to find it for you or point you at least in the right direction.

Experiencia negativa: Si quieres cambiar o vender algún juego no lo hagas en este lugar porque es un robo, no tienen mucha variedad de juegos y tampoco y los seminuevos están prácticamente a precio de nuevos, el personal sin embargo es amable y se aceptan pagos en tarjeta y efectivo pero no me parece una buena opción para comprar y/o vender juegos
