They made what I thought was going to be a boring a tedious process really pleasant.

Experiencia negativa: Ok I bought a copy of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection for the Nintendo switch on Friday night. I was really happy about so i tossed the receipt away thinking I didn't need it cause am not going to return it. That was my downfall. Turned out the game that I got was not Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection but mk 11. I was like ok I'll go see if I can get the right one and maybe they have me buying it in the system... no they didn't but have me buying a screen protector and a device that attracts to the switch that costs 50 dollars... yeah this gamestop is not worth it something odd is going on here cause the screwed my out of 40 dollars and wouldn't even help me out and any kind of way.

Experiencia negativa: 3rd gamestop stop this week. With the same problems. Zero greeting when walked into store. Cashier busy chatting with an off the clock employee hanging out with him. All while eating a bowl of noodles and a hot pocket on a paper plate behind the counter. When I asked the so called experts about games I got I don't know answers or plain disdain. One main question is why is the Last of us 2 remastered on ps4 only 2 bucks cheaper than the ps5 version. Again got the eye roll. They didn't even attempt to explain why the company would do such a silly thing. The employees gave at all 3 stores especially this one a why are you in the store vibe bothering me. Do better please gamestop.

Experiencia negativa: I bought a physical game 2 weeks ago and created a pro account. According to the return policy, I had 15 days to return it without any complications. Today I went to the store and they wouldn't refund me because the system wouldn't allow it. They offered me an exchange for $15 for a game that cost $45 at the same store. I don't recommend them at all; their policies are not followed.
Experiencia negativa: Other GameStop locations are limiting Pokémon products to 1 per customer— why isn’t this location doing so? Waited in the freezing cold for hours just to get a box, but scalpers were allowed to grab two each and clear out the entire stock. How are normal folks with (a 9-5 or a life) expected to be able to purchase anything?
Experiencia negativa: I went today to see if there was any pokemon cards and got accused by the short pink haired girl of buying them all, she told me that her manager told her they cant sell me anything i told her to pull up my account to prove its me, she just started insulting me and kept saying that they weren’t gonna sell me anything. I literally have bought two times from gamestop and only 1 pack of cards at a time, i didn’t argue with her, i think its because i am hispanic that she wanted to keep me out of the store. I reported to corporate and expect them to make it right, i will continue to go to the store everyday its my right and thats why i pay a membership!! What a joke of employee

He spent quite a bit of time walking me through everything and ensured I was getting the best equipment and warranty. I haven't been a Gamestop customer for a few years now but this experience has guaranteed I'll be back for more great customer service and savings
Experiencia fantástica: I am a little bias due to the fact that I use to work at this Gamestop. Now that the Corporation Gamestop has calmdown a little from what I can tell. The individual stores have become better for the customers. They don't try to force you to buy memberships and they are pretty knowledgeable on the gaming community.

I was sold a defected PS5, and had to travel FAR to another store to get help.. THIS IS SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE GUY DIDNT SHOW UP FOR HOURS!!!!!! I am a pro member, this is ridiculous. Experiencia fantástica: Picked up a leather Pokemon Backpack + Wallet duo that I LOVE! This store kept this bag in perfect condition and I couldn't resist! Love this store and the care they put into their products. The employees are always helpful and friendly. While I was shopping, an employee and I talked about Pokemon for 30 minutes. It was so amazing lol.
Experiencia negativa: Not only did they pressure/demand I get GameStop Pro without telling me it’s a $25 yearly subscription, they sold me a refurbished ps5 that does not work at ALL. After 1 day the console isn’t usable. The store manager discouraged me from getting a pre owned ps5 and to get a refurbished. Terrible choice. They also persuaded me to get the warranty which does not cover a full ps5. It’s overall a scam. The manager did not let you talk and was over domineering. I would recommend going to the Pflugerville GameStop where they answer the phone, answer your questions, are honest, and will NOT let you buy a broken console.
Experiencia positiva: Staff is usually really good here always super nice and informative the staff is doing the best they can and I respect that, it's kinda disappointing that they're closed more often and that I haven't been called for any of my preorders since the change in store leader multiple times here but I understand staffing is an issue just everywhere I feel the struggle and especially with GameStop's horrible pay and unreal sale expectations. I’m assuming this place isn’t being managed in a healthy way, making employee retention abysmal. Edit: I see they have “temporary” store hours, (which they didn’t update on the site, they had a paper taped to the door) they are only open for 4 hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 3-7. Seriously??

Experiencia negativa: How to recall a moment where the worst experience I had at this location. The item I received came with a discount with my next purchase and supposedly a manager handed me back my recite. I tried explaining to her I never received it, and she looked down on me like I was the worst Human being to set foot in her store. That wasn't it, she was still complaining that she handed it to me already. I don't know if I was given a hard time because I'm a minority but it felt horrible. I forgive them for it, just that I will always remember the way I was treated here.

That is a bad inventory call, especially on a brand new game. Plus if you are sold out of extra copies make some sort of announcement. What is the point of calling a place Gamestop if you can't "Stop for a Game"?? Ridiculous, no wonder Gamestop is struggling as a company. Edit: it's just a shame. Went to Walmart and got it no problem. I tried to give Gamestop my business but if you aren't going to carry games, what is the point?

So needless to say, this Gamestop's Store Location has an AMAZING selection of items! I would definitely tell anyone looking for Games, Controllers, Accessories, Travel Game Bags, and tons more to come to this location and check it out! They always seem to have the best and newest stuff as well as some other great finds! This Gamestop is great!

Experiencia negativa: *****DO NOT PURCHASE PRE-OWNED/USED MERCHANDISE FROM THIS LOCATION***** Per GameStop Pre-Owned return policy "merchandise can be returned for any reason within 7 days." I purchased a Wii remote from employee Audrey at this location. Turned out the remote was faulty. Went to return it 5 days later, and was rejected my refund by employee Manuel. "We can only make an exchange or issue store credit" he repeatedly stated and this was his only answer for every question/response I had. I have been shopping with GameStops all over Texas for over a decade and have never had this issue. I took the remote to the Greenlawn Crossing location, where I made the return for a full refund and was actually treated like a valued customer.
