Experiencia negativa: My husband went into this GameStop to send out a valuable Pokémon card to get graded and simply recorded the card for his own protection, not the employee’s face or anything personal. The store manager, Greg, immediately got aggressive, telling him “don’t ever do that again” in a disrespectful, bossy tone as if he was talking to one of his employees. Instead of being professional or offering any transparency about where the card would be sent, he refused to even write down the grading company name. When someone is trusting your store with something valuable, the least you can do is communicate clearly and respectfully. As my husband was already walking out, Greg even threatened to call security, which was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. The only reason my husband went back in was to ask for Greg’s name, and that’s when he doubled down on the petty attitude. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions we’ve experienced. Greg’s behavior was rude, intimidating, and showed zero respect for customers. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this location. And greg, just because you have a little bit of power being a “manager”shouldn’t make you arrogant.
Experiencia negativa: Very pushy staff. I took my grand child to this store to buy him a video game and when checking out they asked 3 times if I wanted to sign up for their rewards. Im a senior citizen and told them politely I would pass but they insisted. I now must find a new store to buy my grandson video games.

Experiencia negativa: Crazy a customer that was in the store beat me to a a bad review... I went to this location to pick up a video game I ordered online that should have been shipped out 2 day's prior to be met by a manager with a lack of people skills he decided it was ok to raise his voice in a very disrespectful manner, and I listened to this ridiculous rant and then he asked me to leave . I have no idea how this guy has a job... I was also informed that this location is a child's toy store? But that is confusing because 75% of games are for young adults but anyway avoid this place unless they fire this guy.
Experiencia negativa: I was in the store earlier today and a customer was trying to pick up a order I believe , the guy behind the counter seemed irritated and started shouting. I walked out so I am not sure if it was resolved (I'm going to shop elsewhere from now on.)
Experiencia positiva: If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars instead of 4. Here's why: Almost a week ago now, I pre-ordered the new remake of "Metal Gear Solid 3," and I was able to put a deposit down. However, last Thursday when I was expecting a phone call, I got nothing. I called in last Friday, which was the final day they would hold onto my pre-order, and they said it was ready since the day before. I asked why I never got the call that Thursday was due to a system outage. It really is a shame that they don't give you an extra hold day when stuff that isn't your fault happens on the business' end. I don't think there's anything I can do about it, but I wish there was. Otherwise, it was a good time. I was still proactive and called ahead to confirm my copy. The clerk(s) there were very friendly to work with. They were especially grateful I came with exact change to pay the rest of it off before picking up my copy. Their register must be packed tight with quarters. I still got my copy, and I enjoy the game I picked up. *below are the pictures of my game and the leftover I had left to pay for my game (plus extra).*
Experiencia negativa: The employee at the store yesterday is the reason why no one wants to come to Gamestops anymore. Asked me if I wanted a warranty on the game, I said no. Asked me if I wanted a Gamestop Credit Card, I said no, he went "are you sure?" I said no. I got a Switch 2, then he kept asking me, over and over again, if I wanted a warranty with it, and if I wanted to sign up for Gamestop Pro with it, and I kept saying no. He must've asked at least 7-8 times, "Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you positive? " Buddy, I said no the first 10 times what makes you think I'll say yes on the 11th time. Super annoying, unprofessional. Stop badgering people who just want to get a game and leave. I've been going to this store for at least 15 years and this is the worst it has been. Wish I could give 0 stars. There's no reason to go in store anymore, unless you want to be pushed into buying a warranty you don't need.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this location 0 stars . My husband and I order a few games with Casey about 3-4 weeks ago , I was able to get one copy but she told me the other game that I wanted was out of stock and need to be ordered. So I told her okay we can do that , the only problem is that I can’t get it shipped to my home and she told Me that I can order from store and get it shipped to their location. So we did that I payed both games in full . Waiting for the game to arrived to location since I was able to track it via email . I called the store a few days after the game arriving to their location and someone over the phone told me that they don’t check their mail box often, that their manager does . So she said she will leave a sticky note for them to check mail box. I never heard from them a week passed and I called again and another gal told me that the sticky that was left there for the staff to see was ignored due to their Nintendo 2 pre order sale they got busy and that she was gonna text her manager for her to check mail box for my game . And this point is a month has passed . Came today to get my copy since I got a called yesterday that they FINALLY have it . When I arrived to the store I asked for The game . Casey was trying to give me an explanation of their reason why the game to So long for me to get it , and lied to my face and said that I order the game from my house and put their address when all this was done at their store and by her a month ago …I have the receipt with her name on it with BOTH games being purchased at this location ….. I never placed the order from my home I came to the store payed in full and Casey helped me for me to get it shipped to their location !! I got upset , I told her that it wasn’t true . And she was like well in my system says other wise . I’m not going to argue with her . I asked for my game and she gave it to Me with attitude. I feel disappointed on this location since I come all the way from Riverside since I like the area . Thanks to her I will never come back . Great job at hiring employees that lack of customer service game stop .

Experiencia negativa: I've been going here pretty much since this place was built . Aside from the fact they rip you off for trade ins. As of the last few years . The staff seems to be very rude to customers and are very unprofessional and have a pompous attitude to those that do not wish to purchase a membership . I've experienced this on several occasions with several employees at different times. I'd rather go pay full price for games at best buy than deal with employees messed up attitude toward customers . Judging from other reviews here. I'm not the only one .

We're acknowledged as soon as we walk in, and we always have questions. Shoutout to Kelsey for being awesome every time! She’s a ball of energy, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. This is our go-to place.
Experiencia negativa: First of all, Worst customer service ever, especially the purple hair employee. She has always been rude to me when I come in and she always saying I can never buy anything. I always have to go to other stores because of her. DO NOT GO HERE. If you want to have the worst experience at a Gamestop. come to this location. All the workers here especially the purple hair employee and Paige will lie straight to your face and they wont have a single care in the world even though you are a paying customer.
Experiencia negativa: I’m not sure if those recent reviews had conflict with the same employee I had, but regardless, it doesn’t seem as if this gamestop knows how to hire people capable of proper customer service and fair business practices. There have been multiple times where I have gone to buy a product in stock, only for the employees to hold that product for themselves or people they know. The workers here can be straight up rude to your face, and nothing is done about it. Go to this gamestop if you want to be disrespected for real.

Experiencia negativa: Paige, who told me she was a store manager, was insanely rude to my Mother and nephews when they went into the store today. My nephew had gotten a game for his switch for Christmas (switch sports), which unfortunately was incompatible with his switch lite. Since they had bought the game in anticipation for Christmas, it was passed the return window but instead of calmly telling her the store return policies, berated her in front of two children. Paige told my mother that the store didn’t need her business and that she should leave just because she was trying to return an unopened game. I’ve worked in the video game industry for publishers and to see this happening at the local level for someone who bought the wrong game for a child for Christmas is actually ridiculous. Will definitely be calling corporate and the store owner to report how rude the staff was today. I know it’s the holiday and tensions run high but this is pretty egregious and I won’t be shopping at this GameStop anymore. I’ve been a paying rewards member for over a decade and this sincerely makes me second guess that. Those same boys that went in had a stack of cards to get graded by PSA and they ended up leaving without sending them in. Will just send them in to be graded ourselves. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit this GameStop. There are a few others in Corona and riverside.

Experiencia negativa: I went into purchase a video game, but was told they did not have a copy however I was told they could have it delivered to my house in 3 days if I purchased it for delivery and there would be no extra charge for the delivery. So I went ahead and purchased the game and in 3 days I found that it was still stuck in transit so I waited an additional five days where my order has been delivered according to the tracker however I did not receive anything in my mail and I did not receive anything at my house so I tried to complain about the situation to GameStop however they could not do anything and I had to go through the delivery service dispute it with them however they couldn't do anything because there was no insurance on the package so now I'm left with out the item I purchased and given the go around instead of any help. I highly recommend not purchasing anything to be delivered from gamestop as they refused to help with anything as well as resolve the situation. Instead they'll give you a customer service number which you have to go through and then go to the delivery service and still no help. Waste of time and money. Never again.

Experiencia negativa: I’d leave 0 stars if I could, I bought a game there and my autistic son threw a toy in the air unintentionally the toy went into the hole in their ceiling which my son didn’t even know was there and that is not our problem that it’s there and I had to pay for it and the employee Michael said “well I’m not going up there so you have to pay” he didn’t even help me find the game when I asked and I was trying to ask for help because my son gets anxious and this could’ve been avoided if Michael had better customer service and my son felt very sad and nervous after and I had to speak with his Therpaist this is such a gross store!! Horrible people, if you care about kids with disabilities do not come here!

Experiencia negativa: Waited in line, card in hand, while one cashier was helping a customer and the second cashier(pink hair) was chatting up the customer's son. We weren't even acknowledged. Our business has been taken to Target across the street where they have even the most basic knowledge of customer service.

Experiencia positiva: Let me just say..this game stop is epic!!! Biggest I've ever seen huge selection! It has a bigger pop wall, more collectibles and figures here then any location ive seen before. Favorite location now. Only flaw I would say is keep prices updated regularly due to misleading and to potential disappointment but other than that everything was amazing!

The shopping area this GameStop is located in is also very nice, which includes a movie theater, restaurants, stores, etc. Would come back to this one and would recommend this location.

It’s also great that they have the Pop figures and Think Geek section. I nerd out every time I go there. And the employees are really helpful. It’s not like I go in there and when I have questions they’re condescending in any way. They’re genuinely helpful. And I’m able to strike up a good conversation with them about the game I’m buying or games in that genre when I’m at the checkout. It’s a good community vibe you get going to GameStop, especially this one. I completely recommend. 5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to buy 2 games for my Nintendo 3ds. The guy who helped me sold me on the power rewards by saying I can get 1 free game after a week of purchase. I went in a week later to find out that I have to buy an additional 2 games. So not only did he sell me on membership with misleading information, but I checked my receipt after transaction and asked him why I’m paying for gamer magazine which was $15 He said it’s the power rewards that I’m paying. Originally the girl next to him said it was $9 for rewards membership. So tons of wrong information just to meet goals. Definitely not buying from GameStop because of my awful experience.

He did this repeatedly for the same phone inquiry , all while real customers stood in line. Hey guy Ever heard of an inventory look up via your computer? Next his co-worker crawls out his hole to ignore everyone and then finally helps me. He offers me $1.00 for a complete Xbox 360 with games when a different location offered me $30.00 + if I had not been missing a power supply. ( I brought it with me to this location)

Experiencia positiva: One of the better GameStop locations. They have ThinkGeek stuff! Great spot for gift shopping and they have a lot of pre-owned games, more than most other GameStop locations. Teegan the assistant manager really knows her stuff!

It took a little longer than expected due to their system pulling the wrong phone up, but the employee was awesome and friendly and made the time feel shorter. We were able to get same as cash and more than expected due to having one of their reward cards.

I have fond memories of hanging out with my friends here when I was younger, and the employees are good, helpful people. They care about their work and will laugh with you when you buy Shrek 3 for the XBOX 360.
