Experiencia fantástica: Andy and Kyle are awesome. I grade sports cards through here all the time and have never had any issues. Great selection of sealed sports blasters/mega and an occasional hobby preferred. Great service and trusty worthy for grading.

Experiencia negativa: Andy helped out a customer as he said for an hour and had us waiting for what felt half of that hour he helped another customer in front of us and got her checked out quick on another cash register all while helping the previous customer. He still made us wait. The customer kept having issues bc she presented an expired ID so they had to do the transaction again. Told the customer that he supposedly spent an hour with thank you for your patience and once we were leaving didn’t bother to tell us thank you for your patience too since we were actually waiting there for a long period. Better customer service could have been provided! Unfair treatment was clearly seen! Andy do better!

Experiencia negativa: Do not use this store! My son signed up for their game stop plus membership to get a discount on some pokemon cards he wanted. They signed him up for the membership under the WRONG EMAIL. They did not tell him that what ever credit card was used for the purchase would be AUTOMATICALLY be on AUTO RENEW. We have been trying for months to fix this and get my credit card information off their account and we've been give the run around by customer service. They kept asking for information we didn't have because they messed up his email address. Finally we got the store to change his email so we could communicate with customer service. Now they won't take my credit card information off the account because they need to know what card it was! Even though they have the information RIGHT THERE! Honestly this has NOT been woth the headache. I am about to cancel my cards and get new numbers. This is REDICULOUS!

Experiencia negativa: When it comes to trade and offer up, they are very linear on their cost in value. However, there is a catch to their trade in value for cash. When you do sell your consoles, you must have the all part of the system such as : the console, the cables, and the controller. If you are selling the console with either one of these accessories missing, than you will get a deduction based on the missing accessory. It happened to my When I went to sell in my two old xbox one x consoles, and sadly they offered only $57 each while their store credit was $75, to me it was a sham and a waste of customers time of wanting to make some money and de-valuing the consoles value is the worst trade deal ever. So beware of their scams on what they advertised online.

Experiencia positiva: Sales clerk (cashier) was very helpful. I had made a online order for in store pickup. When it was ready I received the come pick it up email. And as I was headed to the store I saw a game online that I wanted and I placed another online, in store pickup and hadn't received the come get it email for the game and the sales clerk was able to look it up and give it to me at the same time I picked up the first online order. Great really appreciated that. However some reason he wasn't able to print me out a receipt for the first thing I originally was there to pickup. He said whoever confirmed the item was ready did something and was unable to print me a hard copy of proof of purchase. Other than that there was no issues. My only proof of purchase is on the GameStop app via my account orders. Guess I need to screenshot it just in case it disappears from my orders, It possibly could being when I checked earlier today the only order that was in my history was all the way back from 2016 and I've purchased a handful of things from GameStop since then and there's no record of them. And they had even been order online, pickup @ store purchases. SMH! Always keep record of your purchases. Screenshot that Shiz!

Experiencia negativa: Bro , Like Why is Gamestop a monopoly ? We really can't go anywhere else to get accessories in Riverside, CA? Came two weeks ago to get a warranty swap for my Broken xbox one controller they sold me a month before , well of course they don't open until 12pm. Had to leave, figured okay next time I will check times. Went to the store today , while open , and yeah you guessed it No controllers in store . Gotta wait until microsoft send them in. My question to a video game store. Why not have extras in storage in the back ?? I just don't get this monopoly. Maybe I'm wrong but like Idk. Can we have some competition. Is Gamestop owned by Sony and Microsoft? Why do they do this to us. Lol I'm done. 1 Star rating because everything's overpriced and the employees honestly couldn't care less.

Experiencia negativa: Rediculous. I bought a game less than 48 hours ago. Tried to remove their horrible sticker and as a result tore the clear Wrap off. Had to remove it. (was gifting it to someone) but they owned it already. When I came back to return it they said because their silly flimsy clear wrap was removed they would only give me $13 store credit or $6 in cash. I paid $34 for this game are you f-ing kidding me.

Experiencia positiva: about a couple of weeks ago, i went to game stop to pick up my pre-ordered copy of tsa:no more heroes. when i got there, the guy told me they only had one copy of the game left and it was off the shelf and opened. not only that, they didn't have the actual case, just the display case.i payed the full price for a new game that was opened and had the cartridge in a plastic envelope with the season pass . its not that bad at least it worked,but it was pretty sketchy.
