Experiencia negativa: Despite finally getting the game i asked for, it was an excruciatingly painful process listening to long winded explanations that no one asked for for the lack of actually helping me with my purchase. When I became silence at my disdain during my purchase I was met with more push back and was told, "there is no reason to be rude to us here" for being silent. Seems as though they are interested things outside of helping their customers

Experiencia negativa: This store hires very unprofessional people, especially an employee named Abigail. Telling a minor, “I’m going to slap you,” is unacceptable. This is not the first time Abigail has assumed someone was “looking up her skirt.” This is actually her third time saying stuff like this to minors. The store does nothing about it, and it’s very disturbing. She needs to stop falsely accusing children before it becomes a bigger problem than it already is.

Experiencia negativa: First off I love GameStop, but for some reason this GameStop at bay park is the only one that seems to always be “busy” when u call, and tells u to call back. Called 7 times in a row while in the store just to see if they’d answer due to them not answering when I had a question before arriving but yeah… either they silenced the phones or just disconnected them bc they do not care one bit.

Experiencia negativa: Stopped in for 2 games assassins creed shadows and civilization 7 ended up going else where the prices were very high saved 32$ going to Best Buy and target both new instead of one new and one used. Avoid this place if possible shop around and check out other local used game stores. The staff here were also rude and not very knowledgeable.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to buy games and was refused sale due to manager saying there was harassment against an employee. We simply made a complaint against the employee about how rude she is, doesn’t help us and makes inappropriate jokes in front of customers. All we asked is that she got talked to seeing as her behavior was unacceptable. Today, 12/16 we were told by the manager that she was not going to sell to us due to the harassment we had made against her employees. Filed a complaint with corporate as someone should not be treated this way.

Experiencia negativa: Went to buy some Pokemon on a day it released. The day before was told the Ultra premium collection was going to be $160 with out a membership. Then when I got there they decided to raise the price because the market went up. Would not recommend shopping or trusting any of the employees there.

Experiencia negativa: I had bought three Funkos and pre ordered a Silent Hill F. I know three Funko's plus the five dollar pre order does not come to 60.00. I think I got screwed. I really need to start saving receipts. Was really salty when I couldn't get my preorder. The staff needs to do a better job explaining. Now I need to go home and find out where my other 15-20 dollars went to.

Experiencia negativa: Go to Hot Topic or BoxLunch for "Blind Toys." Save you more $$$. I wish I knew this before making this purchase for my son. 4/26/2025, around 6:26pm - 6:45pm, my family and I had the worst service at Game Stop. The gentleman name Jeremy #435365 only greeted and didn't even bother to ask if we needed help or even look at us. He was too busy on the computer. We were at the Bay Park Mall, Green Bay, WI. My son walked up to Jeremy to make a purchased and he didn't even bother to look at my son but stated to move to the other register. When I told my son to go over to the other register, Jeremy was not very welcoming. He seemed annoyed. We've purchased a BB ADV Animiniz. Jeremy never asked for our names or just to ask that my kids should be pro members. I told him, "No thanks, I'm just here to pay. I never shop here." Jeremy, process to say, "You're really going to pay $25 for that?" He never once mentioned the return policy. As we go to Hot Topic, this exact same toy for $19. I went back to Game Stop for a refund, and Jeremy proceeded to say that he could not return the product because it's a "blind item."" I asked him why he didn't tell us about the return policy before we purchased it? He mentioned that there was NO WAY of him knowing that this purchase was a blind toy, and while he was entering my husband's information, the register triggered him not to make the return. I'm sorry, but as a customer who does not shop there, I wished that YOUR employees would have addressed your policy before checking people out. All I wanted was a refund, which I paid cash for. We were literally 5-10mins. It's unfortunate that we were treated like this and got turned away. We will not be returning as customers. My children love Gamestop, but I think Jeremy made our shopping experience the worst. Note: "blind toys" are not refundable, and employees there do not address their return policies to anyone.

Had an online return other locations in the past have put up unnecessary roadblocks not this time. There was a new employee said it was his 4th day. Stayed calm and collected called his supervisor for the information needed to help with the return and processed it without hiccup. Some of the best management around

Experiencia negativa: Gamestop is a joke. I had 75,000 points saved up and was told when I went in store that they were expired! No notifications telling me about this and I even checked my online account and nothing stated that they were expired. I've purchased MANY games and at least a dozen of consoles from Gamestop, I've been a loyal patron for years. I WILL NO LONGER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY GAMESTOP LOCATION!!!

Kayla specifically is amazing and attentive to peoples problems even when another worker is dealing with the customer and remembers things that i didn’t even know she was paying attention to. Def one of the better GameStops i’ve been in.

Experiencia negativa: Called an hour before closing to let them know that I was going to buy a console and the person I talked to was rude. I didnt get there until about 25 minutes before closing and the gate was already pulled down and they closed. When I looked in there was an employee just standing at the counter looking like they were just on their phone. I will never make a purchase at this gamestop again.

Experiencia positiva: There are currently two used game stores in the Bay Park Square mall. If you are looking for used games, I would suggest checking the other store first. It's locally owned and the owner is always friendly and helpful.
