Experiencia negativa: I Called this location to see if they had a video game for my son,, the young man put me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the phone I can hear him and his co-workers in the background just laughing and playing I was very polite when I called and when I proceeded to call back no one answered the phone. Why are you putting a customer on hold when it takes you 30 seconds to type the name of the game in the computer to see if they had it, horrible customer service

Experiencia fantástica: Zach and Will were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I walked in while they were handing a situation with another customer and I feel that they handled it very well. It didnt impact their attitude towards me and I had an enjoyable experience.
Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to kick things off by saying that the GameStop on Howell Mill Road is super welcoming, friendly, and really knows their stuff. The GameStop I used to go to just up and closed without a word. I had two games pre-ordered, and nobody even bothered to email or call me. I was pretty annoyed. So I called GameStop customer service, and the girl there said I could just head over to the Howell Mill spot, and they'd sort me out. I was a bit iffy about that since I'd never done it before. I really didn't want them to tell me, "Nah, we can't help." So I called them up, and they were like, "Come on over, we'll get you taken care of." That made me feel a lot better. I went after work and picked up my two copies of Pokémon Legends ZA, and everything was awesome. This is my GameStop now! I'm gonna be coming here for all my Eevee stuff and Switch 2 games.

Experiencia negativa: Most ridiculous customer service I have experienced in my life. I realize GameStop is known for their lowballing but 60 bucks for a PS4 when they’re turning it around and selling it for 170 dollars is ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of problem solving skills of the employees I was sitting in line for around an hour when there were only 2 people in the store there was a problem with their computer causing problems with the trade in area which is the only place in the store to trade in a console. We recommended to the employee that we she should try our console on the computer rather than the guy that had been trying to fix his clearly broken console at the computer they completely ignored our request so they decided to spend even more time trying to fix the most there customers console. By the time they had just completed given up on trying to fix the other customers console we finally got to the counter where they proceeded to say we didn’t have all the cords we needed even though those cords don’t even come with a ps4 when your buying it new so all that time spent for absolutely no reward. Never coming here again.

Came in to return an unopened sealed controller because I ordered two due to the online store not providing confirmation email on the first purchase. "I know there's a broken one inside" he said as he processed the return. Doubt I will ever go back to this store or Gamestop in general with service like that.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a PS4 controller and ran home to play, but couldn’t because of a faulty DualShock controller. I called the store asking about next steps and was basically told that this inconvenience isn’t their fault and they can only swap the controller. No consideration or slight compensation for my time or anything or horrible first-time experience. The one time I went to GameStop I was met with disappointment and trashy equipment. Guess I’ll be taking my business to Target as usual.

Hector at this location spent an hour on the phone with customer support with me and immediately got me my item in a matter of a couple days. I game their pro membership a chance because the discounts you get almost make shopping their bearable but a year later and I find out I have to pay double for the same discounts now. On top of all that and they will still not match sales that a MANUFACTURER supports and promotes. Crazy.

Experiencia negativa: For the second time in a row, I received a preowned game that did not work. I called the store and Nick told me he could get me a new verison or go to another location to get it instantly. I called the other store and they actually did not have it, so I decided to visit the location I ordered it from and see Nick. When I got there Nick was not free and I spoke with Anthony who then ordered another preowned copy which is something I didn't want again! He then told that I could not cancel the ordered and suggested I wait another 3 days then bring it back to the store! How inconvenient!! He then proceeded to tell me that I could buy the legacy version for $60 more dollars!! I had to argue with him for 5 mins before he decided to call the shipping department and cancel the order. Look I understand things happen and not all preowned games work, but this situation was handle so unprofessionally and I felt like he did not care about my concerns at all. Needlessly to say I am never going to buy at gamestop again with the fear that I will ever have to see him and endure another horrible customer service experience! I'd give this negative -5 five stars if I could.
Experiencia fantástica: I called in a pickup for Destiny 2. As I was checking out I had inquired about the expansion pass. Nick grabbed it for me from the display. Very nice and courteous people working especially in spite of a salty customer ahead of me. I recommend this store.

The guy, Chris, that helped me out was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Aside from that he was super friendly and looked out for every customer at the store. I will definitely be coming back again!
