Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited the GameStop at Port St Lucie for some help with setting up for my husband's anniversary gift. Despite my limited knowledge about gaming, Kylie, an associate there, made our experience absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me find the exact gaming controller and cords I needed. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made sure I left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful. Big thanks to Kylie for making our day! Highly recommend this store for anyone who needs gaming advice or assistance. Ask for Kylie!!
Experiencia negativa: I'd give - stars if I could my pup got into an accident so I needed some extra cash fast took my ps5 to the store girl told me if I come back with in 30 days and pay the money they gave me I could get my system back .........so I came back 4 days later and thay told me that I have to wait 30 days then pay full price for it love being lied to

James told me in the beginning that he can price match my pokemon elite trainerbox Paldea Evolved .It was 36 bucks online at gamestop but in person it was $60 still he said I can pricematch then he said I had to be a pro then he dropped to $55 he said I can save you $4 bucks but I told him no you said you can pricematch. He gave me the worse experience ever. WHY DID I HAVE TO NEGOTIATE. HE WORKS THIER I DONT said you pricematch

Dont accept preorders on day before game releases, even if they have copies of games in stock, and only do preorders for midnight releases - no walk ins. Also don't answer their phone, aaaand when you finally manage to get ahold of someone they're pretty rude.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered the deluxe edition of madden 21 so I could get the game 3 days earlier just to get there for them to try and upsale me the MVP edition for over $100.. Ordered a allready upgraded edition of madden for $80 just so I can play early and now I cant have the game at all

Just recently the RB button gave out and stopped working. They looked up my number and replaced it with a new one instantly. The manager was so helpful and deserves a raise thank you for your help!!!

Experiencia negativa: Derlin gave me the worst customer service, I walked in and I have no idea if it was because I was a girl but he decided to walk away and help another customer ( he saw he and told me to wait a second). Not only that but he allowed the customer to go infront of me (so he allowed him to skip me). I waited about 10 minutes, while he kept talking to the other customer. Derlin was pushy, when he was trying to advertise gamestop's card, when nicely declined he said whatever. No way is he professional, unless you're a guy ...maybe or a avid gamestop shopper. He ruined my experience.

I personally make it a point to shop from this specific store as I simply enjoy the good, honest people that work there. Gaming is fun, and the staff at this GameStop ensure that buying them is too!

Experiencia negativa: Went for destiny 2 at 12 was told to come and waited 20 min to find out it was released at 11 and I missed out on my fame not only that the employees knew there wer people out side but didn't want to warn them about the 11 so we could grab it b4 they left instead the locked up and pretty much told us we r to late all tho they saw us out there now I have to wait till the next day thanks guys

Experiencia negativa: I cannot believe how poorly my husband was just treated in this store. My husband was holding our newborn in her carrier waiting in line and I was across the store looking at something with our two year old. There was another customer near me with his two kids also looking at stuff. I went to join my husband in line and a few minutes later it's clearly my husband's turn in line and he even starts to walk towards to the counter when "krystle" looks my husband dead in the eye and calls over that other customer that still wasn't even in line!! I wouldn't be so angry if she would have said excuse me, or anything to him!!! She chose to blatantly ignore him to help a customer that was still walking around the store!!! I was so taken aback by her terrible customer service we left and will spend our money elsewhere.
