Experiencia negativa: Im not one to get riled up over cards, cause im here for fun not collecting- however I would like to blow the whistle as I just made a purchase today in the triple digits where the boxes that I bought sealed and new, were obviously doctored when opened with packs being cut and fully open. I wont put the videos, cause I unboxed the whole thing on camera (paranoid), due to people's faces but ill put ss I can nab. Don't get cards from here. I went back immediately to inquire about refund possibly, they told me to call the line- and the line says the store has to handle it so someone there is running something under the table, pls beware of all card purchases here<3

Experiencia negativa: You must pre order every game before it comes out or else you won't see it on shelves for 2 weeks+ until someone trades/sells a pre owned copy for a fraction of what they originally paid...so pay the full price or wait? Thats the policy...You must also pre order a new game at least 2 weeks before or else they won't bother ordering more physical copies...I've had several transactions where the price on the computer rung up different than what I was thinking in my head and I was correct. I had to correct the cashier probably more than 5 times because the price was incorrect. Nobody at this store cares about you. The manager hangs out in the back room so nobody can find him, while the employees make fun of the people walking in all day, its a joke! They've moved over to merchandising instead of gaming and I think they are selfish in their practices...the actual sales they have once in a blue moon are horrible and they come and go so fast you can't usually find a copy of what your looking for....I see alot of management butting in not caring about the consumer anymore, only how to monetize their profits. BEWARE Don't buy any of their pre owned or refurbished items because gamestop doesn't even fix them at all and they just label them new/refurbished again...If something is wrong with your product they say "if you didn't buy our warranty then you have to call gamestop corporate." First off, nobody wants a warranty but corporate doesn't deal with in store transactions very well, only online orders so your forced to buy the warranty...Every problem i had, corporate couldn't even find my in-store purchases on their systems...In essence Gamestop created an anti-refund loop hole where in-store employees cant receive information to help you get a refund nor corporate. Thus no customer service for people that walk in, which destroys their legacy of being your favorite local game shop. They should put a sign up that says "buy or beware" and take down those creepy sales signs! Thank u very much!

Experiencia negativa: This happened August 1st after 4:30pm. I had a horrible experience at this Gamestop location so here's the full story: I been a Gamestop customer since I was in middle school, I'm now 38 and this bad experience is making me change my mind if I wish to pursue being a loyal customer. I went there Friday Aug 1st with my nephew and as soon as we walked in there were about 6 big display boxes loaded with different games with 4-5 signs on these boxes stating "4 for $10 for games $5 and under." My nephew got excited once I told him what the sale was about and I as well and we began to dig through. Before I went further I asked the two associates, one of there names being Daniel "Is it 4 for $10 just in these boxes and no where else correct? No on the shelves too, right?" They both nodded and said correct. So I picked 4 games, my nephew as well who had a Gamestop card of his own with money on it, plus I picked another game not included in this sale. We spent about an hour doing this, especially my nephew asking me questions about the games. Once we were set, I went to ring up his games first so he could use his card, and the games came out to be $4.75 ea. Yet, Daniel tried charging me $20 and some change. I said, "Sir these are buy 4 for $10." He said "No they're not." I said, "You literally saw us dig through those boxes for over an hour, yes they are, plus the signs say they are." He continue to deny it by telling me "it's old sale and he apologizes for the other shift for not removing the signs." I said, "It doesn't matter who's fault it is, it isn't just ONE sign there's many on all them boxes, did I really spent an hour over there for nothing??" He went and looked and came back telling me, "It's for games $5 and under, these have $9.99 tags on them." Once again I told him, "but we got them out of those boxes, you have tons like that AND they rung up $4.75 ea which means they're marked down, but still show a $9.99 tag on these cases." He refused to honor the sale by telling me "it was $4.75 because my pro membership cut the price in half." That's not how pro membership is works, I never had my membership slash a price in half like that, it's usually a couple of dollars. I grew very agitated, took the 8 stack of games and handed them back and told him, "You're not screwing my nephew and especially me over because you don't want to honor the signs or the sale." I bought the one game I wanted so I could use my $5 discount and walked out. This happened after 4:30pm August 1st and I immediately called corporate and filed a complaint. I'm supposed to receive a call from the District Manager soon about getting this resolved. If I don't, I think this will be the time I cut ties with Gamestop completely. If he would of honored the sale this would of never of happened and I would've kept coming back. I will not let this go until this is fixed.

Treated my husband and I like dogs by snapping & pointing her finger, coming full sprint to us from the back door, telling us to get out because she left the front doors unlocked at 11am with the music on.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter purchased a refurbished PlayStation from GameStop online. We were not able to get the controller to connect. We took the console and controller into The St. Lucie West GameStop and Alan was AMAZING. Not only did he connect the controller but he took the time to clean the console and add covers to the entire console due to the scratches. He actually did what should have been done by the previous GameStop. Don’t use any other GameStop than this one and definitely look for Alan. He’s top notch!!

Lucie West be careful you may get over charged for things that you could get from other game stop store for less went in there yesterday the guy behind the counter was busy with a customer seemed pretty rude after he finished with the customer that was in front of him. Another customer called and asked for the manager. He went to the back with the manager was manager must’ve told him to tell the customer that he wasn’t there so then he told the person on the phone that the manager is not there is stepped out hangs up the phone with that customer, and was talking to his friend in the front of the store saying yeah oh yeah, the manager is not here. I had to tell them that because the manager don’t want to talk to them they keep asking for him so after all of that I asked him how much was the Pokémon cards? Obsidian flames he said it 30 dollars I said a couple days ago I bought some in Vero Beach and they was 26 plus tax he told me they must have something wrong in that store and if I had a receipt he could look at it and match it so I asked him to look it up using my phone number he was able to see it that I had purchased the Pokémon cards for 26 dollars plus tax and still proceeded to be arrogant and said yeah, they must have something messed up in the system that same day I went to another GameStop nearby and the price was the same 26 bucks plus tax just like the store in Vero beach not out of two stores what stores, wrong and overcharging customers so buyers beware please check the prices before you go to the GameStop located at the corner of California and St. Lucie West
Experiencia negativa: Went there yesterday, my boyfriend wanted to buy some Xbox one games. They had a sign that said buy one get one free. Didn't say what games where on sale. They had the sale sign in front of several different shelves. We found a couple pre-owned games brought them to the front and asked the employee what games were on sale. He said it's only like 4 or 5 new games. When we told him the sign was in front of the shelf the other employee chimed in and said "oh some customer knocked all the games off and they r all mixed up now. So none if the games we got were on sale. And.... the rack where we got the games from didn't look like it was in disarray. Very unorganized store in my opinion and obviously the employees don't care. The sign was not specific and several of the signs were in the wrong place.

I tried to transfer my animal crossing new horizon saved game data but couldn’t figure it out nor able to transfer. Mikey who works here went completely out of his way to assist me to transfer my saved game data successfully!! I’m so grateful that Mikey was able to assist me with this issue!! Come to this store to purchase any games, consoles or to consult any issues you may have with your console or games!!! Thank you again so much Mikey, you’re the best!!!!!

I asked for the game and the man decides to try to start an argument. Instead i left. Do not recommend anyone come here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for gaming and unique gifts and toys. They have a very large selection of unique items for gamers of all ages. The store was very neat and clean and well maintained . They have all of the video games that you can imagine in addition to character and specialty items that go along with all of the major games. They also have an extensive selection of gift cards available. I came here to purchase a roblox gift card for my son because they are difficult to find in many stores but GameStop always has them on the shelf and you can select any amount from $10-$100. The cashier at the counter was also very friendly and had a great attitude. This location is also located conveniently in a plaza with many other stores including a huge super Walmart.
