Experiencia negativa: You're better off buying cards off Tcg player for better prices as the overpriced vintage Pokémon cards are marked up 3-4 times higher than it should be. Respectfully, the workers are rude and condescending too. As someone who's in the hobby these pokémon card prices are not worth it. There are many better Game x changes out there but not this one.

So we didn't know until we got home that we can't play it without a sensory bar. They knew we gave them our sensor bad. You would think they could have let us know. Now we have no way to play any games and one game we bought isn't even usable with a bad disk reading.

Experiencia negativa: I have bought games from here in the past, but tried to sell a laptop about a month ago. I went in at around 2 pm and tried to sell it and they asked what year it was. I told them but the employee asked me to come back in two hours since he was busy. I didn’t mind doing that but when i came back they asked again what year my laptop was when i told them they pretty much scoffed and said it is too old. They let me take two trips to the store instead of telling me upfront. Overall the employees are unhelpful and rude as hell and that was the last time i ever plan to go into that store.

Experiencia negativa: Regretful purchase.... I went in looking for an N64. They only had one and for a decent price so I bought it. When I tried to hook it up at home, come to find out it didn't work. I tried to return it but they only do in store credit for returns. So now I have in store credit for nothing that I want. They weren't even willing to make some sort of compensation. If you happen to buy anything from here make sure they test it right in front of you.

Experiencia negativa: I suggest checking the hours of operation before going. I'd say not to go if it's 15 minutes until close unless you like to be told to rudely leave. That way the staff have enough time to close the doors right at 6. My friends and I made this mistake and after the staff realized we had walked in a few minutes before close, they made it a point to have us out the door. They were very eager to "help" me and my friends by answering any questions I had and to finalize any selections I had made in the few seconds I had to look. Had the staff actually cared about customer service, they would have realized that I was the only person looking to make a purchase. I do Nintendo Switch and 3DS repair on the side and was looking to purchase all the consoles and controllers they had for spare parts. Some motherboard components (like fuses and some chips) are hard to find so getting donor boards have been how I've been getting by recently. After many people recommending me this place, I decided to check them out and I'm really disappointed to say the least. Coming so late wasn't intentional this time but I tend to like going to places like this later in the day when the place isn't busy because (from past experiences in other used games stores) checking me out takes a bit of time and I hate wasting other customer's time. I'd also suggest talking to the owner directly for big purchases like the one I was interested in. That way you don't run into any problems like I did. As for me, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful place for many of your gaming needs. The whole staff creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their variety of merchandise. Madelyn was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with looking for what I needed. I was also having trouble deciding on what game to buy. I told her that I become very indecisive when it comes to having too many choices, and she took the extra time to help me find something and she recommended an awesome game that I'm enjoying very much, so far. She also said that I could always come in and ask for her help looking for something. As someone who also has a touch of social anxiety, and doesn't want to bother anyone, or be a difficult customer, I appreciate that very much so. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be returning myself.
