Every-time we go Matt shows me their newest collection of littlest pet-shops i literally have every one of them even duplicates . He is truly one of the best workers there! He definitely deserves a big raise ! He’s such a people’s person and definitely a great worker!

Experiencia negativa: I found one item that I liked for $16 something. Upon bringing it to the register, the cashier rang a different price tag than the $16 one (a more expensive one) and accused a customer of putting the wrong tag on it even though the $16 amount was written with the item description… I feel accused and wrongly charged. I won’t be coming back. Thanks

Ever get a call for a $5 dollar pre order so you don't miss it? Every time I stop by, the team is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—but this most recent visit really stood out. Edwin, one of the associates, was incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and made sure I found everything I was looking for. He took the time to answer my questions, made some great recommendations based on what I was interested in, and never once made me feel rushed. You can tell he truly enjoys helping customers and takes pride in his work. There was also another associate who assisted me with a pricing concern I had at checkout. I did not catch his name, but I wish I had because he absolutely deserves recognition too. I initially thought I had been overcharged based on the receipt, but he calmly and thoroughly explained the breakdown of the prices and promotions. He was incredibly clear and professional, and after he walked me through it, I realized everything had been applied correctly. It was such a relief, and I really appreciated the way he handled the situation—patiently and with genuine care. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back to this particular GameStop. Their customer service is always on point, and that is something you just do not get when shopping online. There is real value in talking to someone who knows the products, takes time with you, and actually wants to make sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase. Experiencia negativa: Right now it is 7pm on a Friday night. I called several times over the past half hour to try and see if they had specific controllers I was looking for. No one answers. Drive to the store and see an out to lunch sign. I've been waiting for 25 minutes now for someone to come back. Several customers have tried to enter and all turn away because of the locked door. Imagine how much service is lost since this seems to be reoccurring with this store.

Waited around until 3:40 but there was no sign They would open. Don't waste your time, order anything you need online for a fraction of the price and no hassle.

Experiencia negativa: The location on Wolcott Street is absolutely the worst. On Thanksgiving, I purchased the Sony Nintendo online for in store pickup. I called several times on Friday to pick up the item and was advised they hadn't check the 22 online purchases. After the 3rd call at 3:30pm, I was informed by Cesar the item was no longer available. As with myself, I’m sure there were disappointed customers. I will never recommend or purchase (which I have monthly) from this location again.
