Experiencia negativa: Very pushy sale person they kept on and kept on trying two get me two sign up I told him no but he kept on and kept on so I walked out they lost a lot but he's two pushy take my business else where
Experiencia negativa: Went here for a trade in and left getting threatened with physical harm by the manager. Henry Valdez or whatever his name is should NOT be in customer service if he's going to have a terrible attitude with customers and then threaten them and yell profanities after being called out for it. I wouldn't return to this location if it was the last one in existence.
Experiencia negativa: They say they have games in stock, then you order it and they take your money, then cancel your order because they lied about it being in stock. Then you have to wait 5-7 days to get your money back. And the app is absolutely useless. Just use walmart or Amazon and save yourself a headache.
Experiencia negativa: I went to the store to pick up 1 Funko Pop (it’s like a little figure of your favorite characters) and when I got there, the manager on duty or assistant manager (or whatever) was extremely rude when I made it clear that I didn’t want to share my phone number or sign up for some rewards program. His name was Rodney and he just would NOT take “no” for an answer. I remember him getting angry and asking “what, you don’t like free money?” and at a certain point I had to beg him to just buy the pop because he wasn’t ringing me out - he just kept on about some rewards program. Totally unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. I would avoid this place if possible.
Experiencia negativa: Bought 3 games as new, but they resealed used copies inside. I asked the worker if they were used games and he said the cases were display cases but the games new? All three had scratches on them, so they are in fact, USED, plus new games come SEALED! I ended up paying almost 20 dollars more for used games sold as new. Bad business, this is the last time I will ever support gamestop.

Experiencia fantástica: The girl sylvie is the only person I've seen working so I can't speak for the rest but I know if she's there even if she's by herself she will see to everyone and a high level of satisfaction can expected, thorough, well mannared, efficient, and cute. Experiencia negativa: Went in to trade games for cash, I had just went the night before and did the same thing a trade for cash. This time though I wasn’t asked if I wanted back cash/debit card or store credit. When I returned after noticing the mistake the “store lead” said and I quote “I gave you back store credit because it was more than what you would have gotten back in cash & I can’t fix the issue” very dismissive and unprofessional. It is the choice of the customers to decide how they would like their funds not the managers. Thought the store was cool up until this point. Now I know to never return here and just take the drive up the road to the next one. So if your doing trades just make sure u speak up I guess because choices are just being made by whoever.
Experiencia negativa: Called in about a specific controller to replace under warranty. He confirmed he had it. I got there and told him I was the one that called and he never said a word for like 5 minutes looking at the computer, pushing numbers on the calculator, and just never acknowledged me until finally he says “yeah your gonna have to go to the mall to get this.” I said ok I called and asked if you had this specific controller for replacement under warranty and you said yes. He rudely responded replacement is not pre owned. Replacement does not mean pre owned. I asked if he could have it mailed to me and he rudely responded he can’t do that. The customer service here is awful. He had no reason to pop off with an attitude. I will never do business at this location again. I recommend the north line store at friendly. They have always been pleasant and great customer service there.
Experiencia fantástica: Went in got a game console and took advantage of a buy 2 get 1 free promo. Had my kids 11 and 7 and the young lady there was the best in the world. I would definitely go back here again. I lo e every game she suggested and that is no easy task I will say.

Experiencia negativa: Awful service. Called about a preorder I placed at a different store that got sent here because the other game stop shut down. Guy on the phone Totally blew me off with an attitude on the phone and just told me they didn’t “see it” in the system. Gave me no one to call or no kind of time line. I understand merging two stores can be hectic and probably there’s going to be some hiccups… but does not give you the right to treat customers like that. Do not go here. Go to bridford parkway GameStop instead. It’s much better customer service. Please do better.
Experiencia negativa: Round address was entered for my sons delivery right after Christmas purchase. Called the main company. My son has still not been refunded his money for the purchase as of yet. Nor did he get his game. They just kept the money still no response. Delivery was returned to sender..but no refund has he got..Sad they do business this way. Never again

Experiencia negativa: I normally don’t write reviews at all, but honestly this needs to be said so hopefully the manager and the employee there will see it. Absolutely terrible customer service from both of you. Rude and disrespectful. Very “know-it-all” attitudes from the both of you. They were having their own conversation for half of the time I was there to trade in my console. The manager was listening to a staff meeting (I assume?) on loud volume for the whole store to hear. Vile language from both of them and just over all unacceptable behavior. Having worked in customer service myself I understand how difficult it can be, but come on guys, as least try to be somewhat professional?

Experiencia fantástica: Palace and Henry are 2 of the 3 best GameStop employees I’ve ever met, Palace was a huge help and had a good personality. Henry was very very fun to talk to and made great conversation. These two alone make this GameStop my go-to whenever I’m looking for a game. Experiencia negativa: Never spending another penny at any gamestop again. Thank this location and the overly opinionated walking arterial thrombosis for this. Dude wouldn't shut up about how he was right about everything. How my choices were a bad idea. I have problems with gamestops policies but the rude guy behind the counter made sure I will never return to spend money at any location. Been shopping at this chain of stores since I was in 4th grade and I'm now almost 40. There is no need to continue with these stores as everything is available from other locations for a better deal. I don't come in to get told a life lesson by a washed up clerk. I came for a product and the waste of space behind the counter made sure I will never be back. Good job.

Experiencia negativa: Purchased 3 preowned games and was spoken to as if I was trying to steal from this place for asking questions about the game system I have and it’s compatibly with games, as I am new to video game. They asked to see my ID for a cash purchase and when I asked why they needed it, the skinny rough looking guy at the register said “it doesn’t really matter why” I showed him and walked out with my games. I will NEVER return to this store to be racial profiled again.

The employees are great, but the decisions made at the top of the business model are taking a heavy toll. I think this chain would be better off if the employees bought the company.

I needed something for a previous gen console and they sent me in the direction of a stand-alone shop that they knew would have stock since they don’t carry it. Good customer focus, at least in this location and I’ll keep supporting them with physical disk purchases.
Experiencia negativa: A store full of used car salesman trying to get customers to buy a Pro Membership. You literally have to tell them no about twenty times. Here's the kicker, if you do let them talk you into it, then they won't let you use any of the benefits that is suppose to come with it. A total joke and scam.

Experiencia positiva: Nothing special. Walk in, grab what I needed, left without much interaction outside of being asked my phone number then to pay. However, the woman in front of me was returning a PS4. Keep in mind it's 12/27 so you know it was her child's Christmas gift. The clerk seemed scared and had no sympathy or emotion. Didn't even hear a sorry. It doesn't have to be anyone's fault to apologize for an inconvenience Small details matter when the internet can beat any price and selection that a brick and mortar can offer. You can do better GameStop. You're horrendously overpriced on used games as well so make my visit worth the extra money.
