Experiencia negativa: Compre una xbox series s y al principio me funciono perfectamente segun era "nueva" pero al año me empezo a dar detalles y problemas.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE!! There's this GameStop employee named Jose (ID 234614, tall, clean-cut hair, very short beard, stocky, middle aged man with salt-pepper hair) who kept trying to add warranty to my purchase for "free". I kept saying no at least four times but Jose insisted after every denial to add it because it was "free". He didn't explain why it would be "free" and even started becoming frustrated. I've never heard of free warranty at GameStop. To my knowledge, employees can redeem your points for a voucher ($1, $5, etc.) which they can then use towards the warranty. It leads me to believe he wanted to meet his quota at my expense and without telling me the process. I understand it's part of the job, but this is not the way to do it. Aside from that, every time I've interacted with him, he's never friendly or welcoming which makes me not even go there anymore. Other employees typically welcome and thank but this guy rarely does. Just wanted to give a heads up to other customers to be careful and make sure employees don't try to add stuff without your knowledge. All other employees have been great, but this experience soured GameStop for me.

Experiencia negativa: So they kept me standing there for up to half a hour or more with my warranty it may have been a Fortnite edition but still it's just a regular Xbox series s with Dark Skully so I couldn't get a new one with Membership bundle they have been selling or the other Fortnite bundle Gilded Hunter and they had nothing of originals for trade I would rather have a little bug I know than a whole new used console that may be worse if I got a warranty on something new means I want to get something new in return what is the point of having a warranty for 2 years and get nothing good in return sorry but that doesn't feel right in my book

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today to buy an extra remote for my PS4 and a joy-con for my switch and let me tell you that Vanessa, who was the only employee on the sales floor at the time, did amazing! She not only answered every question every guest had with genuine sincerity, she took care of everyone at a nice, fast pace. She didn’t hold back on offering every guest the upgrade to the pro. She offered many alternatives to a male guest, who was searching for something for his sons switch, so that even HE can play with his son. Really! Same friendliness and amazing vibe with every guest she had in store. The only disappointing part was that she was alone in a peak hour. I believe that she could’ve used an extra set of hands so she didn’t look overwhelmed as she took care of that male guest and myself at the same time; but that may not necessarily be her fault so I’m not taking off any stars. Keep it up Vanessa!

Experiencia fantástica: IT is a good Game Stop! IT's a bit small but I came in early so I beat whatever crowd might have come later. Service was good despite only being one person and helped me as needed! Plenty of inventory to look at and contemplate and they had the one thing I wanted (which worked FYI)! The only real complaint I had is when i walked in there...was this one odd smell but it left the more I walked through the store! Good Game Stop, give it a go if you want to!

Experiencia fantástica: This was actually my first purchase for my 6 year old son. I tried purchasing on line but for some reason it wasn’t letting me deliver to my PO Box. So I called the nearest store and this very nice man offered to help me place the order , but I needed to go into the store. Me and my son drive to the store and once in the store this Young man asked if I needed some help. Told him I had just called regarding a Nintendo switch I wanted to purchase online, he automatically knew it was me on the phone and told me my order is on his screen ready for purchase. I told him I had never been to this store Or any game stop store and that it was my sons first console. He welcomed me and My son and made us feel so comfortable, explaining on sales and promotions the store has done times. After our purchase I wanted to shake his hand but for safety purposes due to Covid-19, I was only able to wave and thanked this wonderful young man Ignacio for all his help. My son and I are so excited and will wait anxious for his console and games to arrive. Won’t be the last time I shop here. #askforIgnacio

Not once did she ask if we needed help finding something. The store needs some light cleaning and organization.

Experiencia fantástica: Called the location to confirm the in stock status of an item online. They checked and confirmed they had it (a Pop figure). The unfortunate part was it was among the other items. I didn't mind having to search for it ad long as they did have it. I did describe the item and they understood almost immediately. I spoke to other locations and they thought I referred to a recent version of the item which wasn't the case. I knew that version was out of stock. They had the item, the place was very neat for a smaller location, parking wasn't much an issue, and staff was nice. Apart from being nearly the furthest location north, it is a place to recommend.
