Experiencia negativa: They try to give my stepson 96$ for a ps5 which we refused the deal before we left, we get a call 5 minutes later form the clerk saying he processed it any way and we have to bring him our system , we got held in the Wrong for what the clerk did and they wouldn't fix it !

Experiencia negativa: Hours say open until 9 I arrived at 8:46 and the door was already locked. The guy at the counter made eye contact and just ignored us. I understand closing 5 mins early but almost 15 mins early is unacceptable. Especially around Christmas… I quickly stopped by to see if they had one game in stock but I will be doing my shopping elsewhere this year.

Experiencia negativa: Went to the midnight release for the Nintendo Switch 2, I pre-ordered the Mario Kart World bundle, got home and opened it before realizing they didn't give me what I pre-ordered and on my receipt it stated a few lines down the bundle I wanted. Called them and they said come in tomorrow and they'll fix it, and I asked how when they stated they most likely will just hand the game over. So I go in and they call the manager or district manager who said they would just buy the game, however upon double checking my receipt the cashier CANCELED the bundle preorder and gave me the regular console! Long story short the district manager stated that since the console was opened it couldn't be returned which I know is a lie, I could've got my money back and then got the bundle one I wanted. However...I had to pay the retail price for the game itself. I dont mind having physical games but this shouldve been handled alot differently!

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely upset with this situation. There was a buy 2 get one free deal. So I got the games. Realized when I got back that it was not the right disk when I opened it. So I went back that same day, over a 40 minute drive. And I got there, and we hadn’t even paid for that game. Which I’m assuming the guy that had been at the registered simply deleted the order from it, which I understand is a simple mistake. However the employee that was there, and I was trying to explain the issue, had been dismissing me and being extremely rude. So I just paid for the third game. Go back home, then realize a 2nd game a bought from that batch was missing a disk, and was completely pointless. Very disappointed in customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to make it clear that this location has decent employees. ALL except for 1. Just the day before I spent $50 at this store. The 2 employees talked with me and even offered a few store options that would save me money. TODAY - HOWEVER, Tyrone (I am sure that name is close enough) happened to be there and before I even entered the store, he had the typical, WHY ARE YOU HERE, attitude. I get inside and ask about an item LISTED ONLINE AS IN STORE, And he begins talking flippid with me. "Man! See, you gotta think, man!" As if implying that I was either dumb, or stupid.... or both. I explained to this GENIUS, that I wouldn't have been standing there if I had not thought of everything he was saying, already. This man did EVERYTHING he could to avoid making a sell and shuffle me out of the door. Keep up the good work GAMESTOP! Employees like THIS, will surely keep you in business!!

Experiencia negativa: I just called this store to see if they sold a certain product in store and the person I spoke with on the phone, Daniel I think his name was, told me he didn't know and wouldn't check because he was "busy with something". What kind of customer service is that? All these stores have gone downhill over the years. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to grab a few games, I was walking through the process, and Brian mentioned that I should have an account with them, I said I think I did. He then apparently signed me up for pro which at no point did he mention, it was obviously just to get commission. I was walking out and noticed I got charged, went in and he said there's nothing he could do and said to call customer service. I did and they said that the store should have refunded. Very pathetic shilling of pro account. I want my money back.

Experiencia negativa: When I tell you I am the easiest customer ever. I have on again off again had a pro membership since 2011. I came in to but a ps5 today and ncaa. I was sold a game even though they gave me a ps5 that was digital only. I called at 745 to let them know they sold me the wrong one and Garrett apologized and said I could come back to swap it out. I come back to swap it out about 30 mins later and Garrett was gone and the person working refused to do it because he didn’t mess it up. He said he told Garrett that and he still left. If it’s true that he told him that all he had to do was call and say come back tomorrow. The guy at the register then tries to send me to gunbarrel. As I am getting ready to leave a customer tells me gunbarrel is closed. I then ask to speak to a manager and of course he is sick. So I am sitting here with 500 dollars worth of GameStop stuff I can’t use. It was for my kids birthday. When I say I am pissed it’s an understatement! If he doesn’t know how to change it out then there should be a manager they can call to work through that.

Experiencia negativa: I went there today too use my points and the guy that was there got real rude saying I don't have pro account. I know I do I bought a year subscription in March of this year . He wouldn't help any further and kept saying obviously you don't and walked away when I got home I checked my account my sub ends in March of 2025 as I knew it would .

Experiencia negativa: Matt the GameStop there is so lazy every time I call he never looks up what I ask for he always just says no we don’t have it but when I call and talk to other employees they actually look it up and can hear the computer typing and they tell me yea we have it but anytime he answers the phone it’s always no and never says hold up let me look it’s always no and one day when I called I was at the Walmart next door an called about a game and he immediately said no we are out of copies so 15 minutes go by and I go to game stop anyways while I was right there and they had 3 copies of the game I just asked for he is lazy and no matter who calls it always no because he is to lazy to look it up this has happened so much and I’m sick of it

Experiencia negativa: I went into the store and there was a cashier and a person trying to figure out what PlayStation he wanted to buy but then they try to sell him an already sold PlayStation, and that took about 30 minutes, but then another guy walked in. He was a another cashier, so I went up to him and asked if he was open and he said very rudely no then in the manager walks in and then the first cashier walks up to him, and the manager said “ not all of us, are working, you know” so then, eventually, I just walked out.

Experiencia negativa: A video game store that won't accept returns of video games. I'd suggest purchasing anything you want here on Amazon. Not only is it cheaper but you can return the items you don't want. If you do purchase from here, make sure it's with an Amex so you can open a dispute when you inevitably are burned by this absolutely ridiculous policy.

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my go to Gamestop for years due to the great service, great conversations, and great recommendations I get. Years ago a guy name Spencer (Former Manager) locked me into this location. He made me feel like he'd known me for years. He wasn't very helpful either. The store was clean and they had a decent selection on games that's the only reason they got 3 stars.
