Experiencia negativa: Loyal customer disappointed by misleading process and damaged card… I’ve been a customer of GameStop since I was a kid and have been a Pro member for years. Because of that, this experience is especially disappointing. This was my second time submitting trading cards through GameStop to be graded by Professional Sports Authenticator. When I picked up my order, one of my cards came back with visible damage that was not there before submission, I have photos confirming its original condition. The biggest issue was the pickup process. I asked to inspect my cards before signing, but the employee told me I had to sign first. After signing and then reviewing the cards, I immediately noticed the damage. When I asked for help, I was told it was “too late” because I had already signed. To be clear, this review is not meant to attack anyone personally. It’s to provide insight so others can be cautious when submitting cards. This is supposed to be a card-friendly service, but my experience did not reflect that. I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to inspect my items, and the situation was handled poorly. As a long-time customer, that’s frustrating. I’ve always supported GameStop, but if situations like this continue, it impacts trust and the overall image of the company. If you’re submitting cards here, make sure you insist on inspecting everything before signing, don’t rely on verbal instructions alone. Sincerely, Alejo Landeros

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely BS that Cards take 4 months to get graded because this company is to cheap to upgrade the service to PSA. They make tons of money to charge to ship cards in bulk. 50 ordered times 10 shipping is robbery at the customer expense never will I do this through them again. To top it off everyone plays the "its out of my hands"

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing and knowledgeable staff! Marco was so knowledgeable and helpful, he told us everything we could possibly want to know, and I had a lot of detailed questions, about Nintendo switch and PlayStation and Xbox, and even the difference between the physical PlayStation and digital one he helped us to understand the ins and outs of what we were buying, and I felt confident to buy many used and new products. They even gave me a warranty on like 15 games for only 35 bucks this place rocks and the staff is great. By the way, I think I saw some kind of Pokémon trading club going on at the same time so watch out for their events. They also had cool, figurines, collectibles, etc..

Experiencia negativa: Dude named Marcos that works there was rude for no reason. Didn’t want to help with anything or even really wanted to answer our questions.. shouldn’t work there if he hates his job. McDonald’s pays decent now and days and you don’t even have to deal with anyone in the back. Anyways wouldn’t recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience EVER . I walked in with my 3 kids , no greeting not acknowledged nothing , store seemed oddly lonely it was just us and another 2 clients. we browse the store , pick out a game I notice 2 employees near the end of the store just chatting away still never acknowledged or asked if needed any help or questions . We end up wanting to just pay and I got asked for my IDENTIFICATION to prove I’m over 18!?!? I’m a grown ass man grey heart in my beard with 3 kids in their pjs what? I don’t like I’m at least 18?? I get the guy may be doing his job but WOW JUST WOW . No wonder game stop is going under . The store was poorly stocked it literally looked like the place was going under . I won’t be dealing with game stop ever again I’ll now be glad once they do go out of business

Experiencia negativa: Doors opened at 11:08 no greeting no what are you here for today wasnt really expecting one just thought after the fact most places that care about a company motto and people that are there to shop greet there customer. Came in the today told the worker I was just bringing my old xbox he didn't say a single word just started running some test 5mins go by still not a single word has been said keep in mind were the first ones in and in line the worker takes a yawn yawn as a sign of disrespect, and immediately give a smart remarke to “ go somewhere else” if we did not want to be there keep in mind nothing else was said in our conversation other then me saying i'm here returning my xbox. When he said that I had no idea what to say as he stared at me so I told him i will take my business somewhere else and got banned and told im not allowed back because I unhooked my xbox as the employee just started at me. Asked for his name he refused asked how to get in contact with the manager josh but was told no contact information can be given out. Then he finally told me “He works 5days a week” after calling over the phone. People wonder why GameStop is going under it’s because Just lets employees like this run the customers and the store into the dirt.

Experiencia negativa: Had a horrible experience. Manager named Wyatt has absolutely no people skills doesn’t know how to speak to people. I can’t believe they have this guy as a manager. I asked for the corporate phone number and he said to look it up online because he doesn’t know it . I had bought a Xbox controller back in April of 2023 I bought warranty so I took it back because it wasn’t working properly and surprise he told me they had changed policy and I would have to pay for shipping. That doesn’t make sense I said to Wyatt and then he unleashed on me with rudeness. I honestly think he was talking to me very disrespectful because I’m a woman. He embarrassed me in front of people I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years customers deserve better treatment than this .

The best GameStop experience I’ve ever had since becoming a pro member in 2011. Also really beautiful store design as well yall did a great job. Anytime we need to go to GameStop I’d rather drive 45 mins to Visalia to come here than my local one!

Experiencia positiva: It does not have everything, every accessory, merch item, game console, or game. However, they stay stocked and ready for any customer, and they try to be prepared in advance for any new developments. It's a good business, that tries it's darndest to provide.

Experiencia positiva: Gamestops a pretty okay place for when you want to buy games it's got its own issues like whenever you buy a game that price value goes automatically to $12 so yeah I mean it's okay other than that it's a great place to get merchandise novelty items and stuff like that they also have old consoles and stuff their connections that you might want also there online stores are pretty cool but watch out when you go over there sometimes you had too much to the card and you get over $1,000 without realizing it until you try to check out
