Negative experience: Went shopping here to get a game and the lazy lying employee named Ralley proceeds to lie about how they can’t hold games when GameStop does only for a certain amount of time and when I came in store there was the cover art and then lies saying they can’t give me it and gave me a copy without the cover art. Don’t lie now lmao other stores do give you the covert art if you ask Hope your store gets closed

Positive experience: The staff was very friendly and inviting. They were able to give me some good tips on games that I would like to play on various platforms. They helped this old man get proper headphones for my son. We also discussed the value in headphones in reference to (Kids that don't wk)! Ha. But I had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: We came for the Switch 2 release, which could be a hot mess. Lots of people with wanting big purchases, expensive, etc. Ralley and his team handled everything with kindness and professionalism. It was an absolute delight! My teenage son had saved and saved for this purchase, and the team was organized and so much fun! We will love our purchase even more because of the awesome customer service and a system that was streamlined and made sense. We drove a ways to come, and will drive a ways to come back in the future.

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed with the GameStop store I’ve been a loyal customer of for years. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is astonishing. I recently encountered an issue with a product I purchased, and when I attempted to use my warranty, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite being a regular for years, my loyalty seemed to mean nothing to them. They refused to honor the warranty, citing vague, baseless reasons. It’s one thing for a store to falter in customer service, but for a company that thrives on customer relationships, it’s downright unacceptable. I expect much better from a well-established brand. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being ignored and mistreated.

Negative experience: Asked for a steam giftcard. Was sold a digital giftcard for a crappy game by the employee. Was ran through loops all week just to be told nothing could be done. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and this has been the worse experience I’ve had with GameStop.. Please train your employees better this was a gross waste of money..

Negative experience: Purchased a game as a gift on Tuesday...Removed the wrapper attempt to use it but learned i Purchased the wrong disc. Unable to use it, replaced back its original case. Returned to Game Stop on Wednesday for a refund was only offered $21.00 on a $75 purchase. The sales person did not review the disc for damage...just deemed it as used. That was a hard lost, and the reason I will not return. Full refund on unopened items Returned next day...hard lesson.

Negative experience: I was told once day my controller was under warranty then came 2 days later and was told my controller wasn't under warranty. Please hire competent workers and people who tell the correct information every time. I won't be buying anything else through GameStop.

Negative experience: Don’t go on Sundays or any day the lady is working , I went in to purchase a game and stop in line for over 20 minutes while she answered her personal phone and had personal conversation on the clock and then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t want to get rude or nasty because my tapping was annoying her. She should be fired if she can’t do her job. Then to say that it’s only one computer and one her like that’s not stopping you for having multiple conversations on your phone while on the clock.

Negative experience: The store was closed during rush hour due to an employee taking a lengthy personal break. When I arrived, a mother and son, along with another gentleman, had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. Despite calling the store and receiving no answer, an employee eventually emerged from the back room, informing us it would be another 40 minutes before the store reopened. This is a waste of company resources and results in lost revenue. The customer service and overall experience were unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this location..

Negative experience: Manager sold me a game that didn’t have the one particular game that I came in and asked for in the first place! (PAC-Man) Then said no refund after I opened it. That’s how I found out the game wasn’t part of the console. It’s unfortunate for my loss and I highly DON’T recommend a store that blatantly lie to your face. Another store said they should have refunded my money. I don’t play games, it was a gift for a request of PAC-MAN ONLY. Wasted my time, energy and money.

Negative experience: On Dec 23 I purchased a PlayStation 5 steering wheel for my son. $299.99 It has a defective they didn’t want to take the wheel back after the receipt says it could be returned. They are very unprofessional and rude. Please do not purchasing anything as a buy purchase from this GameStop in campcreek. Receipts will say 14 days and they can deny your return.

Negative experience: Lied about having a midnight launch for Final Fantasy XVI. I made my pre order there because they told me they would. I even asked to clarify that it was midnight and not an earlier release. Inwhich they said it was midnight. They lied to secure a pre order. I waited till 12:30 and no one came to open the store.

Positive experience: I must say I have enjoyed going to this store over the past few years I have lived in this area and conveniently right next to places I shop regularly. Sometime ago, I felt valued less as a customer and overheard the employees talking rudely about me behind the counter and decided to never return to the store. Now, I'm alright with honesty but when I enjoying my experience and feel insulted at the same time like everytime I step in the store it's a problem that's when I decide to just leave and never return. it was all cool at one point but sometimes I just don't know or feel welcome there anymore I never did anything wrong but sometimes the energy don't seem genuine! For right now I'm just undecided if I'd return anytime soon blessings though!

Negative experience: They got some little kids in the store that don't know what customer service is. I bought a Charger from this store I tried using the Charger it wasn't working and I decided to return it. When I go to the store they where very rude and disrespectful they refuse to change the charger they said they don't take returns and I don't see it written anywhere in their store. It makes no sense that they will refuse to take the charger they started confronting me and then the girl went out to call the police and started lying.

Negative experience: Idk who this bald head in a black shirt is in here but this is my 3rd time in this GameStop and every time I’ve had a terrible experience with him. The first two times I walked out, this time I actually want my games so I’m staying and he’s being extremely rude, making things much more complicated then they have to be because HE didn’t ask questions. He doesn’t know how to communicate and he’s lazy. Plus they have cases on display for games they don’t have in stock and he still charged me for the game they didn’t have. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: This is the worst GameStop in history, The store is operated by a bunch of unprofessional children . The store Manager Daniel doesn’t have a clue about customer service, conflict resolution or just management in general. Being able to put out games should not be the only job qualification for store management . But he is just a representation of his DM and there corporate office , they will give you the same crap and unprofessional run around. Find a better place to spend your hard earned money and valuable time. This place is not it! I would have rated them a 0 if I could have .
