Negative experience: Do not order same day delivery merchandise from this store. I ordered a game for same day delivery, we were home all day, front door open. My door bell camera does not show anyone walking up to my door, yet they said the package delivered. They “investigated” it and automatically came to the conclusion it delivered without any proof to back up their claim, whereas I do have proof that it didn’t come. They refuse to refund my money or replace the product. They get random drivers from Walmart to “deliver” for them for some reason and the drivers apparently get away with theft. I now have to get local police involved just to get my refund.

Fantastic experience: Best GameStop are my most favorite over 20 years ago I were growing up they know me I miss them now change time . I’m glad my first time GameStop midnight legend of Zelda tears of kingdom in Nintendo switch I love GameStop for my honor I love I’m deaf gamer fan long time

Positive experience: We thought we were going to have to go someplace else to purchase a game controller but they had a very inexpensive one and the man who helped my grandsons was helpfu,l we will be back!

Positive experience: This is my home store, and am I glad it is, the employees there are what make the experience worth the visit, if you are a gamer, or just a person who likes to indulge in the sight of miscellaneous items, then this is the location to do so.

Negative experience: Please DON'T shop at this Store. The heavy set gray guy is stealing money off the giftcards after You load them..They have a way of stealing your money off your giftcards through Playstation and I purchased a Playstation giftcard and loaded it for $100 on Christmas Eve and when my son attempted to load it on Playstation it had already been redeemed ... Went back 5 times showed my receipt and they refused to do anything. So I absolutely never got the $100 and my son's Christmas was bare! Avoid these ppl at all costs very very dishonest manager!!

Positive experience: I found the games I was after. The staff were helpful and able to answer questions. Purchased games were properly credited to my pro membership. Line was short this visit. I wish the store was bigger and had a slightly larger offering of games and game merchandise.

Negative experience: This used to be the best GameStop but it’s under new management and it sucks now. Honestly i would take my business elsewhere as a pro GameStop member for years it’s kinda a slap on the face.

Negative experience: Use to be my go to gamestop but I will never go back. I tried to call several times before I went in to see if they resurfaced old games but they never answered. So me and my wife went down and was gonna see in person, upon arrival we were never greeted , there were 2 employees sitting there just talking. I asked if they resurfaced discs he informed me me no but they do do it for their own games, the bigger middle aged gentleman with the half grey beard was very rude. My wife even called again while we were in store and they declined the call. I would sincerely not bring your buisness here,like you would want to anyway it stunk and you can just buy your games online

Fantastic experience: I had to return some stuff that I had ordered from Roman's, and this was the drop-off site. The gentleman was very friendly and very courteous

Negative experience: Gamestop is a rip off they will charge a arm and a leg for games and controllers but when. You go to trade games and controllers out they give you barely anything but then they will turn around and slap a high price tag on the merchandise you just traded in basically full price this is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: GameStop on South parkway didn't have an old Wii game in stock and looked up the availability in other locations locally. We were able to find the game at the GameStop on Sparkman. GameStop employees are highly professional and helpful. They offer the benefit of experience and wisdom regarding gaming that cannot be duplicated when buying at online retailers. I highly recommend their services.

Positive experience: A rough GameStop is still a GameStop. The location around the store just felt a little run down, but this was still a great place to shop for games. Customer service was good.

Negative experience: Just called to ask about game prices. The guy on the phone was very rude and interrupted me to tell me to just go online for the prices. So whoever the guy working today at between noon and 1 shouldn't be answering the phones.
