Negative experience: Anytime you find the game you want, if marked for they tell you it's not in stock. 4th time in a row, last time was with 3 individual games on 2 different consoles, but try to sell you a new release of a different genre and different developer. The same 4 year old football game sold out but is on the sales floor is just bait and sell switch. Truly worst gamestop to go, lack of inventory in a mall tells me they need new management

Negative experience: Some girl working there was extremely rude when me and my bf were checking out. We didn’t want to bother with changing phone numbers to an account we stopped using and she rudely and annoyingly says “yall don’t have phones?”. If you can’t work in customer service don’t work in it

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. They break and claim your games are unplayable or that your controllers have stick drift when they didn't have it before entering the store. Rolando has the worst customer service I've ever had in my 37 years of life. I know it's a tactic they use so they can buy things cheaper. But breaking my controller was the line in the sand for me. Was literally using my controller before I left to the Mall and was working perfectly fine no stick drift. Now I'm left with broken controllers for my switch. Would highly recommend doing business somewhere else in my opinion.

Positive experience: Recently went to pre-order Call of Duty MW2 for a beta code. It's sad how physical games are becoming a thing of the past. Gamestop really tries to sell you their membership as well, which is mostly useless now if we're being honest. Unless you're a fan of having physical games, there's no real reason to come here. Many deals and cheaper purchases for games, controllers, etc can be found elsewhere.
