Negative experience: White guy curly red head had so much attitude and told us to hurry up bc we didn’t give him our phone number fast enough made sarcastic comments as well

Negative experience: Red hair guy is always in a bad mood and extra snarky. Manager is the exact same way. There isn't a GameStop in the area where you can just go and buy games without someone giving you attitude for not buying a "protection plan."

Fantastic experience: Great experience cashier was friendly and helpful. Games were easy to find and cheap.

Negative experience: Seems like the slow looking curly haired white guy working the register got a little attitude because I asked him to give me a non ripped dollar bill with my change. No wonder gamestop is performing poorly.

Fantastic experience: I didnt catch her name but the lady working Friday afternoon on the 21st was an angel she went out of her way to schedule a meet up so she can help me further at this store, because of her i was able to get my game back. On the other hand her coworker made things stressful for me and wasnt help at all. Im so glad she was there to save the day.

Negative experience: Store is always empty, store manager is rude as hell. If i see is his car dont even bother going in to buy. Ridiculous "oh it didnt come with a preorder" my ass.

HATE THAT I GOTTA SEND SOMEONE IN TO GET MY GAMES JEEZ GUYS CUSTOMER SERVICE AINT HARD AND I AINT NO SAINT BUT I WAS NICE TO THEM AND THEY WAS ACTIN LIKE THEY COULD LNT WAIT FOR US TO LEAVE, WHEN IT COMES TO GAMES AND POKEMON CARDS I FEEL MOST PEOPLE WOULD LIKE THAT TOUCH OF RESPONSE NOT FROM THESE GUYS THEY DONT LIKE TO HELP WOULD MAKE A DUMMY ACCOUNT IF I COULD AND MAKE STARS LESS

Negative experience: Prices are the same as you would find in any other gamestop, but customer service is terrible. Worker gets mad at me because i dont want to buy additional warranties or opt in on membership and even muttered "White people dont know how to save money," and argues with me that i should've of just bought at Wal-Mart I stated that their price is the same and he responded with "yea, but you're not helping me out." Lil bro thinks i shop to make the stores happy, what a joke

Fantastic experience: Compared to the store in sunrise mall this GameStop is well stocked basically at all times. Staff is friendly. Basically no complaints. Can't complain about trade in offers since it's not up to the store, it's up to corporate. And some people don't seem to understand that.

Fantastic experience: Personally I liked going to that particular GameStop for games on the self as well any interesting merch available. Usually I shop for already released games for current consoles I have but I'm a picky person regardless what I find.

Negative experience: I was given ps4 games as Christmas gifts and it was supposed to he for Xbox One. Went to gamestop to try to change them for the same games but in Xbox version and was just told no. They said they wouldn’t do it without receipt. The girl there was rude and did not offer to look at the transactions by using my phone number or with my credit card. It just seemed like she didn’t want to do anything and she hated her job. I will never do business there anymore. No wonder their stores are going bankrupt.

Negative experience: Horrible experience today. I went over there and there was a Young woman. I asked if they had a certain game and she replied harshly. So I asked if they had it in the store and said I had to search it by myself. So I did and I paid for the game. I don't recommend going to this GameStop instead the one in the mall they treat you better and not like utter trash.
