If GameStop chooses to support their racist employees we should choose not to patronize not only that particular location but any GameStop after this review I have a little bit of time today so I'm also calling corporate yeah it could have been so simple her customer service is horrible all she had to do was say I'm so sorry I didn't mean to offend you and carry on instead she further chose not to serve this man and sat and argued with him because she called him something that was offensive.

Positive experience: My VERY LAST visit to Game Stop/Mondawmin Mall was one that could have gone tragically wrong. I had 4 children with me. Three of them were my grandkids; the youngest was my 7 year old grandson. The others were 14, 13 and 12. A young ADULT MALE was having a conversation with the cashier when walked in. I was holding the 7 year old's hand when we walked in. The other three went to the back and started conversing about a few games. The 7 year old and I were looking at games that were age appropriate for him. I dropped his hand and picked up a game to show him. In that split second, the dude at the register honed in on my grandson trying to ask him questions about his online activity and PASSED HIM HIS PHONE for my grandson bro put in his information. My grandson tapped me and said, "Grandma, I'm confused. That man gave his phone and I don't know what to do with it." Needless to say, I went ballistic in that store and removed all of my grandkids. Yes, security was alerted. Other than this experience, I've always had pleasant experiences at this location. But, that visit has soured me.
