Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience called to ask how much the could offer for my ps5 and portal and he said they have to scan it in store so i asked him what would be an estimate and he said 5 dollars in a very rude tone! this is unacceptable customer service i believe the employees name was drew or andrew or something like that.
Positive experience: I like that the store is organized and the lady was nice. I do not like that they do not honor their online pick up price in store on their website. The selection was limited also.

Fantastic experience: Want well priced preowned games, go here. Also I'll be honest a lot of people have such a negative connotation with preorders but this place always delivers whenever i preorder so I recommend. Also reviews saying "they don't pick up the phone" are lying, they do. Sure maybe they won't pick up immediately but context matters: - they're helping people at the front desk and usually it's 1 or 2 workers. - some people are calling to ask about SWITCH 2 [time of writing April 28th, 2025 before the console releases] The workers are really helpful, and reasonable with clear instructions on how they interact being very friendly and realistic when it comes whether an order can be fulfilled. They're human, not robots, treat them as such. Really love the workers here, one that's always cheery and likes to make people feel good is Stewart/Stuart, not sure how he spells it but he's really helpful, and Amanda as well. Now everyone else who works at this location are also awesome. Honestly this Gamestop runs better than most others I've been to.
Negative experience: So not sure why they wanted me to pay for some membership that was 30 bucks to buy a analog stick which is a $20 replacement I might as well buy a new controller if I was gonna spend a whole 50 bucks and to top it off you can BUY IT ONLINE AS A GUEST WITH NO MEMBERSHIP I REPEAT NO MEMBERSHIP LOL but I went to the one in the mall with no hassle guy was super chill and helpful I still got it but not here or you can just buy online and pick it up

Negative experience: First they didn’t even acknowledge me even though it was only one other customer in the store. Then I was told they reached their limit for gift cards and couldn’t sale me one. Weird
Positive experience: Seemed organized, except the line of 4+ people waiting to be rung out or helped while the 2 people running the counter chitchat about lunch plans and "this will be my last customer" etc. I understand breaks and whatnot. But make sure you have the coverage before bailing and leaving your teammate high and dry. I was one of 3 people to walk out. Won't return.

Fantastic experience: I love this store for my inner child lol..also for my grandsons!! My husband was like a kid in a candy store. They have so many cool figures, beanies, plushies, cups, new or used games, controllers, and accessories. Also, if they don't have a game in store, they will order it for you!!! Amanda was so helpful and damn that girl is great at her job!! She handled questions while ringing people up, also directing people to what they were looking for, all while greeting customers, and she did it with a smile on her face!!! This girl is a freaking boss!! Thanks for all your help, girl!! My grandsons are going to be stoked come Christmas morning!!
Negative experience: Bought a couple pre owned disks and most of the had really bad deep scratches and gunk on them. Like do you people not check your disks before selling them. I know they are pre-owned but come on clean the disks before you sell them

Fantastic experience: This store is by far my favorite game stop. They actually stock more than the standard twenty games that every store has and you probably already have. There is a nice variety and I can usually find new games I’ve been hearing about or haven’t seen before. The staff has always been really nice when I go in here as well.

Fantastic experience: So I've been to this GameStop twice sofar. First time was to get Dying Light 2 and now today I picked up Horizon Forbidden West. Both times were amazing but today was something special. Anna was the cashier who helped me both days and she is seriously the coolest, nicest, most professional, helpful, insightful, and just fantastic all around. She helped me with my trade ins and they ended up covering the game which I wasn't expecting. She also had the foresight to put the remaining amount on my preorder for Elden Ring from our conversation. I've been to plenty of GameStops and actually stopped going for awhile because I didn't have many great experiences. However Anna has completely changed my opinion and I will specifically go to this GameStop due to her. So thank you Anna and I really hope your bosses see this because you deserve the recognition!!

Negative experience: They do shady stuff here ! Do ot waste your time waiting in line for products because you will not get it ! The staff has inside knowledge of releases and they use this to rob the customers of their Chances to attain such items. What about the Gma who waits in line to surprise her grandchild.. or the mom or dad who wants to do the same ? My daughter in law was in line for Pokémon cards that were to be released and an employee was in regular clothes stating that they DID NOT receive shipment. Not only did he try to make her leave along with other people who were in line.. he stalked her and was in her entire conversation with the cashier who was clearly in on what ever was happening. She left shaking and so upset due to her treatment Just sad and quiet annoying.

Positive experience: Hello, My name is Daniel, I come to this store very often to buy items, gifts, and video games, etc. For my self, and family. Always met with great customer service, until recently. I have a gamestop protection plan, for one of my controllers. They told to get a used one... when I bought a new one, or I can wait for two days. For a new one to come in, and I will have to come back and pick it up. Okay, no problem I replied. Purchased over a hundred dollars worth of goods that day. It's been over two weeks now, and I have yet to receive a single call about the controller, and when I went in last week. Said their was none. I believe it was Ana, who helped me. I call and call no answer, just rings .I work graveyard full time, and just trying to get controller replacement please.
Positive experience: They don't carry items that the website states are in store purchase only.
Negative experience: I don't know if it was just the employees at this location but by the time I left Even my 8 and 10 year old noticed they tried to sale my extras at all cost. I just wanted to buy my game and go and ever other sentence I was asked would like protection on the game then asked if I was sure 3 or 4 times then implied I needed one because my kids would mess up the game. I'll venture to the apple valley location next time. I've never had a problem there.
Positive experience: When I went in to the store itbstank of weed and the only one inside was a male employee. Greeted me asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no just looking because my wife was at th nail salon next door. He seemed to get upset and said how come she didn't invite him. It was a weird comment and that's why I walked out. The other employees I have interacted with there are all good though.
Negative experience: There were only 2 employees for about 15 customers and they kept going in the back for Once at the register, no apology was given for the poor service, but she certainly remembered to try and up-sell me. There are 3 other locations within 1 mile, I'd suggest using any of them over this location. In fact, going 50 miles away may result in the same time spent.
Negative experience: Workers were unprofessional. Has many video games up on shelves that they dont even have in stock or dont know if they will have in stock. Had to yell across the store to the lady in the front. Let me explain. She was already helping a family and i was in line readu to pay. Theres others in the store as well, and from behind the counter she looks at me a yells “what were you here for?” I continued to tell her I was there for a game and a controller. She then tells me about how she probably does have the game I want and that she doesnt have controls. At this point the whole store is in our conversation and im ready to leave. She then says she will look in the back when shes done helping the people she was already helping. To me was extremely unprofessional. She could have just waited till she was done helping the family, and or not have the whole store involved.

Negative experience: I was charged a 2 day shipping fee and did not receive my items until the 6th which i bought before the first. And best of all i didnt get all the items i bought and got the wrong pnes which were used controllers not new which is what i bought. The lead doesnt know what they are talking about and cost me extra money which i will have to try to get back at full.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, location is really key. My family takes a long time to look through games and decide which ones to get so popping in to Baskin Robbins next door for a Cappuccino Blast or Sundae makes waiting for them so much better. The mall one is usually really crowded and the bear valley one is difficult to find parking.
