Fantastic experience: O.g YES!

Negative experience: Called ahead of time for a product and was told they had several and that i dont need a hold for them. Came immediately and they were sold out with the last one reserved for someone who called and put a hold on it after me. I would give negative stars based on how full of crap the Staff seems to be.

Fantastic experience: I was already having a bad day as I had perpetually struck out on finding any Pokemon TCG: Destined Rivals product, but Ana came through for me when she revealed that they still had extra booster packs and other cool product still available. Thank you so much to Ana for helping turn my day around! You’re a real one.

Negative experience: I called them they would not answer One hour later called again wanna answer another hour went by, I called no answer in the schedule today said that they’re not busy so why are they not answering?

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue, it was actually always a great experience. Back in July/August 2024 I placed an order online to pick up a Funko pop. When I went in to pick up they had told me that I had already picked it up... I had not. The staff member called his manager and she was on speaker and wanted to say that I had already picked up. The staff member wrote down my number and name so that the manager could calm me. They never called me so I gave them a call. They kept me on hold and finally told me that the manager would call me back. I did get a call back and they told me that they were going to order another one and that there must have been a mistake and the Funko was given to someone else. I remained positive. After a bit I walked into GameStop in September to buy a gift and since I was there I asked for an update and there was no update but they had my information. Well my last straw was now in October I was at the mall and wanted to check in and the store manager told me that she was sorry and that I would need to call customer service because they couldn't order me another one as they were not making that Funko anymore and that she couldn't issue me a refund because it was already so long ago. I know $15 dollars is not a whole bunch but it's annoying that if the solution from the beginning was to call customer service. Don't make me wait months with promises that did not happen and then to tell me that a refund could have happened from the beginning.

Most locations I really like the people, and this locations people I won’t necessarily comment on. All I gotta say is if you want someone who is going to really take care of you on warranty or return matters, go to a different location, any different location.

Negative experience: Do not buy XBOX gift cards from this place!! I took my clients from a group home to purchase $200 worth of gift cards and the code was "misprinted" so they were unable to redeem the codes. I called the store and they said they had no responsibility and that we needed to call "microsoft" but could not provide a number. It took us hours and days to try to navigate through this and we still have cards that are not of use. Purchase at your own risk, major headache!

Whoever ever the night shift team was yesterday 3-11-2021 are low-key not professional at all, that morning I called and spoke to Jason he let me know that the shipment will be there and Im on the list for this wave you should get a call back later today so I waited and waited then I called at least 8 times and they kept forwarding me. I call today and Jason again was the one I talked to and let me know that they were there and that he didn't know why I didn't get the call, he then let me know I cam go get them right now if I wanted. I drove right away and overall this guys JASON need a raise or a promotion really nice guy made me feel welcomed right away it was like I knew this guy for years! Defiantly will return just because of him!!

My son's Xbox needed updating and his old power supply wasn't updating his box, it would turn off in the middle of the update. I bought an Ac adapter for $49.99 And it worked!!! Microsoft stopped making the ac adapters, but this gamestop had an adapter that is strong enough to power back on the Xbox when I was updating it!!! Don't buy any adapters from eBay, they're not strong enough to power back on the x box!!! I bought one off eBay and it sucked.. I'd rather pay $49.99 , it's definitely worth it Like they say in spanish... Lo barato sale caro.!! Buy your AC power adapter here.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this store several times. Of course, it was when I used to live in the High Desert region. There was ample of video games to choose from. At the same time, they were fairly priced. There were basic video games for consoles and computers! Without games, they were selling consoles, and other collectible items. So definitely, if anyone is in High Desert, I would recommend to stop by this store, and purchase some video games. Most of them are fairly priced!

Negative experience: My family went in so my son could purchase a game as a special gift, Aug 1st, 2019, in the evening. He patiently waited behind an older couple that was checking out. As he was waiting for more than 10 minutes, a new line was forming. When the man finally finnished with the older couple, my son was then told by the heavy set man at the register that he needed to go to the end of the new line, stating "the line starts there." We had our son put the game back and left. The man was rude and could have been more aware of the smaller person waiting so patiently. We will not give this gamestop our buisness again. Also the selection of games was not very good compaired to other gamestop locations.

Positive experience: Over all this place is great and the atmosphere is perfect for gaming. They sell remotes and games for any consul including PS4,xbox one,nintendo switch and others. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because me and a friend went in to buy skyrim and the used disk was so scratched it was un-playable on his xbox.
