Negative experience: I've been a loyal customer of this store for years, unfortunately I had the experience of meeting the blonde manager that was working on Sunday April 26th 2026. She made fun of me and then said: oh I'm just joking, and she was making fun of other guests, nobody found it funny. She's rude, condescending and sarcastic. Considering that GameStop is on its last leg and most likely going out of business soon, you guys cannot afford to have rude managers. I will be spending my thousands of dollars that I usually spend there at Target from now on, have a good day.

Fantastic experience: I was helped by Brittany at the Santa Rosa store, and I have never before seen such patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring customer service. My trade-in took some time so I got to watch as she handled a wide variety of questions and issues like a pro. Gamestop corporate I hope you see this, recognize Brittany's performance, and treat her well.

Fantastic experience: This review is to praise and thank the wonderful manager, Lacy, who orchestrated a spectacular Nintendo switch 2 launch, catered with Starbucks coffee, Fire Wings food, and a raffle with great prizes. Thank you to the crew who assisted, as I could only fathom how many systems and bundles had to be put together. After hearing of the nightmares of Best Buy and Walmart pre-orders, I hope everyone realizes what a great job Gamestop did facilitating this launch.

Negative experience: Lack of customer service when attempting to resolve issues, Some employees have allegedly used deceptive tactics to sell products or services, such as making it appear that a game is unavailable unless a membership is purchased, only to later reveal it's in stock. I was sold a digital ps5 without a disc drive yet the employee sold me two games. I also bought a controller which the battery dies and doesn’t work. I was going to purchase Nintendo switch 2 but their employees were super rude. Passive aggressive and wouldn’t give me the names of their corporate managers. I will never purchase anything from this company.’

Negative experience: Terrible switch 2 launch. Came at 9, numbers were called out in random. There was no order to it. Switches weren’t even ready at 9. They had to close the doors at 9:35 and keep bagging switches. God awful experience. They had 4 people working and couldn’t get anything done on time. Took an hour to get my switch.

Negative experience: They need to have the appropriate signs for customers that CAN NOT USE THEIR STATIONS! I stood out in the rain trying to figure it out, after the website said that I could charge my vehicle, then they charged me 40 bucks that I still haven't received back yet!

Negative experience: The full grown man child at the register was extremely problematic and cumbersome at best. Very persnickity and unerfective. Can to dump off some old games, was the only customer, then mid transaction a second and third customer walk in. The man child then starts and complets the second customers sales while completely stopping my transaction. Left me standing there for ten minutes while he finished. Rude, inconsiderate and mouthy. I will avoid this store to avoid further irritation and delays in my already packed day off! Way to waste a customer's day!

Fantastic experience: If you're hunting pokemon this location seems to keep a good stock pile. It also makes it easy to visit Target since this GameStop is across the hall from the target mall entrance

Fantastic experience: Stocks are still on the rise and the redistribution of wealth to this store is not spared. New stock and cheaper prices count me in again and keep me elite. Also please don't skimp out on asking for specific items they might not have in stock trust me they'll find it.

Negative experience: Unethical business practices by trying to rip off your customers does not help the net profit or loss on the income statement, and spin techniques are another form of unethical business practices that just helps customers see your true manipulative intentions, and turns them else where. Hope you guys get it together before you run out of business, but that might be too late. Good luck!

I prefer these guys over the "bigger" stores just from sheer enjoyment of being greeted by the staff, finding some hidden gems, and how outgoing they are!

Fantastic experience: This place earned it’s five stars because of three reasons: 1: When I walked in and asked if they had any Super Mario Odyssey hats, they looked and found one which was used by a worker. They gave it to me and said it was free because a worker originally had it. I said thank you, and I still have it and still love it. 2:Just recently, I went there because my brother wanted a game for his PlayStation 4 (#NotSponsored) and we went in there and asked and they said they had one. So I paid for it, and I was thinking of trading in my Nintendo Wii (#NotSponsored) and asked if they had any backs for the Wii remotes. They looked and found one, and gave it to me for free. I still talk about it with my brother to this very day. 3: I called GameStop to see if they had any PlayStation controller chargers (#NotSponsored) and when I went in and asked, they asked, “Are you that guy who was on the phone earlier?” I said yes, and they showed me the chargers, and bought one. I think the really got their customers down really (and I mean REALLY) good, Overall, my experience with GameStop is really (and I mean REALLY) good and I give it 5 stars. This GameStop is a Sonic Fazbear 84 recommendation. G.G. GameStop. If I could, I would give it 5 diamonds. Thank you GameStop!

Fantastic experience: My sister picked up a couple of games for me and sent them to me abroad. Turned out one game, The Last of Us, had a small but fatal gouge in the disk. Jeremy at Gamestop Coddingtown went above and beyond the call of duty (zing!) to solve the issue for me. I can't recommend this location enough. Someone give this guy a raise!

Negative experience: Tried to buy my PS3 for 40 bucks. When I walked outside I saw they were selling ps3's of 130 bucks. Don't sell stuff here.

Fantastic experience: Okay... so sometimes it's a bit of a wait in the store but when you finally get a employee they are great. ..really knowledgeable and friendly and don't totally push a bunch of products ... we bought a refurbished XBOX for my son and it just decided to stop working. . I knew it was around this time last year but didn't know when the warranty expired and of course, lost the receipt but the manager Dave looked it up by serial number and excitedly informed me that I have 5 days left on the warranty and to simply come on into the store for a new one. Thank goodness the sales representative had suggested the warranty and thank you Dave for being so helpful !
