Fantastic experience: GameStop employees were super helpful! So much so that even though I didn’t buy the console at the time, I certainly will go back and buy from this location. I am looking for a first console for my kid, and they did a great job explaining all the options

Negative experience: SHADY GAME STOP I feel misled about the insurance. Since I'm not a premium member, no one informed me that I needed to save my receipt and obtain a special sticker to verify my purchase. Otherwise, they won't be able to look up my purchase history. I pacifically asked if they will be able to look up my purchase with my phone number so I didn’t need to save the receipt!!!!

Fantastic experience: Out of all the GameStop locations in Santa Rosa they have the best selection of games and collectibles. The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly.

Negative experience: It's 130pm , closed. No sign on the door. Called but message says staff is busy and try calling back, maybe someone's at lunch.

Fantastic experience: Rohnert Park gamestop did not have my game I needed. So they looked it up and found out that the one on Stony point had it that's why I went here. That's why I like Rohnert Park and GameStop in general they're always willing to help you find what you need no matter where it is. They will even help you order online if needed.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving it 5 stars because the guys in there at the time were really smooth and informative. I bought the membership and I pre ordered a Master Chief doll thingy for my son. Those big headed ones and I thought I would have it by now but they haven't gotten any yet sooo I'm still chilling on that but overall it was a good experience. Maybe, hint hint they will read this and give me a call and let me know when the dolls or action still figures will arrive. No biggie but I still want my doll

Fantastic experience: First off, the website and help line number provided for corporate is TERRIBLE. No help at all. I ordered a game on the website for same day release ARRIVAL, not shipping for clarification. It has yet to show up or say its shipped and the money has finally been pulled from my bank account but there is no way for me to even cancel it at this point since I was able, scratch that, had to pick it up in store that day. HOWEVER, I decided to call this store and see if someone could help me figure out what to do. That's how I talked to PJ, the lead. All though there was nothing he could do about the shipping issue, his customer service skills were top notch. People like him are the reason Gamestop is still in business. Thanks dude!!! You rock! Came into this GameStop 3 weeks after I originally posted this review for a completely different reason and the rest of the team is fantastic as well. Collin, you rock, and so does the other kid who was there (sorry I didn’t catch your name) you guys really are the reason GameStop still has business. THANK YOU!

Employees are always willing to go to great lengths to help find what their customers are looking for even if that is simply answering questions. If they dont have an item or an answer they figure out how to get it. Much better service than most stores "dont have it, wont look for it" attitude and it has great products for everyone not just gamers.

Located in a busy parking lot so if you have kids just watch out cars drive pretty crazy and there isnt much space.

Negative experience: The shift manager i dealt with was a complete disappointment. The was no communication. I was given an open game as "new" my nephew isn't going ti be happy he got an already opened game. I am not happy because the subject manager was indifferent to the fact he was selling me a open game as new. This KID shouldn't be working retail let alone a shift manager.
