Negative experience: If I could give this GameStop 0 stars I would. Went in to the store on Friday 6/20/25 and the store absolutely reeked of pee. It was as if someone peed on the carpet and no one cleaned it up. Their whole store needs to be remodeled the carpets are absolutely NASTY. Not to mention there was also no one at the counter the entire 10 minutes I was in there. I went back to the mall 6/26/25 and the two employees were standing behind the counter leaning over both on their phones and the store still stunk. No greeting or asking if I was looking for something. When you go into a store that stinks and the employees don’t bother to atleast pretend they are working it makes you not want to go back. They obviously need a corporate visit ASAP and if their team does not think anything is wrong with this store they need to hire new employees. I will NEVER return to this location.

Negative experience: Waited nearly 3 whole days for pickup on an item that was in stock only reason i chose pickup is so that no one else could purchase since there was only one left 3 days pass and i get an email that my order has been canceled absolutely ridiculous

Negative experience: Employee was so eager to leave their shift when there was NO ONE to cover them. Proceeded to have me wait at the register staring at each other while making phone calls so they can leave and when she finally cashed me out had the biggest attitude and shoved the card and receipt forcefully in my hand since I wanted to make 2 transactions with different cards and not one like she insisted.

Negative experience: They are forcing you to buy their membership in this branch. Literally just went for an accessory and apparently you need their membership just to buy it. Went and bought it in Target instead.

Negative experience: I was told at the time of checkout by Ashley that they were having some special promotion and that if I bought their pro membership I would get some legacy points back. I purchased the membership because of it, waited and never received the points. Went 3 times to the store to try and resolve the issue and was told something different every time. Finally when I asked for a refund I was told that it is not a refundable item, and best I could to is dispute the charge via my bank. I will never step foot in a GameStop after this.

Negative experience: Bad customer service from the manager, they do not solve anything for you. Do not buy online if you want to withdraw in the store, they say that it has nothing to do with them. design call customer service and have them solve it.

Fantastic experience: The sales rep here was wonderful! She helped me out over the phone with great customer service and had my item ready when I got there right before closing! Made it great for me and the fact that this was the only store that had exactly what I needed was a life saver! My son wanted a game they had that isnt in too many places... I'll be back!

Negative experience: As usual GameStop disappoints. Yes they did offer warranty when I checked out, but failed to mentioned that if you don’t get it they will not cover defective products. It is unbelievable that they will sell a defective product and will receive it back and at least give you in store credit. Absolutely the last time I go there. For me it will be like going to a museum of the past

Negative experience: Went into this store to buy a set of controllers for the Nintendo Switch. Picked out a empty box off their wall, took to the register to get the real set and was informed they were out. Why didn't they remove the item on their wall display of the they were out? Poor lock of attention and poor management for not recognizing out of stocks and removal of wall displays on those items.

Fantastic experience: Snuck in to buy my son a game for Christmas while he was in the mall. Went straight to the counter & gave the lady a quick description of what I was looking for. She knew exactly what I needed. Was in & out in less than five minutes. I love how they're very knowledgeable with their products. Will be returning.☺

Negative experience: My 11 year old son and I visited this store last weekend and the clerk showed my son an upcoming Pokemon set, but said he couldn't sell it until this current weekend. He told my son he would hold it for him and we put our name, pick-up time and phone number on the box. When I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, I was told the manager sold it and that they didn't reserve items. No phone call, no warning, just told me I was out of luck, none are available. My son is pretty crushed since he's talked about it every day this week and was very excited. Since we waited, trusting they were holding it, now none are available anywhere. Terrible customer service. Will not do business with them.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. This is the fourth time that my preorders have been sold. Josh calls at 12:29 pm that I have til the end of the to pick it up so I come at 4 and they are sold. Same with before on my $200 order of Funko pops!!! I had to call corporate and I will again! This is an awful place to order product from! Never again will I preorder anything from game stop!!!!

Negative experience: Regular GameStop but the staff made annoying comments to my nephew. Like really bad dad jokes but they didn't even make sense. The carpet also needs washing - the place had a smell like an old bowling alley.

Positive experience: All your gaming needs and then some. Usually busy but not too bad. Staff is nice but talks TOO MUCH and too long to customers when others are waiting. Need to speed things up, guys. Not interested in listening to you chat up people like no one else there. Ring em up and move on to the next one.

Negative experience: Sold me a broken Xbox one Kinect even when I asked the employee if there was anything wrong with it he said “no there is nothing wrong with it the previous owner didn’t want it anymore” so I don’t recommend buying used products from this game stop!!!

Negative experience: I was the only customer in the store....A lady comes up and said excuse me while I was looking at the 3Ds games I moved out the way thought it was another customer wanting a game....the lady started moving around the games and straightening them...I said do you work here she said yes. I told her she was very rude and walked out the store. She had the whole store to work on but she gets in the little area I'm trying to look through and wouldn't move.
