Negative experience: It's once was a great store I visited often cause they had compitent and good people who enjoyed their work. Now they've been replaced by spaced out, incompitent, soulless drones who can't dontheir job and don't care. They indifferent space cases who clearly don't wanna work or properly secure orders that are paid for. Do not shop here. Go across the street to the other Gamestop.

Negative experience: They sell used items and lie that they’re new, then refuse to refund.

Positive experience: Nice store. I had a nice conversation with one of the staff about their PlayStation systems. The do hVe the PS5 in-stock when I was there.

Negative experience: Came in to pick up an order and couldn't even get what I paid for. They said it was canceled, when it clearly says on my app that it's in progress. If your system is buggy, don't offer using it. That easy!

I've always had a good experience in this store location the employees you know all by name and they are always very kind and helpful and go out of their way to conversate any game you might need help with not to mention my kid can come in and trade pokemon cards with an employee and that makes it extra special for her. This store is doing it right!

Negative experience: There is a girl with glasses and a short bob hair who completely ignores the costumers and is completely impersed in her phone. She is not suitable to work thereand I felt deeply disrespected when she did not get off her phone after I asked for her help.
