Their manager Miko and associate Caleb (used to be assistant manager and might be again) are so helpful and understanding. I have two special needs kids and they both go above and beyond to make sure my kids are treated well. You won’t be disappointed if you visit this store!!!

Positive experience: The store is well stocked and organized which is good. At most Gamestops, you are greeted immediately but not at this one, at least not today. Two guys who may have been managers were behind the counter and just looked up at us when we came in without any greeting. Later, the other staff member did ask if we needed any help since he was busy with another customer when we came in. Other than that, some of the prices on the used games were way too high.

Negative experience: Been shopping at GameStop every since they opened this store.Have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here.So I go into the store today and try to trade in an Xbox one no one uses anymore.Does not have wireless controller but I do provide 2 new wired ones.The guy looks at me and says I would have to buy a wireless controller to trade it in.So you want me to spend 50$ to trade in a Xbox one and 2 wired controllers that you sold me.Really don't think so! Bad enough you rip people off so much give them nothing in return.I wasn't asking for full trade in value.But what since does it make for me to take money out of my wallet buy a controller for something I'm trading in?Guy was really rude to me.But that's ok,Best Buy will gladly take my hard earned money.lol

I called the other 2 gamestops before calling this one these guys are the only ones that gave me other options related to my original inquiry. The man who helped me was named luke and he was patient and extremely helpful. Special shout out to him. There need to be more employees like him.

Negative experience: This location is the worst Gamestop I've visited. I left the store under the impression that I had pre-ordered in full ($79.99 plus tax) a collectors edition of Destiny The Taken King when the clerk had sold me a digital copy (no collectors items). Neither i nor the clerk even mentioned the word digital that night. When I arrived to pick up my game on release day, they did not have the game I had bought. After a heated discussion with the assistant store manager, Miko, I was refunded my money. I was also directly lied to about the availability of the game. A colleague of mine had bought the game as a walk in customer the night before. The assistant manager claimed my colleague had pre-ordered it two months in advance. This was confirmed to be fiction by both my colleague and the store manager, Jeff, when he called to try to regain my business. I told him that he could correct the issue by allowing me to trade in a copy of the game, which I had purchased at Walmart, along with the $20 extra that the collector's edition would cost. He refused to let me upgrade my copy and insisted that I return my $60 game for $20 and buy the $80 edition. That would mean that I would spend $120 on an $80 game due to their mistake. I have been a customer of Gamestop for almost two decades, but this experience has left me feeling like brick and mortar stores are not worth the trouble. If a business makes a mistake, then they should be the ones willing to take the loss, but that's just how I was raised, I guess.

Fantastic experience: Best gaming store I've ever been to. Now they're a program for classic consoles and games! Can't wait for it to be popular so all gamestop stores can take advantage of this
