Negative experience: Service person wouldn't listen to what me or my girlfriend was asking for. He kept causing issues and making up lies to drive the price up, and charged me for a Pro membership without my permission or mentioning it.

Negative experience: This GameStop is now selling products all all kinds above MSRP. Full secondary market prices. Seems super shady. When I asked why they were above MSRP manager for very confrontational and angry.

Negative experience: Clutter and not enough staff for the volume of business

Positive experience: Small shop with some games and consoles, as expected not that great of a deal for secondhand games.

Positive experience: Due tho their state these days they rarely have a decent collection of games. Their selection is more like that of Target or Walmart now. I never see even popular indie titles in stock and sometimes they aren't even carrying popular AA and AAA games.

Negative experience: Second time I've tried pre-ordering a game and it's not instock on release day. What's the point of preorder if you can't guarantee the game on release date. There only resolution is to give you a refund on what you have paid so far and they offer to oder it online and have it sent to store. Then you have to wait more days for the game to come in. They need to offer a discount when they don't get your preorder in on time!

Negative experience: When I visited the only employee there didn't care and they hardly had any selection. Might as well shop online.

Negative experience: Was visiting here last month and the employee who was working that night was very abrasive and rude to me and my friend. I was looking at the bin of different character figures and asked my friend "what's this?" (referring to the fact I didn't know who the character was) and the employee interrupted as if I were a child and proceeded to explain to me what an action figure was in a very smug tone. Among other things he did was just as smugly try to explain to us what a Switch controller is and does, interject more comments into conversations my friend and I were having including telling me "You've said the same exact thing 6 times since coming into the store" and hollering after my friend and I left the store "Are you gonna buy anything or not?" No. No we aren't. I'm an adult, I would like to be treated like one when I go shopping, even if it's at a game store.

Negative experience: Will not shop here again. My son saved his money and bought a very expensive Pokémon set, guaranteed to have certain cards inside. One of the special cards was missing. I called and they (multiple workers and the manager) told me there was nothing they could do. Their policy is they do not allow returns or exchanges on trading cards. They even told me their registers would not be capable of doing it. I explained all the card packs were unopened, and that the product was not as described and someone needed to make it right for my son. Again they told me, there was nothing they could do, but they would give me a customer service number. I called a different store location and they immediately told me, without hesitation, that I could bring it to them and they would exchange it for my son. Funny how their registers handled the exchange with no problems.

Positive experience: This specific GameStop is great. They usually have what you're looking for. I gave it 4 stars because the one person who was working and helping us didn't know much. I was told that GameStop doesn't price match their App or their website by the manager who was working. The manager was new so he was making several phone calls to people from other locations to verify his actions. The manager was extremely helpful and you could tell he was trying his best to help us and figure things out. He was kind to us and we were kind back. Another store manager from Henderson showed up and helped the manager who was helping us. The Henderson manager was a jerk at first but came around. Like I said this GameStop isn't bad. The managers just need more training before they're released on their own. I understand staffing issues but maybe with more training we can help with staffing issues by making employees confident and knowledgeable about their job. Overall, everything worked out and everyone was happy after a 2 hour process.

It's usually cheaper to buy games at GameStop. It seems like every time I get a $40 game at GameStop I see the same game at Walmart for $57.28. Just saying.

Negative experience: Went there today and stood off to the side for about 30 minutes waiting for help, when I finally could ask for help, the guy said he'd look up the info for me and then ignored me and started to help another customer. Everything is also retardedly overpriced. For AAA games, Walmart sells them cheaper than Gamestop does anyway. Gamestop is a dying store anyway.
