Negative experience: Never go to this place. I ordered a razer controller online from Gamestop and they sent me the wrong one by accident. When I went to the store to trade it in for the correct controller, they told me that because it was used they could only replace it if I paid $130 for a new controller. For context, Amazon sells the new version of the controller for $70. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: I recently bought a console for my son’s birthday. We have been back a few times for additional games and some tech help, and everyone at the store has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Jason and the other team members are exceptional.

Negative experience: Called periodically throughout the day. No answer. 1 star based on phone service. I'm sure everything else is 5 stars.

Positive experience: This store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I docked them one star because they treated a promotion that didn't require pre-order as a pre-order bonus, and I had to go in twice to get a staff member who understood that subtlety.

Negative experience: Coming up on 11:30 and they still haven’t opened. Been waiting for 20+ minutes now. Store sign and website says they open at 11:00 on Sundays.

Fantastic experience: Definitely my favorite GameStop in town. Not bagging on the others by any means, but this location is just better in my opinion. I don't have to fight mall traffic or crowds to get here plus the employees are always extremely helpful and nice

Negative experience: Went to the store and was not greeted at all, waited at the counter for the 2 workers to have a conversation before addressing me. While i was finally being taken care of the employee asks “how was your day” lol and NOT to me but to his female coworker as if they dont work together and have all the time needed to converse after i leave. Definitely wont be back, customer service is the least you can give when having to assist customers.

Fantastic experience: Dude came in clutch for me yesterday and I’m so grateful! I was short on money for that new Brilliant Stars set. When I apologized and said nevermind, my guy came around and put his card in for me and it made me cry when I got home because I’m just not used to anyone ever being that generous. AWESOME SERVICE. Negative experience: This location is not that great. I made a pre-order for a figure that was released on 3/30/19, the e-mail said they would call when the figure was at the store for pickup. I called Thursday 4/4 and they said it had not yet arrived to check back following day. I went into the store the next day and they could not find my order. Finally someone found it - it had been stocked to the floor days earlier. I never got a call, and to make it worse they put button holes on it when hanging it on the pegs, so now if I try to remove them my box will be messed up.

Fantastic experience: I bought 2 games for my sons right before Christmas and ended up misplacing both (of course!) so had to purchase them again! When I found the original two I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return them for a full refund and would instead be given "store credit"....the guys who work in there were so great in understanding the situation and there wasn't any issue at all with returning them. I walked out with cash in hand. I will definitely be going to this location every time I need to purchase anything game related in the future.

Fantastic experience: Went to get a new game (guilty gear xrd x2) that was heavily discounted for being brand new. I'm so glad I decided to check on gamestop because I was going to pay 40 dollars elsewhere. I put the hold request online and got the confirmation quickly. Sean/Shawn the store manager helped me and was super fun to talk to as a gamer and game some knowledge and info about the game. I ended up talking to him for another 10 minutes after I already finished my purchase. He was so friendly and professional and didn't even mention to me that he was the store manager until I asked him his name. Would definitely recommend this GameStop hands down!
