Fantastic experience: Stopped in for a game for my kids. They did not have a copy in store but the store manager Sergei went out of his way to get one. GameStop is lucky to have such an amazing employee! Will be back and highly recommend this store and it's manager Sergei!

Negative experience: I’ve been wanting a Wii console for a while now, finally had the money and the website said they had one in stock so I flew down the highway as soon as I got off work to go get it. When I got there still with 30 minutes to close (with the open sign off), the employees just glared at me as soon as I walked in and didn’t even look at me till I started talking. “Really sorry for being late guys I came straight from work. Do you have any wiis in stock?” Without looking up at me, the kind employee said “nope. No wiis. Okay. That’s not what the website says. Oh well maybe the website is wrong! “Aww man, oh well have a good night guys” I said, with no response. I don’t want you to kiss my feet and give me the best sales pitch I’ve ever heard, but a little decency would be cool. I worked all day too, I’m tired too big dog. I just don’t want to leave a GameStop feeling like shit.

Negative experience: I would not bother going to this site the two ladies this morning on Black Friday are rude and just ran their mouths the whole time about customers mainly one that they refused to even tell them how to get the deal for Black Friday so they ended up charging them for items that should have been free with the deals they have today and how they don't want to help to the point they were even talking about how they deny customers customer service and send them to the other GameStops so again I would not bother wasting your time at this location until they replace the Associates and maybe get rid of the boyfriend just standing in the way of customers I will not be spending another dollar at this location the GameStop located at the mall really go the extra mile to take care of you I've had nothing but good experiences at most of these GameStops so to the associates I am sorry that you do not like your job please leave we would like our store back

Negative experience: Worst gamestop i have EVER BEEN TO! The lady behind the front desk was very off putting, couldnt find my order, then got mad at me when i became upset. While sitting in my car afterwards, after having to CANCEL my order, she proceeds to glare at me the ENTIRE TIME. Went to a different gamestop and had amazing service. This place has NEVER been a good experience.

Negative experience: It’s 4:30pm. Middle of the stores operating hours. Doors are locked. With a sign that says “we stepped away for a moment” iv seen 5 people myself included go up to the door. That’s money you just turned away. Money that can help cover another associate. So that you don’t have to close down in the middle of the day!

Negative experience: The customer service at this location is lackluster at best. Employees will give you sighs and attitude for requesting help. They are there only to collect a paycheck, not actually help customers, or do real work, like help customers. I can't imagine stocking is difficult with the low amount of foot traffic here. Two GameStop's in Columbia is 1 too many. This one could close and no one would know any better... Except the employees who refuse to help customers, like at this GameStop. Did I mention customers are not their concern here? Buy online from a competitor. You will be happier than shopping at this retailer.

Negative experience: Went in to look at items with my 8 year old grandson . Most items we looked at did not have price tags . Had to ask employees to scan items .Trying to teach my grandson about comparison shopping and getting the most for his money . Doubt we will go back .

Negative experience: Customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The employees name was Logan. I called to ask a question and he cut me off in the middle of asking a question, used a very hateful tone of voice, and hung up on me. We tried to call back to get a different person to talk to and she was also rude. We only wanted to ask some questions about a controller. GameStop should really hire more helpful and friendly people. This isn’t the first time we dealt with rude GameStop employees. The other locations are much better.

Fantastic experience: Both employees were very helpful. We were trying to find Minecraft for our XBox360. They didn't have it but got it ordered for us and it should be at our house in about 5 days! They also helped me find the account I had made there a while ago since I didn't have the keychain card.

Positive experience: Nice location, the store was very clean and well organized. The staff was more then helpful, I would recommend this location above the others in town. Only downside is that the store is fairly small for a GameStop.

Negative experience: Went in to sell a switch employee was irritated and rude from the beginning got mad when ask why he was being rude to me and my wife he broke my kick stand off of my switch and tossed the switch on to the counter game stop has been notified so far nothing has been done about the damage to my switch or attitude of employee I will keep everyone posted on what is done might just call police and local News

Fantastic experience: The woman working here is the best employee this store has ever had. Her name is Devi, and she was able to take care of every need I had. She knew the answer to every single one of my questions. She also was able to balance answering questions on the phone while still showing me the product I was looking for. Definitely someone who deserves a raise or promotion if those are options. If she reads this, I hope she knows how awesome she is! Will definitely be coming to this location from here on out. Fantastic experience: I love game stop! Its a brick and mortor amazon for gaming! You can get new games and consoles, as well as used. They have a small stock of gaming appearel, and collectibles. Instead of waiting 2-14 days and paying for shipping, you just stop by the store and browse the respectable selection. The staff has always been friendly and happy to help.

Negative experience: Bought 2 gift cards for Fortnite. Cashier said 1 wouldn’t activate. Got another off the shelf spanned it and said we where good. Went to upload for my daughter and son for an early Christmas present, 1 worked other said not card hasn’t been activated. Took cards and receipt into GameStop on Broadway where I purchased them. The receipt doesn’t match the card he scanned. They refused to fix it and now we are out $25.

The prices are FAR cheaper than the other GameStop locations (I get that each location has different demand, but $25 for a $5 is just silly), and the experience here is always a pleasant one... Positive experience: Not the best of service. Highly recommend buying the extended warranty on used games. Check those disc before you leave the store for scratches. Otherwise, you might be returning the game for another if you bought the warranty, or you will be out some money.

Negative experience: ive been shopping here for years and usually a really good experience. But i went here this past saturday around 4pm waited in line to be helped there were 2 employees working i was behind a women and the other cashier was helping another couple and there was a guy waiting after them. two guys came in a few minutes after me and when the guy cashier was finished helping the women in front of me the cashier yelled out i can help whoever is next and the two guys that came after me and waited in line after me just jumped right in front of me to the counter i told the cashier i was waiting in line first and he talked to me like i was wrong or something .even tho i was before the 2 guys. so i told him what game i wanted to buy and the way he was talking felt like he didnt want to serve me so i will not be coming back. lost a customer here when i literally spend thousands of dollars at this store each year for games and other products. never apologize to me but he apologize to the other guys even tho he jumped in front of me

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is like our second family. Dusty, Michael (Mikey-still mad you cut off your dreds ), Brian, and Bryce are the best. Fantastic experience: The staff here is excellent! Within minutes I was assisted, the manager even went as far as to help me out by price matching a game which was cheaper on Amazon, which isn’t something the normally do. I had been to several Walmart’s and Bestbuy’s looking for a copy of Splatoon 2 and it’s sold out everywhere! Thank y’all for the assistance and speedy transaction!
