Negative experience: Shady stuff happening at this location. Came for some new trading cards. Reported to have stock then when addressed with employee, she says it's out of stock. You had 9 boxes in stock the day I came and it magically reduces to 5 the following day, then down to 3 the next day, and now there's none. I didn't think backdooring products or saving for friends were a thing still.

Negative experience: Horrible service. I prefer ordered a game paid in full. Instead of getting the game at the release date i was told that I didn't order it to far in advance anuff. I was told this when I paid. Glad to know I will never buy from this company again.

Fantastic experience: Awesome. Y'know, the people who work these places really don't get enough credit. I just popped my head in the door, literally just my head, and instantly had a friendly employee making eye contact and offering to assist me. FANTASTIC! I know it's so basic, but it is impressive. You had 2 employees in there, multiple customers at the counter, and somehow these two employees are attentive to all of us, helping us out, and doing it all with a sense of extra effort. I just popped my head in the door to see if a controller was in stock, and i got a friendly greeting, info on the controller i was interested in, how often this location has it in stock, when to expect a restock if it somehow sold out by the next time i could pop in, how i could get it online new or used for a discount, and the employee put my anxieties at ease by letting me know that the controller i'm looking for is a rather niche purchase that doesn't fly off their shelf immediately, but if it did, he offered to give me a call to let me know to order online. Kid treated me like i was someone important, and was so accommodating. Honestly blew me away. He made me feel like as a customer, i really mattered, and THAT is exceptionally rare to find these days. Whoever hired this guy found a great hire. Simply because of this one employee interaction, i'm only making videogame purchases from Gamestop from now on. Even if the product is somehow more expensive from Gamestop, i'll pay the extra gladly just to never have to set foot in a garbage Walmart for any gamer reason ever again. Just got the gutter treatment from 2 Walmarts in a row, when this Gamestop saved me. Plus i can see the store from where i work, so now i know where i'll be spending my lunch breaks now!

The employees are always really helpful and easy to talk to, and the manager clearly likes to play games and knows about them. She always has a good answer for a question you've got about most things Gamestop.

They will say they don't know and look up things. Some stores the employees are just rude know it all's who will make up things if they don't know. Not here.

Positive experience: Out of stock of new items for Nintendo switch. But I'm guessing it's also due to the chip shortage. They did have used but I was looking for new. They did have the game we were looking for so we bought the game.

Negative experience: This is a revise to a previous rating I left. As with many business people come and go. The last manager (Michael) was very helpful and had great energy. I have dealt with the new manager several times. Let me tell you, I am going to a game stop futher from me in hopes of getting at least, freindly service. The lady running the show is not customer friendly at all. She is very short with people. She seems to be bothered by customers in general. Gamestop is suffering already. Attitudes like hers can't be helping. I still have faith in Gamestop, just not this one.

Negative experience: These people are crooks. Always finding a way to get over. I took my v2 switch in to trade in and the manager tried to tell me it was a v1 and the value would be 40$ less. Another time I checked the trade in value online for a particular game then printed out the coupon and when I went in they again tried lowballing me when I presented the printed out coupon from the online trade value from their website they refused to honor it. These are just 2 examples from a half dozen times they have tried to get over on me.

Fantastic experience: Small store located in a fairly busy mini-strip mall. Parking is generally ample, especially after 7PM. This location is well-stocked and there are always courteous employees available to assist customers. Prices for new items are not dictated by the store, but games and consoles can be traded. Don't expect high trade-in values! If you're looking to purchase used items they are offered at reasonable prices. If you purchase new games or consoles, I recommend that you also purchase warranties. This is my -go to location of choice because it is closest to home.
