Positive experience: It was really cool. The employees were great guys. I just think refurbished game systems should not cost as much as brand new. It's kinda ridiculous. But, I'm not a gamer, so I don't get it? But, my kid is super happy with his ps4.

Negative experience: I ordered a $1,000 TV on Black Friday. Two months later, I still do not have the TV, but GameStop still has my money. I have been trying to get a refund for that TV for about a month now. Five customer support calls later, I still have nothing to show for that. Absolutely never buying anything from GameStop again, and beginning to wonder what my legal options are for this situation.

Negative experience: Store clerks were completely unorganized and a bit rude. I'm in line only to notice that is jumped this other guy,soI let him go ahead. Then a line starts to form behind me but unorganized. The other clerk opens up on the other end. The clerk at my register says for us to line up at the end of the other line which means if be at the end. Now how does that work. So I left my items.

And because game stop is all about sales and power up rewards the manager would not allow it. So until this day I have this controller that is falling apart.

Positive experience: Went there to trade in some games for store credit but didn't get what I was hoping for but was treated fairly.

Positive experience: Better than your average GameStop. Customer service is solid and the store is generally well kept. Prices are generally high though so I usually look elsewhere for my gaming wants.

Negative experience: The Manager at this Gamestop in 5 points needs to be fired he doesn't follow company policy and doesn't care about assisting customers.

Negative experience: This game stop changes the store from 10am 11am when they want plus I'm in front of store right now and they have change the time on closing plus they don't go on store policies on greeting costumes if you and guy coming in the store you just get stairs instead of gamestop welcome it might be time for new management or worker's if nothing changes I make sure the rest of the community here's or read about this store

Positive experience: Kmsl it's an "OK" store. Now what does that mean ? Meaning it's a "gets the job done" store...like if your looking for a specific game , they'll tell you if they have it or not . It would be best if you call before you go though because if they don't have it , it will save alot of time and money lol. As far as trade- ins or sells , you would be better off going to a pawn shop(they will pay way more) or using the credit in the store because if your looking for money out of it, you won't get it at gamestop.

Negative experience: I called and asked a simple question and everyone was being so rude for no reason. Telling me I can google their games and and closing times. The most unprofessional GameStop I have ever called and I have been to 36 different states and gamestops.

Positive experience: The cashier only wanted to give me 25 cents for a trade-in. This store is pretty terrible. The prices are outrageous. Last year the store sold me a scratched up disc. Now they have me a terrible case with virtual tennis 3 for playstation 3.
