Positive experience: I took my son here for his birthday it was okay I'm not much into gaming places but this seems pretty good it's small but had a good assortment and my son was happy

Negative experience: Horrible experience with online purchasing, I was supposed to pick up Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box. Online payment was submitted to pick up, there was no confirmation of cancelling my order. When I got there, young boy told me my order, "wasn't supposed to go through." They did not give me a heads up online or anything until I got there in person. Drove almost an hour away for no reason. Definitely do not recommend picking up from Gamestop in Worcester in Lincoln Plaza. Horrible customer service.

Negative experience: They don’t pick up the phone for shi and was notified by my card of a fraud alert where they tried charging me a year later for nothing

Fantastic experience: 5 stars rating. Because it has amazing plushies and some of the cards that I mostly used Robux cards and purchase them.

Fantastic experience: The process for purchasing a console the day of release, and the midnight pick-up, went off without a hitch from my perspective. Staff is SO patient and the mutual excitement was invigorating. I'm so glad I decided to purchase my system here.

Negative experience: Manager Tristan is extremely rude and condescending. Lied about issuing refund for return and I have not received it in weeks. Had to file a dispute with my back and contact law enforcement for assistance. 10/10 DO NOT recommend giving this location and these clowns your business :-)

Positive experience: There were 3 people working here, one other customer only and we were not greeted. We looked around while waiting for the two employees that were chatting with each other to give my son attention because he and his dad were looking for something specific. Well, another employee came back from their break and helped us. A five star reveiw for them, they searched what we were looking for and helped us get something else. Had to take off a star for the other two that didnt even acknowledge our presence. I didnt get the name of the helpful employee but they had a hello kitty phone.

Fantastic experience: Came in because we had a problem with a different associate who refused to give us help Luci started the process of making right where the other associate had wronged us and than James came in his professionalism, attitude, and effort along with Luci turned the experience from a going smoothly okay experience to a mind blowing great experience definitely cared about our needs as far as our money and saved what could've been an ongoing war and protest against gamestop in which I had been a customer for years I appreciate them for there time effort and reliability they showed us that not every gamestop associate is a good associate but the ones that step up and take accountability and try even where others made mistakes counts for more than anything anyone could know they were incredible employees and just wanna thank them and give them a shout out

Positive experience: I've been going to this location for years!!! Call of duty game release nights, mid-day release pick ups last minute kids gift you name it and i go here for it. People complain about the business practices but business is business. These folks at this location are the reason i go. Good service, staff that knows their stuff and in like the fact it is a small store, there aren't many places like this left in Worcester. see you guys soon to pick up stuff to play as I keep going through chemo!

Positive experience: I've been to this GameSpot on a few occasions looking for specific games for the Nintendo Switch and I always find Target has a better selection.

Fantastic experience: The people there almost always greet me as I walk in and ask if I need help with whatever i came in for. Most of the time they know exactly what I'm talking about and usually get me what I need. People there are nice and friendly too!

Positive experience: It's a gamestop, tbh never buy used unless new is impossible or to expensive for instance pokemon games, you can buy the DS Diamond and Pearl games but it'll set you back a couple hundred brand new so used from someone trustable or known is safe. Also don't bother with online purchases on DS games as they aren't always legit, sometimes it's a sticker on a $5 game or some clone of a original. But like usual it's a gamestop store with the employees being gamers but pushing the corporate mumbo-jumbo about buying a legit bad pro membership that is worthless unless your buying games monthly and always spending more than the $5 they give you. Also just don't trust the people working inside unless it's a game recommendation.

Negative experience: Awful experience getting help from their in store specialists and when they did help me the product I was looking for was not in stock! Awful ran store with very very low stock as other reviews have mentioned

Positive experience: I was standing in one place for a little bit and a staff member approached me and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I said I didn't, so he asked what consoles I have. I told him and he listed the most popular and newest (in the case of my active consoles) games. The staff is overall very helpful and feel happy to be there, and make me feel the same. The only thing is they push up sells a little much.
