Negative experience: Didn’t get my full refund when I had to return something. What they gave me back didn’t match my receipt by over 30 dollars. Couldn’t figure out why with the employee and no manager reachable. I just took what I could get and won’t be shopping here ever again

Positive experience: Unfortunately, when I went to this location, I had gotten an in person Nintendo switch subscription. You can then play online with people, etc. I had a code on the receipt that the guy highlighted and I was instructed to go home go on the App Store on my Nintendo switch and type in the access code. It wasn’t working so I had to call Nintendo themselves for them to tell me that that code was already used for somebody else’s subscription. They could see that by seeing the serial number that was not on my Nintendo switch inferring that the code was used on another Nintendo switch . so why would game stop give me somebody else’s subscription that I still had to pay $20 for just to not even be able to use it. ? I dont know I mean, I’ll still shop there, but now I know not to do that there

Negative experience: Customer service is horrible. Worker put up a sign saying at 6pm saying they were closed for an hour but stayed closed up until closing time at 8pm

Fantastic experience: We went to Tobias boland way location in Worcester 10 minutes before closed to trade in some stuff. The young lady working was very patient and friendly even though she had to stay late to finish up with our order. Very good customer service, she could have basically said I’m sorry we don’t have time tonight and I would have been completely fine with that as I know I showed up last minute. But she gladly helped and that goes a long way in my eyes. Keep up the great service, I appreciate that.

Negative experience: Do not answer the phone!! Ever other gamestop answers their phone. Tried to call to sell my stuff here and what do I get? No answer!! Took my stuff to other gamestop where they made $500+ off my stuff. The workers here are horrible and need to get their act together. Plenty of people looking for jobs and these people are who you hire? Disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this location. 99% of the time they have exactly what I need when I need it. Today was that 1% and one of the workers, UA is their name went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I needed. I will continue to use this location and the rest of you should also.

Positive experience: Just not the same as they used to be, there overpriced on everything, trade in prices are ridiculous, game prices ridiculous, the help is hit or miss, if you shop around you can get the game for at least 10 to $12.00 cheaper, same games as gamestop's. I know you have to make money but your taking advantage of the consumer and that's why you have stores closing everywhere. I just bought the new 2k21 golf game at Walmart for $49 gamestop's 59.99, sold. So gamestop it's dog eat dog out there with plenty of other options and competition you just can handle. Thank you.

Positive experience: While I've had some iffy service here before (I've actually given it a lower rating at one point), I have to say the manager is very professional, quite polite, and is prompt with information when asked. Overall, he and a couple other employees have turned my opinion of this gamestop around.

Fantastic experience: Gamestop is pretty much rinse and repeat wherever you go, the only thing that sets them aside from one another is the staff and this location has super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even entertain my wife's madness whilst I browse.
