Negative experience: This location keeps getting worse. They say they open at 11. It's now 11:10. And im told they won't open for 8 more minutes. Yes it's just 18 mins late. But already they are barely open during the day as it is. The mall location is much better.

Negative experience: Came to the gamestop at 450pm. It was locked with a sign on the door that said be back at 4pm. Im still waiting currently at 502

Negative experience: Hours say open, their sign on the door says open til 7…. It’s 2:39pm and the gates are down and everything is locked up and closed. False hour advertising

Negative experience: I had to change my review of this location as it has gone downhill in the last few months. We have yet to get a single pre-order on time at this location this year. The Jedi Survivor release was a joke. We received a call from a manager stating to come at 9p to pick up your copy of the game. We arrive to be greeted by other patrons waiting outside as well. This Gamestop failed to open and left the patrons outside waiting for their pre-order. After we contacted another Gamestop they released the information that Nintendo doesn't allow games to release before midnight and they have no idea where the manager is or why they contacted multiple pre-orders to pick them up early when the location closes at 7. We will be putting pre-orders in through Amazon going forwards. Don't go to this location.

Fantastic experience: Their employees are huge step up from your typical retail store cashiers! Every time I've bought from this location their staff has been helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. My visits have ranged from waiting outside for an hour before opening to just dropping in at random on a lunch break to buy an game or system. Every visit was a great experience that is increasingly rare these days. I will probably forget the cashier that commented on my first Switch and Breath of the Wild purchase or the awesome dude that let us in early who were waiting outside to purchase a hard-to-get game system.

Fantastic experience: Great place for gaming needs! Everytime I come I'm greeted as soon as I enter. The staff always goes well out of their way to provide great customer service. They make it point to listen to your questions and provide the best answer they can wherever ratings questions, game suggestions etc I won't shop at any other Game Stop.

Fantastic experience: Great place to shop for video gamers of any age. They have layaway! They have refurbished consoles dirt cheap! They have the pro membership that saves money and accrues points and you get Game Informer magazine with it! You can trade your old games for new or used games. They have all kinds of things! Even found Dr. Who socks there today! I will say, I have been to many Game Stop locations, and this is my favorite. It's not the closest, not the biggest, but the people that work there are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite, and if they don't have it, they find it for you at another location!
